I am a super fan of the Banana Pudding Parfait! The banana pudding used to come on a sugar cookie as a big dollop but now it's vanilla wafers, bananas and banana pudding in a cup with an ample whipped cream topping! It's simply divine! The curb side service was convenient now that I am wearing a leg cast. I am also excited that I can now buy the mini size cookies instead of buying a regular (giant sized) cookie. Updated: they're great but warning if you get them delivered. Any issues you have with the actual delivery and they cannot help you. Delivery is done through DoorDash but you only get a crumbl receipt. Our order was left on a rock at the entrance to our neighborhood. No attempt to get a hold of us, nothing. Crumbl can do nothing about it. DoorDash is impossible to work with. So order at your own risk. So while crumbl is great and this location is great, you're out of luck if you have a delivery issue at all. read more

Ordered 6 for delivery. Got 5. Box was sealed so it was not a delivery problem. I've called the store multiple times to make them aware and ask for a small refund. The employees who pick up the phone are very nice but only the manager can provide a refund and that person is MIA. Anyway, no return call and no resolution. Is it a huge deal? No. Just the principle of the matter. When you pay $20 for 6 small cookies, you want a great product and experience. Been in a grumpy mood. A stressed out mood to say the least. Nothing was going right- until I clicked on the Crumbl app mistaking it's bright colors for my more-frequent coping mechanism of candy crush. To my pleasant surprise, it was Monday and therefore a whole new Crumbl menu. Immediately screwed candy crush to the wind, hopped in the mazi, and cruised to my nearest cookie locate. Definitely decadent, decidedly different and delicious cookies, all presented in attractive packaging. Any or all of the cookies should satisfy a sugar freek's craving. I was gifted the weekly 6 cookies -- all were exceptional. The churro, with a warm chocolate filling was out of this world. The buckeye with chewy chocolate and peanut butter was hands down better than any Reece's pieces. The chocolate chip with large chocolate chips was amazing with the soft crunch setting it apart from others. Another had marshmallow cream on top, Be forewarned: Each cookie is designed to serve 5.5. Each is about 4" in diameter. So even though we cut the cookies in quarters, it is super easy to over consume and get more than your fair share of calories. I asked if the cookies were expensive and my gifter said "yes." I said, "Thank YOU!" Basically order online, drive up and pick up -- it's a novel concept -- huh? btw, it would be hard to make any of these at home. read more

I had never heard of Crumbl Cookies until I saw they had just opened one by Panera in Superior, so I had to try one! The place inside is on the smaller side, bright and clean looking. There are a couple screens on the right wall where you place your order and pay, then you wait a few minutes for it to be ready while looking at the open kitchen. They are known for their cookies but also offer ice-cream. The selection is limited but changes every week except for the Milk Chocolate Chip and the Chilled Sugar Cookie, always available. I only tasted the Milk Chocolate Chip one, and it was absolutely decadent, thick and soft. Some are filled with yummy flavors and others are topped with frosting; they all look delicious and beautiful in their pretty pink boxes. During these crazy Covid times, it's also good to know that they deliver. Now I'll have to go back and try more flavors! read more

I was very excited to try them out after hearing about their recent opening. The payment and ordering system was seamless. The store and packaging was super cute. However when it came to taste, I was a little disappointed as all I tasted was sugar and no depth or layers. They were big cookies but pretty expensive 4 for about $12. They were also very dense and heavy and definitely not for individual serving. Good for sharing and parties but too overly sweet for my liking. If you like sugar, this maybe for u. We were in on Monday September 23. Whoever was working that night was super rude to us. When we ordered they were not sold out of any of the cookies, but when we got our order they said they ran out of two of six cookies we ordered. She did not offer us a refund or anything. So we asked for a big cookie instead of the minis and she rolled her eyes. She dropped the cookie box! Just because it was busy and you were overwhelmed doesn't mean you can me rude to your customers! Never going back there again! read more

The good: well...the cookies. I thought the cookie I tried (Hawaiian rainbow something or other) was super delicious. The packaging was also very cute and the store and branding was nice and clean. I also thought the price, around $4, was okay for the size of the cookie. The bad: my husband and I were the only two people in the very small store and of the four or five employees working, not a single one even looked at or acknowledged us at all. It was our first time going in so we had some questions, but it was almost like they were going out of the way to avoid talking to us. The biggest complaint that I have is the way they advertise the nutritional information. The cookies are all listed as somewhere in the 100-110 calorie range. You have to read the fine print to discover that they consider a single cookie 5.5 servings. That just seems incredibly deceptive to me. I don't think I'd go back, just on principle. read more
