The sago on the bottom really brought it together. A couple of nitpicky things: -they make you "dine in" and provide excessive "service" for a dessert shop. Other dessert places like meet fresh or boba stores do not operate like this. -the amount of dessert for price seems a bit inflated While the desserts were great, I don't think I'll be back.

I've had several below average experiences already this Summer with rudeness. The latest. I had an order for 4. The last item was ordered via a different person (same window) and after we received the 3rd item I stood there waiting for the last item. The original person gave me the side eye and told someone who was in a group already ordering in the next window she could help her there. Kind of like telling me to get out of the way. That person told her she was ordering with the larger group. Then the employee impolitely rolled her eyes and with attitude asked what I needed. I told her "my 4th item". Just then the person who took that 4th item order came up with my drink. Then the other employee started snickering and laughing something under her breath. While I realize that these are mostly high schoolers working a summer job, some level of politeness and professionalism isn't too far fetched to expect. People are just ordering a simple dessert. Maybe a process issue where too many people are taking orders from the same Customer? I don't know. Regardless, I wish I could get my $2 tip back I gave before my order was completed.
