The place: It is conveniently located, surroundings are clean, and the store is clean. Staff: The staff is very attentive and kind. They were quick to acknowledge when customers walked in. Ice cream: It was great! The taste and consistency were right on the money. I had chocolate brownie (or brownie dough). The flavor was what you can expect from a very good quality chocolate (characteristic cocoa essence, not very sweet). It was creamy and not "icy" at all. Details: They put the waffle cup on a plastic ice cream cup. This helps avoid any mess, or the waffle breaking and you dropping the ice cream. This is very thoughtful and I appreciate it very much as part of a great service.

It is cute inside and the people were friendly. The frosting was good. It was definitely a coconut cupcake, not my favorite flavor but well made. I am guessing they use banana in the cake part for the fluffiness because it tasted just a touch like banana, it was quite wet (not a dry cupcake). The prices seemed high at first, but then I saw the size of the treats and the detail on the decorated sugar cookies. I got one frosted fudge brownie and one fudge brownie decorated like one of those cosmic brownies. One decorated cookie that was beautiful (pumpkin decoration) and literally melted in your mouth. Also got two cookies and a scone, which I gave to my father so didn't get to try. The brownies were simply put - life changing. Soft and fudgy, sweet and indulgent. This photo doesn't do the brownie justice but is literally 1/6 of the total brownie and the last bite I saved for today. I will back when I visit town!
