I ordered directly on Crumbl's website to deliver THREE boxes to coworkers to thank them for covering me during maternity leave. Only ONE box arrived. How embarrassed was I when my coworkers said they each took one cookie, they were supposed to each have one box. I called the store, spoke to an associate who kept putting me on hold without letting me know she was going to put me on hold, then said she will refund me and it can take 5-7 days and hung up on me. I ordered on November 3 and spoke to the store on November 4, it's now November 21, no refund, nothing. I'm not dealing with the store. I filed a complaint with my bank. I'm from California, and have never experienced an issue with Crumbl, this is unexcusable. We ordered: -- Milk Chocolate Chip -- Strawberry Cake -- Brownie Batter -- Chocolate Covered Strawberry (which was displayed and selectable as an option) Instead of the Chocolate Covered Strawberry cookie, we received The Original Pink Sugar Cookie. The staff really didn't talk to us besides asking what we wanted. They didn't discuss what was actually available versus the display showing the options. We chose a four pack, which came to $20 after I left a tip (I like nice even numbers. I think I need to be admitted to crumbl cookies addiction center. Do they have one? Sign me up lol!! Every week Crumbl Cookies introduce new flavors and I be in absolute exicitment anticipating the new flavors of the week- which you can find on their website as well as their social media platforms every Sunday around 7:00pm. So far,I tried their buttermilk pancake, strawberry cupcake, strawberry cake, triple berry cobbler, nilla cupcake and their cinnamon fry bread. All are yum! Their strawberry cookies are my favorite. The cookie base is always buttery, soft and crunchy on the outside with a goey inside. I also love their cream cheese frosting plus the cookies are huge and creatively decorated! Overall you can buy a single cookie for about 5.00, 4 pack for 15.00 and I believe a 6 pack but not sure of the price. Crumbl has become my recent obsession this summer. This location is a little further from my house than their other one but I drive to this one because it seems to be better ran. First, I hardly consider these things cookies. They are more like mini desserts. I couldn't even eat a full one in one sitting. We like to get the 6 pack because it lasts a few days between my husband and our two kids. The 6 pack is currently $23.50 which, yes it is a bit pricey. My favorite thing about crumbl is that their cookies change weekly, which keeps me coming back to try the new flavors. Some of my favorites are: waffle, salted caramel cheesecake, peanut butter cup, and confetti milkshake. They are super consistent at this location, always have my order ready promptly and show me the cookies first to make sure they look good. It was a beautiful Saturday night watching zombies 4 and being moved emotionally when my friend and I decided to order crumbl cookies to further improve our wonderful night. Little did we know what was ahead. We went out of our way to call crumbl and see if we could do cash delivery, I almost committed identity fraud for these damn cookies. Eventually we schemed our way into doordashing a set of all the minis of this week. When it arrived over an hour later, the state of our poor cookies were distraught, as if they'd been thrown against a brick wall in a fit of rage. Nevertheless, we ventured on with our cookie journey, surely they would still be wonderful. We were wrong. After scraping frosting off the top of the box and onto the cookies, we soon realized the lemon cookie looked a little...different. After cutting into it we noticed it was a tad completely raw. Like entirely. It was frosted but definitely has never seen an oven in its life. Someone flattened out and frosted cookie dough and put it in a box for our enjoyment. Little late to Crumbl apparently. Thank you Twitter for recommending Crumbl's weekly menu tweet to me, which then made me search their website. Going in the store for the first time was overwhelming. Lots of people on both sides of the counter. Customers waiting and an army of cookie bakers behind the counter. Loud music pulsing that reminds me that in 2022 cookie bakeries are the closest that I'll get to the club this year. I ended up going to the cashier vs ordering on the touch screen. There was a display of two sizes of cookies on the counter and I explained that it was my first time here and asked which size cookies were the cookies I could order. The cashier said (or yelled) these are for catering, you can't have these. I asked again, trying to clarify I was wondering if the smaller or larger size cookies would be what I receive. The cashier yelled back that the cookies on the counter were for catering and I couldn't have them. So after some back and forth with me breaking down my question and pointing to emphasize what I was asking, we got to the answer. The larger size. I ordered the 6 pack of cookies, containing 1 of each type. After a few minutes a different person called my name and presented me with an open box of cookies asking me how they look. They looked great, but they weren't my order. So they went back and a few minutes later they brought out the same cookies and called someone else and it wasn't their order either. A few more mix ups and finally my cookies were presented to me correctly. The highlight of my order was the blueberry muffin cookie. It was delicious and pretty amazing. The rest of the cookies were good but I do not feel like they were worth the price. I think if there is 1 cookie that is on the menu that is really unique then go for it. I've been awaiting coming to this Crumbl Cookies location since I've seen the "coming soon" sign at their location in the Wynnewood Shopping Center. The first time I stopped off was a Sunday and they ended up being closed. Luckily, this place is really close to where I live, so I came the next day. Upon coming in you are welcome with a cheer of "Welcome to Crumbl" from the cashier and bakers. You have the option to order on a kiosk or with the cashier. Coming there for the first time, I chose to order with the cashier, who was very sweet. She assisted me through all of their flavors and the available sizes for each order. I ended up getting four cookies for $12. The cookies are huge-quite literally bigger than the size of your palm, so it's a good thing my family at home was also willing to try them! The cookies are on the doughier side rather than a crispy cookie, but I love them. They're all very sweet, but delicious. I tried the chocolate chip, M&M cookie and frozen hot chocolate. All great. Altogether, I love that Crumbl Cookies is now in the area. Going to be there often! read more

