This location...! The worst! Do they LIKE people?... id answer NO as whenever I've been in there, IM the one greeting and saying "Hello". Like how were some employees vetted for this? Pulse and heartbeat? This store has nothing but poorly prepped cooked by people who would rather see you lit on fire than to give you decent, bare minimum, without attitude customer service. You'd think I'm their Dad who just told em, no Tesla for you, you gotta work at Crumbl... and take that energy out on customers paying for an experience. They days of customer service from BIG Brands are over. We all see it. At this point what sucks, is that a corporation is never accountable, but it falls in the employee. Which is a catch 22, cuz if you DONT have good energy, don't work in customer service. If you dont like people asking for cookies heated up, don't work in Customer service. If you dont like who you work with, and what you do... at what point do you wake up and realize this, and move onto something that you can smile as you do?! read more

I stopped into this location this morning for Free Cookie day, and I was not disappointed. Firstly, the smells from outside are very inviting, who doesn't love the sweet warm aroma of delicious cookies. I did ask the girls at the counter if they were offering the special, and they enthusiastically said yes! The free cookies are 2 thin chocolate chip cookies, sprinkled with sea salt. They were soft and chewy, very delicious. Aside from receiving the free cookies I did also purchase the 2 layer coconut cookie. It looked beautiful, and I love coconut! The girls, and guys at this location were very friendly, and one even singed me up to receive coupons and earn points!! Drove here today specifically to take advantage of Free Cookie Day. My hubby and I got two chocolate cookies each. The kitchen was busy with the bakers mixing dough. The smell in the kitchen was amazing. The cookies were not warm but we ended up heating one up and the chips melted nicely. read more

As soon as I walked in I noticed the only way to place an order was at a kiosk. Only one was working which made the wait time longer, but the line was not long. I do like human interaction so I wish more of the employees would interact with the customer. However, placing the order was easy and fast. I got my cookies really fast. I saw the employee placing the cookie in the oven and taking it out so it was fresh when I got it. The cookies are huge and can easily be shared with another person. The taste was too sweet for me, but if you're splitting the cookie you wont taste the sweetness as much. There aren't any seats inside, which is a bummer and the place is not very big. read more

I really don't know why crumbl has such a bad reputation lately, because I had a great experience! I visited because I had gotten a coupon for a free cookie, and I happened to be in the shopping center. The store was super clean and the employee that helped me was extremely nice and knowledgeable. They change menus weekly, and always have a creative variety. I ended up choosing the oatmeal skillet cookie. I love oatmeal but I hate raisins, and I was so happy to see an oatmeal cookie without them for once. The employee warmed it up for me, topped it fresh with whipped cream and butterscotch syrup, and put it in a cute pink box. The cookie was delicious, warm, moist, fresh, and about the size of my hand. It's definitely a bit expensive for one cookie, but when you consider the size and quality, it's worth it to treat yourself. read more

A strong scent of WONDERFUL hit me in the face upon entering this cookie store for the first time. I used the cookie assortment on the front counter. One box of four large custom cookies for $14.00 which included the new Cornbread cookie. I watched the cookie baker place the fresh cookies into a cute pink long box and showed me the cookies before closing the box. The store was very clean and spacious. The big steel dough mixers were up front for viewing. Loved this place and am going to eat these cookies tonight after dinner. read more

One of the best cookies from crumbl, carrot cake! This is definitely one of the best crumbl creations. The frosting is what made it so delicious. It was the oerfect ratio of frosting to cake. We tried this weeks easter flavors including the lemon cookie and sugar cookie but weren't able to try the brownie since they ran out. Came in to get a 6 pack of the minis. Systems were down so they could not take our order nor could we use the ipads to do it ourselves. Would have been nice to put up a sign to inform the customers on what is going on so that way we aren't standing in line wasting time. Luckily, you could place your order online through the app or the website. Satisfied with my order. The minis are a fairly decent size. For those of you having an attack of the sweet tooth - this is your remedy! As always, we start with the parking!! This is easy parking as it is located in a Publix plaza. The young ladies behind the counter were super friendly and said hello as soon as I walked in. They have a very wide selection of cooked - some hard, some soft, some round, some not round! I took a lot home and devoured it. It literally took me about 1 minute to consume it because it was so tasty! This is a great little spot given the easy parking, minimal line and friendly staff. Excellent cookie, terrible people! If you're looking for a good cookie this a good spot. If you want someone that works there to be a nice person you're out of luck. I have been a few times with my kids an each time the employees just have a terrible attitude. I don't think they expect to interact with the customer. I have been at Crumbl locations before and honestly it's not my favorite cookie. I received a coupon for a free cookie and thought I would give it a try again. You can always judge service when you get something free. I feel it was great and felt treated as if I was spending a lot of money. The milk chocolate chip cookie was perfect and I liked it much better than the cookie I had tried previously (a few years ago) that was heavily frosted. I also purchased the cookie cutter - because I really wanted one - it was $5 but the cookie was free so I justified it. The person behind the register was friendly and the store was clean. Welcome to Sawgrass (and basically my backyard), Crumbl Cookies!!! Could not be happier to have ya. :) Yesterday I stopped in with my daughter and got our free grand opening chocolate chip cookies. They were delish as usual. We also took home a Dulce de Leche and S'mores. I like to freeze them to bust out for dessert later in the week. Guys- these cookies are worth the hype! I have had a few of the other flavors and I really enjoyed them too. Their location is great because it is a busy plaza with plenty of parking. Another Crumbl and I'm not angry about it :)) Located in a large shopping plaza across the street from the Sawgrass mall. Although the plaza is busy it has plenty of parking. This store has the typical Crumbl pink & white decor. It's right next door to First Watch Sunrise. The staff was welcoming and friendly. You may order at the counter or at the self service kiosks. I am ecstatic that crumbl has opened a location here! My mom and I came for free cookie day, and were awarded 2 free chocolate chip cookies, just for having the app downloaded! These cookies were THICK and ooey gooey. We also purchased a s'mores cookie, which I haven't tried yet, and a dulce de leche cookie. Unfortunately today I had a terrible experience with the mini cookies that I bought from the sunrise location. I went into the location at 8:00am and bought a batch of 12 mini cookies for the price of $28 and what I received was a batch of old and stale cookies. This is my first time purchasing cookies at this location, as I recently moved into this city. Sadly, I will never purchase from this location again even though they are the closest location to where I live. read more

Tried their Milk Chocolate Chip cookie, and I must say I was very impressed. The cookie was so warm and delicious that I ordered one for son and we shared then as I was driving out the parking lot I turned around to go order another one. A couple of weeks ago they had a Tres Leches Cake which was my favorite. The flavors change every week, so I cannot wait for that flavor to come back (I hope it's soon). I haven't had a bad experience here so far. It feels typical to other Crumbl locations with a small area for customers and an open view to the kitchen. Service is good and efficient. It's my understanding that there are no bathrooms for customers. The facilities have seemed clean each time I've visited. I like that this location is open late. There will be small cookies by the register. Those are for catering only. The way those are displayed is always confusing to new customers. This is true for other Crumbl locations. For those who are new to Crumbl cookies: The cookies are big. Not terrifyingly massive, but larger than the average cookie. Flavors reset every Monday. There's usually a chocolate chip cookie and pink sugar cookie. The other cookies will likely have a seasonal theme. Sometimes, there's a mystery cookie - but you can tell what the mystery cookie is at your preferred location by checking the Crumbl app. The mystery cookie may change in the middle of the week. read more
