I believe she shows me a half cut video of the girl closing up the box not the full conversation that her and my daughter had when my daughter mentioned to her that she wanted the writing fixed. So since she only gave me half of the video because my daughter was being nice and respectful with the girl and they were talking, she felt like my daughter was OK with the cake. No ma'am, she needs to post a video of the whole interaction when my daughter first walked in. She's really trying to insult my intelligence. From the cut video to offering me $15 back . $15 is crazy.
