One regular size cookie can be shared or stretched to the next day. Even if I'm in the area for other reasons I always think of someone I can pick one up for because these are great for gifting also. Whether you order for yourself or someone else as a gift you can place an order and pay via the ordering kiosk then pick up at the counter. The cookie(s) come in a cute pink box and if you decided to personalize it, the box has a sticker with your message. One suggestion: the sticker/label for a personalized message has your name on it as the person who placed the order but it reads awkwardly. Like it doesn't say From: Faith but instead it just says Faith T. Floors needed to be swept, wall at the self order is in disrepair and tons of finger prints all over the door and the windows. I did email the store to share my concerns and they wrote back that they did not see the same floor issues when they arrived 20 minutes later. Terrible location, I walked in to place an Order for a Dubai strawberry cup and a regular Chocolate strawberry cup spent $24 dollars, afterwards these two girls proceed to tell me that they are sold out. It wasn't an issue that they were sold ought but I felt like since the kiosk didn't have them as being out that they should've stated that whenever we walked in. They then proceeded to tell me that there wasn't a manager on the shift which is absurd and that they couldn't process my refund, and the manager would contact me later so now I'm out of $24 dollars. Finally decided to come try Crumbl cookies. We came in on a Saturday afternoon and were the only customers. We were greeted promptly, but not given an assistance of how things work or the menu. Luckily, I knew how they changed their menu weekly, offered warm and chilled cookies, etc. It wouldn't take much to ask if it was my first time in just in case I needed or wanted assistance/suggestions. We only ordered one since they are big. We got the snickers which was a pb cookie with caramel cream cheese and some crumbled snickers on top. The cookie was good, but not great. I liked the pb base. It had a sweet icing, but I couldn't tell it was caramel. Would have liked to have had caramel on top instead, plus maybe a chocolate drizzle. It was a good pb cookie, but really missed the "snickers" mark. I also prefer a softer cookie, and this was only soft when warmed up. This cookie chain recently opened in the Charlotte area. This location came first and now there's a second location in the Ballantyne area. Covid-19: you can order and pay online or through their app. They do curbside pickup and delivery. They rotate their flavors weekly which isn't good because then I'm always tempted to come and try a new flavor (I forget how many they have, but it's a ton). This time we couldn't miss the circus animal and the churro cookies. I was expecting to like the circus animal more, but I was wrong! The churro blew me away. It was soft, warm, and tasted exactly like a churro. It wasn't just the cinnamon sugar, the gooey center of the churro flavor came through too. I did really like the circus animal, but true to the treat it's based off of, it was very dry and crumbly. I definitely needed milk. I think I would have liked it more if the whole thing was coated in white chocolate instead of just a tiny bit on top. You have until midnight tonight to get these flavors or else you'll have to wait until they come back again! We've previously tried the chilled sugar (which they always have) which we love. I wanted surprise my team on a Friday for Associate Appreciation week. I decided to have some cookies from Crumbl delivered. After showering my team with gifts all week this was nice to let someone else take the load off for a bit. I ordered the assorted flavors to be delivered at 10:30am. It was very prompt on the dot. Cookies were delicious! My team loved them. My only criticism would be they came in a large box and looked as if it had shifted quite a bit on the ride. When I found out that Fort Mill had a location also, I waited for the right time to go and try this location out. It was really clean and quite. The girl working was super nice and greeted everyone that walked in even though she seemed really busy. For the cookie it was good but it did seem just a little dry. Compared to the other cookies I have tried it was dry but the flavor was there for sure. There's a new dessert in town and it's cookies. I stumbled upon Crumbl when I was pregnant and kept getting Facebook ads. With gestational diabetes I had to wait for a special time to try which was my virtual baby shower. My friends had a box delivered to me and it came with a little note, too. I was skeptical of a cookie could live up to a specialty cupcake I would normally get on such occasion and glad to say they do. They have some creative flavors that rotate. The cookies are huge and nice and soft. We had to cut them into fourths since they are so rich. On my first batch, I received Reese's Pieces, cinnamon Pretzel, Oreo and Chocolate Chip. Of these, the oreo was my favorite. I liked the cream icing. All were tasty. Since then, my husband has gone back to get me more on occasion. The open kitchen was cool because you see the baking process while you wait and order. The place would get 4 stars, but the workers were clearly unhappy and not very friendly. Different staff members would make a difference in the feel of the place.
