I really wanted to like this place, but the service is consistently abysmal. Last time I went there, I went into the lobby for service. They went through SEVEN, yes, SEVEN drive through vehicle orders before even taking one order in the lobby. Absolutely wild. Of course, I've tried the drive through without any better experience. I went there around 8 o clock in the evening and there must've been at least four employees in there. They were screaming and yelling, and literally just standing there while I was waiting. I don't know how you can have that many people working and not have specific people making orders while another is taking them. It's also frustrating how early the lobby closes before the business does, with only a small note on the door that you can't see until you're up there. Just update your lobby hours on your business hours already. Either their employees need to be retrained, or this business needs to reconsider how they train their employees and manage their business. I understand that most of the folks working here are bound to be kids, but there still has to be a certain level of professionalism no matter the age of your employees. read more

This is my favorite ice cream place in town. If you are going late at night, it might be worth it to go inside as the drive thru is usually 10 cars long at least. They have several different flavors of soft serve ice cream, snowstorms which are like blizzards at DQ, and shaved ice, among other things. They also have 1919 draft rootbeer, which tastes like Heaven itself. I always get a small krunch come which is a cone with sprinkles and nuts on it. I definitely recommend! read more

World class wonderful. Best soft served cone I have had in 20 years. The twist cone of chocolate and vanilla had a flavor density reminiscent of something from a bygone era. And I am very picky when it comes to ice cream. And where else can you still get a terrific cone for under two bucks? Going back here for the first time in about 6 months and asked for the turtle malt I used to get. I was told I could not get one. I asked if they could put hot fudge, carmel, and pecans in a malt. I was told they could put hot fudge and carmel but no pecans. I looked at her dumbfounded and told her I wanted nothing then. When I come home during seasons when 4 queens is open I am there EVERY night. The best soft serve in town (and probably the entire state)! Everyone else loves 4 queens too, so during high season you may be in line for a while but you will need that time to figure out what you want! 4 Queens is seriously the best place to go for icecream! They have a huge selection of flavors you can choose from. My favorite is either the cookie dough snow storm (with extra cookie dough so you get some in every bite :) ) or the grasshopper snowstorm. They have smoothies, coffee drinks, sundaes, and basically everything else you can think of! The prices are much cheaper than other ice cream places in town. The service is always great especially since they are busy all of the time. The only down side to 4 Queens is that the parking lot and store are so small people often get stuck in the street waiting in line for the drive through! Other than that I love 4 Queens and it is worth it to try them out! read more

Very good soft serve, unfortunately it melts quickly when in sunday form or parfait. I mean it literally turns to milk within minutes, that is why I always specifically request that they put it in a styro foam cup rather than the usual plastic sunday container. This works MUCH better, especially if you are getting hot fudge on it, which furthers that melting. I wish they would do this as a standard, having to request it often confuses the staff. read more
