Pizza arrives at 10:20 pm Lovely, my pizza arrives piping hot 3 hours and 40 minutes later. Just in the nick of time too, I was getting a bit peckish for some reason... I cannot believe the ineptitude of the managers here. How would they not think to call anyone who places an order, to see if they're willing to wait that long, if they're that back-logged? A wait of 10-15 minutes is acceptable. An hour is not acceptable. 3 hours and 40 minutes is ridiculous. Not even an apology via phone, vouchers with the order or an apology note hastily scribbled on the receipt. Absolutely ridiculous, and clearly no concept of customer service. I wouldn't have even bothered, obviously, if I had known it would take this long. I would've gotten a refund, and went on my way to literally anywhere else; I had to buy food elsewhere anyway because it was taking so long. I'll definitely be going to the store to talk with the manager to sort something out, because this is madness.

The service seems quicker because I don't need to wait in the store for my order. It shows in the dominos application if my order is ready in store. Pretty handy! Mostly order pepperoni pizza and lots and lots of cheesy garlic bread! The best garlic bread for me! Love it to death! Not a big fan of the pizza but it is the only take away option for me besides hungry jacks in the other side of the road. PS: I still prefer Domino's pizza than pizza hut

Very generous toppings, flavoursome, fresh, hot and just delicious, I got one meatlovers with anchovy and a vegetarian pizza. Usually, with the other big mass producers, let's call them PH and PC, I can eat a whole pizza and be left wanting. I struggled, as did my husband, to eat half of one, so generous were the toppings. Juicy, colourful and just yum, the prices were cheaper than the other two and better all round. Delivered in half an hour, nothing to complain about there either. I will only be ordering from these guys from now on. Try them, you will not be disappointed!! Thanks Pizza Works Bray Park, you made my evening!!

Tired and not finding any vouchers for the churn shop pizzas, I decided to call up Pizzaland, which used to be great. When you 're spending $17 to $22 dollars on a big, fat pizza you want a good one, as on a good day you can pick up the cheapies for around 7 or 8 dollars (I prefer the big 'Aussie' solid numbers but the kids like the mass made varieties from the pizza chain stores). I say 'Aussie' because you don't get three centimetre high toppings in Italy, that's for sure. We waited 45 minutes for our order, which seemed like a long time on a Wednesday night, but that was OK; what was disappointing was that although the pizzas looked really excellent only one of the three we ordered measured up taste-wise. The seafood pizza was probably not one we'd regularly order, but we found it bland unfortunately, as we did the Mediterranean, which just lacked a certain something. We probably will try again as it is our local, but hope they get the combinations honed and bring back the old flavours for our taste buds' sakes.

The cheese was nicer than the cheese the big chains use and well balanced flavour with the anchovies. Pizza was ready in 15 minutes. As i might have mentioned before i do like the location and Oxford street is great in my opinion so i thought it has to be good. I have to say that as pizza goes its pretty average, i don't want to say it was bad because it was by no means plain bad. They did stack it with toppings which was good so they were quite filling. Otherwise it was as good as any other pizza i have had which im not sure in entirely a good thing because like a lot of people i tend to only remember things that really stood out. The service side of things was fine and i did not even mind the plastic tables but sadly its not somewhere that i would drive to or go out of my way to get to.

There were eight of us in a group, for a casual family dinner, & though the service was decent (not…read moregreat, but decent), it look an awfully long time for the food to come out. About 1 hour, & we were ready to leave, if not for the assurances of the staff, that ours was coming out in 5 - 10 minutes. From the beginning it's probably best for staff to advise that there is a "X number of minutes" wait, instead of saying "there's a bit of wait on the food, but hopefully it shouldn't take too long". It's about managing expectations better. I personally only ordered a large pizza ($22), so when it finally came out, I was looking forward to trying it. Half & Half, of Pepperoni & Chicken. In all honesty, whilst the ingredients were fine, the rest of it (like the sauce) was just bland & lacked flavour. Not really much seasoning if any, & not worth a one hour wait. Very disappointed with the whole experience. The staff did their best, I get that, so they're the one saving grace, but it wasn't "crazy" busy. I ate the rest of the pizza of course, because by then I was starving!!! Not looking to come back in a hurry. So I would say, based on this experience, we would recommend other restaurants in the area to try before Panchos. It seems the experience we had last night was not unique to us, based on other reviews (on other sites). My brother who's been to Panchos in the last 6 months, said it was good, "but looks like it's gone sh*thouse!".

We decide to get a couple of half and half pizza, one meatballs and Hawaiian, the other supreme and meat lovers. The staff are friendly and they set to the task at making our pizzas. As we sit at our table, wait and watch as the pizza artists dip into the bins filled with the topping for the multitude of pizzas Crust has. They work efficiently and quickly. In the space of fifteen minutes the store has begun to fill with patron ordering takeaways and sitting down. Not once do the pizza artists slow down. Our pizzas come out, served to us on kitchen chopping boards. Our plates are squares pieces of cardboard just bigger than a pizza slice. This is an interesting and welcome turn for me. In comparison to other pizza chains, our dinner lives up to the gourmet standard that Crust sets for itself. The base is thin and crispy, the toppings generous without being over the top and the service was good. Still, next time I'm going to get a delivery.

It has plenty of limitations, including its small size (a couple of tables, and a few more in the alley to the side, weather permitting) and small menu (smaller from a vegetarian perspective, and nonexistent if you don't do dairy or wheat). Also, being outdoors in this neighborhood, the crowd can be a bit sketchy. Nonetheless, it's often busy. What it has going for it is simply this: it's Italian. The people running it are Italian, they speak Italian, and they cook a tasty pizza. They aren't huge or filling pizzas, but the crust is crisp, the basil on top fresh, and comparing to the price of a decent pizza restaurant in this town, theirs are a good deal. I don't mind at all getting a margherita and heading elsewhere for dessert. I did not find the buffala a worthwhile upgrade over the margherita; costs more, less cheese, not better. I haven't tried their pasta but I imagine I will before too long. It's cash only, but this place does have the virtue of being open all day. It's common (and understandable) for restaurants to close during that dead mid-day time between lunch and dinner, but I have an irregular schedule and I appreciate the occasional 3 pm meal.
