I feel like they were making an average of one bowl Every 3 to 5 minutes. I'm really not sure what was going on as there were about 6 to 7 employees behind the counter working. I'm really not sure why food couldn't be made faster. But when I went to inquire about how much longer, they couldn't give me a time but told me there were about 9 bowls to be made ahead of mine. At this point, I've been waiting almost 30 minutes for a smoothie bowl. I asked them if they could just cancel my bowl and if I could get a refund because I have somewhere to be. They told me they were not able to do refunds but they could give me a gift card for a future visit. However, I'm from out of town so that doesn't work for me. This is also annoying as the screen prompts you for a tip as most take out places do these days. So these people essentially got a tip for me and didn't even make my food.
