Biscoff Cookie Butter Milkshake , NEW! Red Velvet Cream Cheese Cake Milkshake (Valentines Special!) , Brownie Sundae

I tried 4 cookie sampler, 2 milkshakes one being the red velvet valentine special and the other being briscoff cookie butter milkshake. Everything was AMAZING!!! Haley had great customer service and all the items were made so aesthetically and tastefully. I love the 90s feel and decor inside, truly makes the name stand out! 10/10 recommend!

We stopped in to try one of their desserts, this Biscoff Cheesecake... First of all, the place seemed kid-friendly with its dynamic-comic decor on the wall. However, the ambiance was very stark and cold. Maybe could have used a dimmer lighting...or overhead music. The cheesecake was good, but nothing special. The thing that kind of ruined it for me was that the presentation was crap. They put the cake in this to-go plastic carton, and basically put the Biscoff and Cream on the side. ?!? I just don't understand how all these casual joints are now resorting to flimsy paper and plastic wares and utensils...while at the same time keeping the pricing high. I mean, what's in it for the customers?? I thought I made it clear we were eating in...I mean, why the to-go carton?!? Just a current pet peeve with all these stingy restaurants-cafes out there. I felt that we could have just picked up a similar cheesecake to-go plastic carton at Harris Teeter...and ate it at home. Makes so sense to create somewhat of an ambiance with all the artwork on the walls, lotsa tables and chairs...yet dole out paper and plastic wares. So cheap! Maybe their ice creams look and taste better? Obviously not impressed on my first visit.

This place is straight-up dessert heaven! We rolled in with a group a few days ago and everyone was vibing--massive milkshakes, dipped cheesecake, and over-the-top sundaes that looked like they belonged on a Food Network show. Seriously, the milkshakes were huge and stacked with all kinds of crazy toppings. But what I loved most is that if you're not into all the sugar overload, you can totally customize your dessert with just a scoop, drizzle, and your fave cereal or cookie toppings--no pressure to go full sugar rush (unless you want to). The 90s theme is super nostalgic in the best way, and the whole vibe is fun and welcoming. 10/10 will be back the next time we're craving something sweet and extra.

I visited in April 2025. I'm no stranger to Ninety's, I LOVE IT! However, this was my first time at this location. Parking was a bit tricky because the signs in the parking lot say parking is for a restaurant in the same area. The interior decor has a retro 90s feel. There were a few tables if you'd like to sit. I saw that they offered Dubai milkshakes and I wanted to try it out. Unfortunately, they did not have any in stock. I decided to go with the "Easter Bunny" no whip but with the edible rim. I also ordered the Dubai cookie. There was a line but it moved quickly. It didn't take long for my order to come out. They were both yummy! It was my first time trying Dubai chocolate. I was pleasantly surprised. I definitely recommend this place. The treats are delicious and the creativity is an added bonus.

First time coming here and I must say it was really good! Def going to be a stop every time I go to Carowinds. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant was clean. If you're in the mood for shakes, ice cream, brownies and more. This is a must stop for all your dessert needs!

This place has amazing dessert and the service has always been good when we go! We went to an event there today and it was a great little pop-in-and-out experience! They have so many options on the menu and their ice cream is delicious!

I really enjoy my experiences here with my kids. The ice cream, milkshakes and deserts are very good. The addition of the hand-dipped cheesecakes are great and are definitely of premium quality. My favorite so far has been the white chocolate strawberry shortcake cheesecake, but I definitely want to try all the others too. I wish the white chocolate shell that covers the cheesecake were a bit thinner, as the white chocolate has a tendency to overpower the flavors by sheer volume, making it also hard to cut into even when thawed completely. All in all, superb quality cheesecake for sure. Will definitely keep coming back for more. Great treats, great service, great aesthetic, great vibe!

My daughter ordered the magical unicorn milkshake and she said it was great! The wait staff were friendly. The restaurant has a great aesthetic with colorful depictions of the 90s era.

