The female barista was chatty and poured me with a smile a fresh Lavazza Espresso, in a clear branded glass cup, with notes of cinnamon and dark chocolate. The strong cinnamon aroma was inviting as I brought the cup to my lips. Loved the coffee and the black & white cartoon wall murals with Italian comments added some fun into the café. No bathrooms inside but public facilities are offered in the mall.

The Bright Raven brand coffee consists of a fresh natural washed tri-blend that include Brazilian, Guatemalan and Colombian beans. Lets discuss my hot espresso presented in a mini white cup with the Bright Raven name and logo printed on the side as thoughtful marketing too, not sure why all cafés dont succumb to this inexpensive and smart strategy. The scent alerted my nostrils to anticipate something special. Took the first sip slow and was smooth going down with a mid-roasty aftertaste lingering at the back of my tongue. The banana bread slice was super moist with crunchy thin cut walnuts to add a desirable sound effect with every bite. During the weekdays, Juan is here slinging coffee at 8am. There are three black metal bar stools set up against the truck counter to get the full café on wheels experience. Optional bench and picnic table seating, next to a tranquil three tier flowing fountain, is nearby offering a relaxing vibe. They had the nitro tank and all. Today's coffee was from Guatemala and Indonesia. We had an amazing "tres leche" cold coffee, served with some sugar, which for me was the perfect amount, and sprinkled nutmeg on top. So flavorful, and hits the spot. We also had a hibiscus, lime mixed, with jalapeño, YES, jalapeño. This drink was not only beautiful, but also delicious. Served cold and so refreshing. I could taste and smell the aroma of the hibiscus while I enjoyed the spicy jalapeño. Was so gooooood. Wonderful service of one of the guys with a huge smile on his face, plus their prices were great. Totally affordable and more than good for the quality of their coffee. Thank you guys!

The space is shared with another truck but I think they serve food. At Whole Latte Monkeys I was sad to see that the truck was not open on the inside, but from what I could see, the set up and decor inside the truck was very cute. I placed my order at the window, and got a Lavender iced Matcha latte with oat milk, a vanilla latte with oat milk and a Papito Chulo with oat milk. As I was ordering, I realized some of the names of the drinks are named after some of the monkeys they have shown on display in the truck which was a very cute touch. I wasn't able to read the stories of the monkeys, but I will certainly ask next time. The cashier/barista was very kind and patient while I decided what to order. I wasn't too crazy about the matcha, because I love a stronger, more astringent matcha, but the Papito Chulo was a hit and I would come back for that drink.
