Cookies weee good the service was ok the ambience was ok. I Will go again. Please make a Dubi chocolate cookie one.

The cookies never seem to impress me and I've given them a few tries, nothing to write home about. Normally the service sucks but this guy who waited on me was very nice . The ambiance is fine read more

I wanted to love Crumbl after how much I've heard about it but the cookies were a bit disappointing. I had one that felt over baked, one that felt underbaked, and I wasn't a huge fan of the chocolate. Their cheesecake flavor was good though - I would recommend that to others. One word of caution - all the listed calorie counts on the menu are for a quarter of a cookie - not the whole cookie, not half! read more

Do they always look the prettiest? No. Do they taste dang good every time? YES! It's always clean when I go in there and the cookies look a lot better than some of the other Crumbl cookies in the area. read more

I visited my local Crumbl today after ordering through the app. I was most eager to try the chocolate milkshake cookie and the cinnamon roll cheesecake. I was greeted upon entry and with the app I checked in as "here" and the friendly employee immediately started working on my order. The store was clean and smelled delicious. The employee showed me the cookies and off I went. read more

I had my free birthday cookie so I decided to quickly stop in. Overall not much to write about. The cookie I got was pretty tasty and the time to get my order was pretty quick. I didn't interact with many service workers since everything is ordered on the iPad, but I will add that they were all working hard behind the counter. While I had a pretty enjoyable visit I will note that the drive thru attached the Crumbl was not working. In the 5 minutes that I was in the store I saw 2 different cars need to reverse their way out of the drive thru. I personally found it comical, but I'm sure those customers found it annoying. read more

I got a Mini 6-pack. My cookies were hard as a rock. I went to talk to an employee. When I walk in a lady and another employee are going back in forth and arguing. A different employee came to make me a new one and was very apologetic. The music was so loud it was hard to hear what the worker was saying. Anyways I got a strawberry shortcake so I needed a fork. The employee told me they don't offer forks anymore. I was confused on why. I need a fork to eat my desserts. read more

We originally tried the Crumbl in Cranberry and were happy when they opened in a plaza next to the Block. Almost all the cookies we tried have been very good. Every week they have around 6 cookies for you to choose from. We even got them delivered two weeks ago. One of the best ones that I've had was the chocolate peppermint. The cookie tasted like a brownie and the peppermint frosting was unbelievable. I also liked my peanut butter cookie with Butterfinger crumbles on top. My mom liked her chocolate cocoa cookie. In the past, I had a good cinnamon cookie. The only issue is they end up being around $5 per cookie. I think it's a little pricey. They're a nice treat every once in a while. read more

Rich very large cookies ... highly recommend sharing. Have a rewards program and app. Not open on Sundays ... would be great to take to Sunday dinner. A dozen would make a statement at dinner ... but leave your wallet a lot lighter. read more

Crumbl Cookies is a franchise chain of several hundred cookie bakeries in the United States. This location in Ross Township recently opened. When I entered the business, I saw several employees baking fresh cookies in the back. I used a touchscreen to order my cookies. I had the option to order a single cookie for $4.68, a 4-pack box for $15.25, a 6-pack box for $23.48, and a 12-pack party box for $39.93. The cookie flavors that were available on that particular day were Milk Chocolate Chip, Cinnamon FryBread, Lemonade, Nilla Bean Cupcake, Molten Lava, and Classic Pink Sugar. Please note that different flavors are available in different weeks. On the touchscreen, I chose four flavors of cookies to fill a 4-pack box, and I used the card reader to pay. In less than one minute, an employee called my name and handed over my box. The employees told me "thank you" and "have a nice day" as I was leaving. At home, my husband and I ate the cookies. All of the cookies were large and thick. The Milk Chocolate Chip cookie definitely tasted like milk chocolate. The Cinnamon FryBread cookie had a large cinnamon-flavored dollop on top. The Molten Lava cookie was very chocolately and had a small amount of semi-liquid chocolate inside. The Classic Pink Sugar cookie was topped with a sweet almond frosting. My husband and I prefer cookies that are not as thick and are a little crispier. Furthermore, each Crumbl cookie contains several hundred calories! However, the cookies taste good, and the customer service was excellent. read more

Service: 0 Food: 2 Selected curbside, 10+ minutes and decided to go in. Once inside, the two employees didn't greet us or even acknowledge my existence inside the store. I asked another customer if I was suppose to do something or stand in a special spot because I was that confused by the lack there of customer service. Upon receiving 4 pack and 3 mini pack, only 2 total were not stale. read more

Im so glad this location opened in Ross. The staff is kind, welcoming and the cookies are great. The location is clean and easy to maneuver. There are self service registers and one walk up register. Normally they have your cookie(s) ready in just a few moments after walking in. I love that they ask you if everything looks ok before you leave. I think that's super impressive. New flavors every week have me coming back!! Happy Eating! read more