Fun, fun, fun! We tried this on a whim and I'm so glad we did. Love the ninety's inspired decor on the walls- ren and stumpy and other classic cartoon faves! The overall theme is bright and fun. Service was quick and helpful with lots of smiles. Their menu features these giant shake creations as well as build your own, brownie sundaes and scoops of ice cream. You do not need to plan on having a giant shake to enjoy what they have to offer. My shamrock shake with whip and an edible rim is a limited time thing. It was awesome. Lots of crunchy cereal, silky smooth blue bell ice cream, swirls of minty green. This was more sweet than mint but excellent. The drumstick he opted for no whip and no edible rim. It was crunchy and a good mix of nuts and chocolate and maybe Frosted Flakes? Parking was no problem in a lot shared by several businesses. This is also very close to the Winthrop campus. Good spot.

Still unsure about this place. Saw their video on social media (TikTok), advertising their new "Dubai" desserts. Decided to take a girls trip down there and try some trendy treats. Around a 30 minute drive. Pretty small store, weird decorations, weirder customers... Waited for around 15 minutes, there was 3 workers, all ignoring us. Finally a new employee came on shift and helped us. Employees were quite rude but did their job. We were disappointed by the dubai, especially after we waited for so long. The dubai treats had little crunchy green stuff (which i heard was the best). The employees were an embarrassment to the company, especially after seeing the social medias. The employees didnt even seem like they wanted to be there. They were also quite snotty when we asked for waters. Lots of loud toddlers, beware. If i were you, i would stay away. We went in mid-march, hopefully theres been improvement.

Brookie Monster (customizable)

I fell in love with Ninety's years ago. Distance and life paused frequent visits, but now this dessert bar has a location in Rock Hill about 7 minutes from my Dollhouse. Family-owned, Ninety's has plenty to offer in the world of desserts such as: Ice Cream Custom Sweets and Treats (i.e. sundaes, brownie sandwiches) Cookies Milkshakes Dessert Lattes Affogato Sundaes Seasonal Baked Goods Catering is also available. The Rock Hill location has a fun, artsy vibe that the whole family will love. What I recently ate: Brookie Monster ($7.85) - chocolate chip cookie/ brownie ice cream sandwich - comes with your choice of ice cream (my choice was Cookie Dough, which I will not get again not because of the taste, but because there was not any dough. I only saw and tasted chocolate chips), 1 topping (my choice: cookie crisps), 1 drizzle (my choice: caramel) - aside from my personal issues with the cookie dough ice cream, lol, the overall taste is IMMACULATE. That's the reason Ninety's will continue to get my money and time. Other Recommendations: Cookie (s): Chocolate Chip Cookie Custom Treat: Brownie-Wich Milkshake: Shabooya Brownie Milkshake

We stopped in to try their custard, and here's the deal…read more The place is really small, and quite basic. Also, why was the lighting so harsh?? Felt like I stepped into a morgue. Not sure why they couldn't make the effort to make the place a bit nicer and more inviting? Then the menu... How convoluted! SO much print on their board! In any case, here's yet another reason why I'm using the word "convoluted". As if the menu wasn't busy enough, they even have "doggy" cream all over the board...which turns out to be ice cream-custard for the dogs. Then a TON of toppings listed on the bottom...yet, you couldn't add these toppings for any one of the cones. They only work for cups. Huh?? Well, I finally managed to order a Waffle Cone w/ Vanilla (which I had to repeat FOUR times...not sure why, but I was speaking clear English, with ZERO accent....yet the girl just wasn't listening to me AT ALL?!?!?). WOW. The whole ordering process was just grueling in more ways than one. BTW, I managed to get a Waffle Cone dipped in a cup, with a small drizzle of Caramel Salt. Very weird...and hard to eat, without dripping the custard all over the place. BTW, the custard tasted quite good, but WAY too drippy. Now I kinda understand why they couldn't just mix in the toppings with the custard. Too drippy. A total runny mess...just like the convoluted ordering process. Sorry, but I just wasn't a fan of this place...nor the drippy custard.

So Whit's does provide some delicious custard but the drawback we had was that we weren't told of…read moreany of the specials they had going but if they had told us, we probably would have gone with one of those instead of what we ended up ordering. Everyone after us was told of the specials by another cashier so maybe just bad luck.
