Never a "Hi, welcome to Crumbl" in fact not even a hello....ever! They are busy talking to each other and the girl was even annoyed I was using cash and asked for change....to tip her!!! Decided to stop here late on a Thursday night to grab some sweet treats for the kids. This Crumbl location is pretty new and in a great spot in Wayne. This was my first time getting Crumbl honestly - I've had it before but never was the one to get it! They were sold out of a couple of them but I ended up getting the 6 pack - Chocolate Mint Cake ft. Andes (2), Wildberry Sugar, Milk Glaze ft. Fruity Pebbles (2) and the Original Pink Sugar. I ordered the cookies in the touchscreen pad right when I walked in and it took maybe 5 minutes to get them. You can only carryout - there is no room to sit, there's barely room to stand honestly. Got home only to realize there were no Andes on the mint cake cookie which was disappointing. After several visits, Service could be hit or miss. Definitely not consistent. Cookie selections are generally good with some being just too sweet. Store is always clean with a convenient drive through and plenty of parking. read more

Typically i would never judge a place based on their 1st day "soft opening" but... Food: I ordered a 6 pack of the cookies and chose 1 of everything on the menu. Unfortunately, they just had sold out of the chocolate chip which looked (in my opinion) the best. I was able to try everything else though... I realized I'm not much of a heavy frosting guy - but from an unbiased opinion they were very very good. Each cookie was topped nicely with a good amount of frosting and the cookies themselves were nice a soft and delicious. My personal favorite was the "honey bun" whereas my sister loved the "peanut butter and Jelly". Atmosphere: The place was super clean and nice inside. It looks like in due time they will have self ordering kiosks but for now you order at the main cash register. There is also a drive-thru which totally rocks! i was debating giving this place 4 or 5 stars but for what ti is, a cookie store, the drive-thru made it worthy of 5 stars. The fact i walked in here while it was jam-packed on their first "not official" opening day, had no issues, ,thought it was great, and the staff was super friendly - makes it worthy of 5 stars. Popped in here on the whim. It wasn't crowded, which was great for a weekend so we were able to quickly place our order and get on our way. Cookies seemed solid and on par with the ones in our area. Staff seemed a little bored, but it was later on, so maybe they had enough of that day. read more

The cookies were fantastic! My favorite was the berry one, which wasn't too sweet and fluffy. I was told that there were other cookie flavors on the West Coast. When can we get some of them too? The ordering system was not the most efficient one. The line was super long to enter the store, and then I found out I could pay at the kiosk, which nearly no one used. Wow. So we drove past this place one day and there was a long line on a Friday night. So today we decided to get in line. We ordered the strawberry shortcake, cookie batter, rocky road and chocolate chunk. I couldn't wait to try them. My favorite was the strawberry shortcake. The cream on top is so fluffy and delicious. It's not overly sweet which is nice. The rocky road is really chocolaty for those who like that. I will be in a sugar coma for the rest of the day. lol! read more

Cookies great, but that is where this experience ended. Customer service was poor. POS doesn't provide a receipt for a business purchase, which I needed. They call out names so softly, that you cannot hear them over the music playing. Ordered 10 cookies, which was packed as 2 4 packs and 2 single cookies, really? They failed to tell me that I could get a party pack for like $3 more and get 2 more cookies and everything would have been in 1 nice box. The lines are terrible. I was outside on line at this crumbl location and ended up meeting the owner. When speaking with her, I would say something, she would respond, and then turn away from me, and put her back to me. This happened at least 2 to 3 times and became a belittling and dismissive conversation. It made me feel like the owner cared only about the business and not the customer and then I wasn't worthy of her time. I would rather drive an extra 20 minutes to go to a different location than to come back here to support an owner who I feel does not seem care about her customers and makes them feel so small. It's unlikely that I will recommend this location to others. read more

So happy to finally have a Crumbl in Wayne! The prices are up there, but each cookie is huge and impossible to finish in one sitting (I'm lucky if I can do a quarter). They should also have their cookies prepared before the people who don't have online orders. This means my order should be prepared by the time i get there so they don't sell out when i've been waiting for the cookies i want. I've been to this location many times since they've opened. It's easy to order and the desserts I've gotten have always turned out well. When the line is out the door they should have a better way to manage getting people into the store and balancing that with online orders. It seems like they prioritize online orders over in person orders which makes the wait in line take longer so maybe they should put a limit on how many online orders they can take at a time. Most of the employee interactions I've had the employees are kind of cold shouldered, like they aren't being mean or unprofessional but also aren't being friendly or polite which I can kind of understand because I imagine working there is difficult. read more

This was my first time going to crumbl and it's safe to say I won't be coming to this location ever again. Service could've been totally better. Ordering was easy, but receiving the cookies was a different ordeal. Attitude was given as she called out my name 3 different times with me right in front of her with a small wave and SMILE mind you. And when we received the cookies, she looked at me and rolled her eyes and shook her head. For what? I couldn't even tell you. Mind you, I also work in the service industry and I've seen truly terrible customers and given terrible customer service back. So, I can understand the frustration of a busy workplace and environment. But, upon receiving the cookies, we noticed there was a small but sharp piece of what seemed to be metal in our cookie. Okay, 5 stars for the staff. My order was completed in a timely fashion and it was correct. All staff members were kind and helpful despite the large crowds. While they seemed super tired from a long day, they were not rude at all. 1 star for the actual cookies. Not worth it. Clay like texture.
