The kitchen is run by a professional, relaxed young Eastern European team and they also produce some Eastern European dishes as well as salads and pasta. We've tried the Cevapi (skinless sausages with onion and sour cream) and Sudzukice (veal sausage with paprika relish, onion and sour cream). They are served in half a somun (a soft chewy flatbread) and are delicious. We give a big thumbs up for their goat cheese, rocket and mushroom salad too. The service is efficient and friendly and we thought it was good value for money.

If you are anywhere in the Sunnybank area and want quality pizza then you really have no excuse to resort to Pizza Hut or Dominoes. Michael's is at the north-east corner of the Warrigal Road Shopping Centre and plenty of off-street parking is available.

This is to be expected, I guess, as it has it's roots in the surfie 70's of Byron, but what is great is that three decades on, the friendliness and hospitality remains. Although the pizzas have a 2011 pricetag, they are so big and jam packed with fresh ingredients and yummy combos. I really like the Puttanesca, but mine has to have anchovies and then, it's like wow, man. The only problem with Earth 'n' Sea is it's so popular, a couple of times we've tried to drop in before or after a movie, we haven't been able to get through the door.
