We were looking for morning breakfast salad and decided to have breakfast at Crunch Bistro. It is a small cafe with the variety of salad options. From the salad options available we ordered Polo Picante, Custom made salad and homemade banana pudding. We ordered the food at the counter and got the food in 5 minutes. The salad was amazing. Loved its taste. It was fresh and all the ingredients were tasty as well as delicious. The homemade banana pudding was tasty as well as delicious. One of the best pudding I ever had and do try their pudding as it is one of the best puddings.

Idk if it's just me but after a workout, I have 3.5 seconds to find something healthy before temptation wins me over! Found this place on Yelp and fell in love! Healthy and filling! Can't beat the price! The only issue is that it is downtown so their hours of operations are standard 9-5 Mon-Fri which kind of sucks. Overall I love love love this place and always feel good about refueling my body here! You can turn any wrap into a salad and any salad into a wrap! I recommend the turkey, bacon club (extra bacon of course!)

Checking out the new spot before their grand opening tomorrow (4/11)!

Great new spot in uptown for healthy eats! On my first visit, I had the cilantro chicken quinoa bowl but added jalapeños, onions and mushrooms. I'm happy I added the jalapeños especially as I like spice/heat and think the bowl would have been just a little bland without them. Service was super friendly on my visit and all the food was incredibly fresh and colorful! Prices were reasonable. Not much on the menu over $10. I can't wait to get back and try the lavash flat breads. Healthy pizza?! Sign. Me. Up! Again, SO excited to have a spot for fresh, healthy food in uptown. Fun that they offer breakfast in addition to lunch! I hope they do a good enough business to extend their evening hours. (Right now, they close at 5pm. I'd love to see them stay open until 6:30pm or 7:00pm.) It would be so nice to have a healthy option to stop in for a salad, grain bowl or lavash flatbread/wrap before evening shows at Blumenthal.

My goodness, I love this place! The food, the atmosphere, it's amazing!!! Try them out today, you won't be disappointed.

    The veggie wrap - ok...

Thought it would be a good salad/wrap place as I saw a lot of ppl waiting in line but I was disappointed. I got the veggie wrap - though it was freshly made everything inside tasted almost frozen cold. The cilantro dressing wasn't that tasty either. Half an hour after the meal I felt nauseous which made me doubt the freshness of the ingredients.

Breakfast parfait with camu camu, blueberries, almonds and chia. Coffee machine dispenses all the espresso options

I came for breakfast and was pleased. It is a good place for healthy choices. Portions are ample but not so large that they make you overfull. Coffee is pick-your-own from an automated espresso machine. I had an Americano and it was better than I hoped when I saw the arrangement. They have 3 yogurt bases; my Navi parfait yogurt had camu camu added, and a nice portion of fresh almonds and chia seeds. I look forward to coming again.

I've been coming here for lunch on a regular basis for the past several months and recently started putting pepperoni on my salad (listed as one of the basic toppings). I was extremely displeased yesterday when the cashier told me he didn't charge me $1 extra for adding pepperoni to my salad but he's going to have to charge me next time. I was confused why he would charge me at all considering it was 1 of 3 basic toppings (pepperoni, Mozzarella, and cucumbers) I selected and I'm supposedly allowed 4 before being charged $0.49 for an additional topping per their custom slip. Won't be coming back here anymore if I get charged extra for something they list as a basic topping.

I don't usually consider them for meals but every now and then when I am craving something sweet they hit the spot! Vitality Bowls is a chain originating out west that now has a home in Southend Charlotte at the Railyard development. Since my office is nearby, some coworkers and I decided to order ahead and walk over to enjoy our bowls. In addition to açaí bowls they offer sandwiches, wraps, smoothies, and other types of bowl/salads. The server was friendly and our food was ready and packaged to go when we arrived. I decided to go with the Nutty Bowl. No I admit I am somewhat of a novice when it comes to açaí bowls, but in the past when I get them, they usually come with a lot of toppings and drizzle that not only adds to the flavors and presentation, but makes the bowl more filling and dense. The bowl I received was perfectly tasty, it just felt a little bit underwhelming and underdone. It was light on the toppings and seemed like it was tossed together quickly. Now the simple explanation could be that since we made a larger order ahead of time the person making them may have been under pressure to finish each one faster before moving on to the next. I certainly want to go back by myself and order in the store to see how the bowl compares. I really did enjoy the blend they used for the base of the bowl and I can tell it was made using fresh ingredients. For what it's worth my coworkers all enjoyed their sandwiches as well. I will have to give it another shot

As a New Yorker we have our share of markets/food halls and OH fits the familiar script, with a slightly smaller footprint than what I've experienced. What never seems to change is that securing seating can be a challenge because all spots are "prime" real estate and the abundance of choices is an indecisive person's nightmare. Nonetheless, to all the foodies at heart those are just minor details for mere mortals... lol. We managed to grab a larger enough table and everyone circled until we made our individual choices and then returned to our central meeting spot to break bread and indulge in all of our finds. We enjoyed several of the eateries we experienced and I was particularly intrigued by the plant store (albeit kinda pricey). Return is a no brainer especially for the places that were most memorable. Just A Note: Parking is not free, payment is required. Please not depending on the time of day it can be crowded so securing a spot will require patience.
