Lucciano's was definitely above my expectations! The service was excellent, and this is honestly one of the best gelatos I've ever tasted. The prices are also very reasonable for the quality. What I really appreciated was how friendly and helpful the staff were. They let us try as many flavors as we wanted before deciding, which made it so much easier to choose. After trying several flavors, we decided to go with three flavors in a big cup. I ordered Tiramisù, Dulce de Leche, and Pistachio, while my wife ordered Lemon, Chocolate Raspberry, and Mascarpone Berry. Every flavor was incredibly smooth, creamy, and flavorful without being overly sweet. Everything tasted fresh and high quality. We were shopping and shopping always calls for a sweet treat so when I saw Luccianos, I had to pause and check out the variety of gelatos and OMG was it hard to choose. So many decadent flavors but I landed on the tiramisu and cookie butter combo on a cone. It as perfect. read more

The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the tables, the seats and the floor are extremely dirty on a Monday night. After a long walk in the mall and you happen to see an amazing gelato place there's no option but to stop by. The staff was really nice. They let us try plenty of gelato varieties that they had. I finally chose pistachio, dark chocolate, raspberry, and mascarpone and berries. Everything that we picked was amazing was one of the flavors that we picked and we didn't like it. They were kind enough to replace it with something that we like, but I must say that the ambience of this place in the mall is really elegant. They had a very nice decor inside their seating. Everything was great. The only thing that I know that they can improve is keeping the place clean constantly, which is a struggle, but it was getting messy by kids dropping their ice creams everywhere but they're doing their best. No complaints on that. That's why I gave them five star. read more

Conveniently located in one of the main intersections of the mall, this place is hard to miss and delivers on awesome, creamy gelato with a flavor for every palette or craving - all for what feels like a reasonable price. My main complaint is the service. There was a long disorganized line and the staff did nothing to manage the crowd, which created a hectic environment and adds to the overall experience. Some of staff were straight up on their phones while there were people in line waiting to be helped. This left a lot to be desired and didn't make me look forward to coming back should I find myself at Sawgrass Mills Mall. read more

Walking through sawgrass mall and you need a quick pick me up i love a coffee ice cream break. I stopped to try this coffee dulce de leche shake with Gelato. This was very tasty and the coffee was very prominent. The staff was very nice and quick. Absolutely Love Love Love their gelato!! It's definitely one of my top choices for gelato in the Fort Lauderdale area! They have a wide range of flavors to choose from, even though they are a bit pricey. It was a bit odd that they make you pay for a certain size of ice cream before giving you the chance to sample or taste the flavors. I guess after you pay it you end up somehow not liking any of the flavors, you are stuck having to choose one since you already paid. It would be nice if they let you sample before paying. Another slightly annoying detail is that they don't let you do half scoops of ice cream so you can have multiple flavors. That was a bit disappointing since they are charging $7.95 for a small cup (very tiny) that only allows for one flavor. I ended up buying the medium cup so I could have atleast two flavors, I tried the hazelnut and wafers and the white chocolate pistachio flavors. Both were delicious! They have two other hazelnut flavors and many fruity flavors to also choose from. Overall, the ice cream itself is amazing even with the annoying rules that they have in place. read more

This gelato shop is always jammed packed with people and has several tables and staff to support the vast crowds. The staff behind the counter is supplying spoonfulls of all their creamy creations. My favorite by far is the Banana Split and my daughter agreed - which is a first. The small gelato cup is $7.49 which is a very very small cup. The large is the right value at $9.49. I was in the Sawgrass mall and I passed this place and I've always wanted to check them out and I had a craving for something sweet at the time too so it was a perfect match. This place has dessert pastries, such as cake, croissants, macaroons, and other deliciousness, gelato, coffee. But I ordered the Affogato which is your choice of ice cream but they recommend they're almond ice cream because it has a nice creaminess to it with a shot of espresso. It is so delicious and it was a great sweet tooth and also pick me up to conquer my walk around Sawgrass Mall. read more

Saw this opening up in the mall and it finally opened they have so much options of gelato ice cream fancy ice pops of just about anything to . Milkshakes. ,cones And cups. Different sizes so many. Gelato choices. And you can have it anyway. Today I tried the banana split milkshake. Since that sounded so different. And yummy it tasted a lot like banana mostly. So rich and creamy. One of my favorites the prices are a little pricy. But it's worth it. For a first time try I'll have to try all the different ways and the staff is super friendly and helpful. You can also get toppings the place looks cute and the menu is easy to read. They answer all your questions. read more

Sawgrass Mall has a new gem Lucciano's IL Maestro del Gelato!! I am unsure how long they have been opened but this place is fantastic. It's beautifully, spacious and has many dessert selections. They have all sorts of gelato, pops, cakes, coffee, milkshakes, etc. Tip: when you are going to order you need to pay first at the register then they call your name and serve you. I actually like this so you do not have to wait in line to pay once you received your dessert. We decided to order their gelato on our first visit. I ordered the small Passion Fruit and a medium Cookies and Crème and their portions are very generous. I think the price difference between the small and medium is reasonable and worth the upsize. Love that they have enough seating and the layout of the place. Most gelato places are to go or very small and boxy. This space allows you to enjoy your dessert and take a moment to relax while or after shopping. We all know Sawgrass Mall is huge so this is a perfect place to grab a dessert or two and kickback. Quality of the gelato was very good, the staff was very nice and keep up the good work on maintaining the place so clean amongst the constant flow of people. I'm not exaggerating when I say this is the best gelato I've ever had! The workers where super nice and they let you try any flavor you want. The ambiance is very kid friendly and it gets super busy so you have to wait a couple of minutes to get your gelato and it's not super pricey 2 cones and a small cup came out to $20, plus you get two scoops of two different flavors if you want. read more

Saw it would be opening soon but never did. Finally, I went by one day and it was open. I always thought the ice cream would be great. I was wrong. My wife ate a popsicle double chocolate. It had an outer layer of chocolate and fudge inside...where's the ice cream? I ordered a dulce de leche cone. It was the most tasteless dulce de leche I ever had. If Lucciano is from Argentina and they serve this dulce de leche there, I'm sure people are not happy. Dulce de leche is the national ice cream and these guys don't know how to make it.