I have been trying to try Crumbl Cookies for months. I drove to the Jenkintown location about 2 months ago and the lane wrapped around the building and, after an hour, with little movement. I gave up. When I found out they were opening in Ardmore--I dreamed the impossible dream and found I could place an on-line order for opening day. So I ordered the 12 pack-2 of each. And I headed out on my trek for my 10:30 pick-up time. I arrived and was relived to not see a line out the door and entered to a chorus of "HELLO Welcome to Crumbl Cookies." I waisted a little bit and my cookies were brought out and the very nice man told me I could actually check-in on the app and it would make it quicker. What he too kindly didn't point out is I placed my pick-up for 12:30...... I was literally 2 hours early and only figured out when I got an alert to my actual pick-up time. So the cookies: I literally make the most amazing chocolate chip cookies so my family tried them and the were good but not amazing. The M&M--again good. But the chocolate toffee caramel, honeybun and chocolate peanut butter (think Reese's cups) TOO DIE FOR! So my advice? Try the speciality cookies... read more

Service is good. The staff greets everyone who walks in. I got the sugar cookie and cookie butter ice cream cookie. Sugar cookie taste like a basic sugar cookie you get at a grocery store. I appreciate the cookie being warm and soft but it wasn't good enough. The flavor of the cookie butter cookie was really good. I tasted pumpkin and cinnamon flavors. It is served cold so I waited until I got home to heat it up and it tasted even better. The cookies cost about $4.5 each, not a bad price for the size. Okay so when I heard Crumbl cookies was coming to Wynnewood I was super excited because honestly there's not a lot of dessert options over here. This review is based on going there when it first opened, which is almost always a good experience at businesses because they want to gain customers. Cleanliness - It was super nice, clean, and bright inside which is much appreciated. You can see the employees mixing the baked goods at the front of the store which is a nice addition to have. Ordering - You can opt to order at the counter or to use the order screens. I used the ordering screens which was super quick and easy. Customer Service - It was okay lol - they're so busy right now they can't get to know guest but they do greet you when you come in the door by doing that very odd thing where everyone simultaneously says "WELCOME TO CRUMBL" like even people in the back who were super busy did it too with a little push from management (like a lot of places do this and it just seems forced, the counter, front of house saying welcome is more than enough). Pricing - It is about $5 for a single cookie but they are big and baked on the the spot so it is fair in price and the more cookies you get I believe there's a deal of some sorts. You can order a single, 4, or 12 I believe. Taste - Okay okay - I'm not gonna doc any stars on this because it was a tasty cookie just really sweet. I got the Cinnamon Swirl because they ran out of the Milk Chocolate Chip when I was there (bummer ! But I get it because it is the opening week and they are busy!). To someone who has a super sweet tooth if recommend this one but I may go for something more simple next time. I would definitely come back to this place when it slows down. Edited to add store hours. Had my first visit to a Crumbl cookie. I can say I saw and tasted the hype. This location is in a strip mall and parking was a little tight. Upon entering the store, we were greeted enthusiastically with a "welcome to crumbl" message from the employees at the counter. There were about 10 people working on making cookies in the back of the store. It was nice to see that the cookies were made in store with so much detail being paid to all the cookie decorations. Ordering was easy, there are two touchpad systems which are used to order. Cookie flavors alternate every week and there are sample cookies by the counter to show you what the cookies look like. These cookies are large (side note they do make smaller cookies for catering orders). Our cookies arrived promptly in the "pink crumbl" box. They were delicious and soft even the next day! The only reason I'm knocking a star is due to the premium prices they charge. They are delicious but at almost $5 a cookie they do add up. Good to know: -store is open M-Thursday from 8am - 10pm, Fri- Sat 8am-midnight, and closed on Sunday - check the Crumbl website for weekly flavors - there is an app if you wish to place your order for curbside pickup - staff is friendly - be aware some cookies are served chilled and some warm. I'm sure everyone has seen this place on their Tiktok fyp, so I was excited to hear that one has opened up at this location, thought it's quite the distance from me, I just so happened to be somewhat-near the area so we decided to give it a try. Expect a line cause this place was PACKED, luckily there are 2 computer kiosk and an in person cashier to place your order. They rotate their weekly flavors, and have a few classics they offer all the time. They also have ice cream to pair with your cookies. These cookies are a bit pricey but for what you get, it makes sense. We ordered a box of 4 for about $15. The wait was a bit long, but it was expected with how busy it was. When we got the box they open it with you to make sure everything looks okay - which I thought was really nice. Also, these cookies are HEFTY, about the size of my hand, maybe bigger, and they have a nice weight to them. Some of them come served warm or chilled which I thought was interesting. We ordered the hot chocolate, cinnamon bun (weekly menu) and the classic sugar and milk chocolate. All of them were really yummy, but wow super sweet. One bite and I was done. I liked the texture of the cookies, they were a little crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. Overall, not bad for cookies, but would I make the drive for Crumbl? Maybe not.
