Mixed experiences here- usually service is quick and easy and I get exactly what the description says. Full flavor, well decorated, easy in and out. But their card processing was down and...they didn't offer any options. They said I could buy online or in an app or cash. But I prefer my card. For context, we do like Crumbl Cookies in general in regards to other locations we have tried. However, this particular location seems to have a cost-cutting issue that happens again and again, or lack of quality control in general. There was a promotion on 11/6 for free Cookie Thins *per person,* but we were told the manager at this location instructed the staff to hand only one set out per party. Obviously mistakes can happen...but it's pretty clear this wasn't a misunderstanding and just the manager being cheap. You can also see with the pictures attached that...toppings here aren't really distributed properly! Cookies like this are common at this location in my experience and at the end of the day, you're better off getting some premium-priced cookies elsewhere if this is how they are going to conduct business. read more

Overall not impressed by the cookies that everyone raving about. They're super sweet and cakey. They don't taste fully cooked and are very doughy. There was a nice assortment available when I was there but the staff said they sell out throughout the day so make sure you go earlier if you want options. They're pretty pricey too. read more

More than likely, you won't only buy one, because the more you buy, the more you "save". So we ended up with a box of six cookies, trying all the types. I've heard able these cookies for quite some time. I was in the area so I had a chance to try them. I ordered 6. Key Lime Pie & Cinnamon we're delicious. The Chocolate Chip was a you'd expect for a classic cookie. I did not like the Rocky Road or Butter Buckeye at all. My last cookie was a wild card. The kiosk had not been updated so it had cookies listed that were from the previous week. My name was called and the associate notified me that a cookie I selected was unavailable and asked what I'd like to replace it with so I just picked anything. I don't like cheesecake but found my self presently surprised by Blueberry Cheesecake cookie. It was very yummy. The cookies are expensive however they are huge. One cookie can be shared. The downside to my visit was the size of the store. It is small and was extremely crowded. Customers were trying to get out of one another's way but had nowhere to move to. The wait was uncomfortable and felt long but that could be because all of the patrons were crammed together. A better flow of customer traffic may make all the difference. read more

There is no flow to the tiny space in which customers must self-order, on two small laptops. The place with just 5 people in it is a jumbled bump-into-each other nightmare. Of course the cookies are expensive, one is $5. But then the screen asks the amount of tip (to put a cookie in a box) which is weird. Maybe there are huge orders warranting tips? read more

If you're looking for the perfect sweet treat, Crumbl is the place to go! You are immediately greeted by employees as you walk in and the order process is contactless. The prices of the cookies are a little expensive though. There are a different variety of cookies to choose from every week and your order is almost done by the time you finish ordering on the iPad. I stopped into Crumbl Cookies today on the recommendation of the clerk in the UPS store next door in Gateway. What a cute store! I ordered a chocolate cookie with chocolate filling - can't remember the name but it looked like an Oreo cookie crust and a chocolate mousse filling with whipped cream and chocolate curls on top. Staff was cheerful and friendly. Yes it's an expensive cookie, so not for everyday, but a fun treat. I had half of it when I got home and it was SO delicious! The cookie part was just firm enough to hold the filling, which was rich and smooth. I think the topping was real whipped cream, not the spray stuff out of a can. After enjoying half, I made myself put the rest into the fridge to keep the whipped cream cold. Highly recommend for a special treat or a birthday party! read more

The one star is purely for the absolute disgrace of service at this particular location. There were three staff members working. Walked in at 9:30, sign said closes at midnight on Saturday's. We were greeted with, "we only have cinnamon roll, so ..." While we stood contemplating again we were snapped at and the blonde girl stated, "what do you expect it's Saturday and we close at 10." My family and I found that the chocolate chip cookies were underbaked and the chips that were used really did not have any taste to them. The lemon cupcake cookie topping was too overly sweet, and the butter cake, I really do not know what to say about it. I always try to give a new place of business a try once, but unfortunately, I will not be returning. I also let my neighbor try the cookies I had purchased and she also said that the chocolate chip were underbaked and the lemon cupcake frosting was too sweet. read more