Crumbl cookie is good but only good at making cakes and cheesecake. If you're looking for a good cookie this place is a roll of the dice. Every so often they make a good cookie. The service is good bit it should be they just have to turn around and get you a cookie from right behind them , and they expect a tip. Tipping is optional but it doesn't feel that way because as soon as they place your order they turn a screen with your tipping options straight to you. The place always smells good and is full of smiles but don't be fooled go when they have cake. read more

I waited in line for a very long time wanting to place an order. Despite many people working behind the counter, no one waited on me. I think it was because I was wearing a mask. And I was wearing a mask because I am caring for a kidney transplant recipient. read more

I ordered a chocolate chip cookie because I feel like you can judge a place by something classic like chocolate chip. The cookie was excellent and had a ton of chocolate chips throughout and on top. The cannoli cookie was great and came chilled. It had a cream filling that was sweet but not too sugary. The cookies were good but they are pricey. We spent $10 on two cookies. It's definitely a place to get a special treat but not an every day thing. They also had self service kiosks which I love! read more

I have these cookies delivered to me as a gift, and what a perfect comfort food! They were so fresh when they arrived, and probably some of the most delicious rich cookies I've ever had! You can tell they were packed with care as well, because they were in perfect shape once they arrived. I haven't been to the actual location itself, but it looks so cute I can't wait to visit in person this time! read more

What a cute little cookie shop in The Bock! I like the ordering kiosk system and order of upcoming orders on the wall. The inside waiting area is small, but the line moves so quickly it doesn't matter. You're in and out so quickly. Everything is very minimalistic and clean inside. You can tell it's brand new. We ordered the peanut butter brownie cookie which is served warm and the iced sugar cookie with pink icing served chilled. They were both huge and thick. What a perfect sweet finish to a local lunch or shopping trip. Crumbl also has nutritional facts about their products which is ideal for food allergies and other such sensitivities. read more

Very poor experience tonight. 2 young black girls just laughing and joking and didn't acknowledge any customer. It was just poor service

Delicious fresh cookies nice staff short wait time Many options they also have a drive-through which is convenient for pick up read more

I was excited for a location to come to the North Hills to try but unfortunately I'm not a fan. Some of the flavors are ok but some of weekly cookies are not great, too sweet, or seem raw in the middle. It's just not my type of cookie. I've never had an issue with service or the store itself the cookies just aren't for me. I like the concept but the cookies don't live up to the hype for me. I know a lot of friends that love Crumbl so if you haven't tried I'd recommend trying to get your own opinion. read more

Big fan of crumble cookies! I suggest downloading the app and ordering ahead so you can see the flavors and not have to wait. They rotate weekly but always have chocolate chip which are delicious. Can be a bit pricey but worth it for a special treat. Sometimes they run out by the end of the day so keep that in mind! read more

wonderful location. Right near it all so it's easy to make a stop for treats while running errands. Only issue I have is they seem to run out of the cookie I want the most that week very quickly. Not sure why but it has happened multiple weeks now. Guess I have the same taste as others around here? read more

Love it so much and the cornbread cookie to die for thank you for for such good service

Free birthday Cooke! So good, enough to share. Convenient location. Unique flavors. Yummmm

So good but I don't know if it's worth the price. Some of the cookies are worth the price but come on chocolate chip should not be $5 then taxes. There really good don't get me wrong but that price I'd hard to get behind read more

Great delivery service every time I order cookies! I love Crumbl! Really delicious cookies

The best tasting cookies very large and very friendly members & helpful. Easy to use the app to order

Very tasty cookies especially the new tres leches cake. It's so good, you should have a try

I haven't really been here a lot, but this place is really amazing. The cookies taste really good and don't taste bad at all! The service here is pretty good and the vibe of this place is more like a calm and nice relaxing type of vibe. Over all I would say you should come here often. read more

Amazing, always fresh, always on point. The flavors are always so good!! I look forward to the new flavor drops every week

The cookies are so impressive it's hard not to love them!!! I think my favorite is the pink sugar but take note they do have almond flour

The variety and flavors I love. As well thry are gooey and have that nice crunch definitely great cookies.

Saw this new store and gave it a try. There was only one person waiting, and the workers were all busy making cookies. Other than the display of cookies, there is no signage as to how or what you can buy -- other than the Kiosks. The Kiosk offered 4 pk, 6 pk, 4 Large cookie flavors (I did not see an option for a single cookie). They had smaller cookies on display, but these are only available through catering (minimum a dozen and pre-ordered). I ordered 2 Confetti Milkshake and 2 Peanut Butter Cup. I ate the very large and very sweet Confetti Milkshake on the way home. It was so sweet that I couldn't say what other flavors it offered! It was cold, which to me was a turn-off. It also made me feel sick -- I guess they are not intended for one person to eat the whole thing! The fact that they only sell large cookies, not the smaller versions, for people wanting a single serving "impulse" buy, is a poor marketing strategy. I wish the poor franchise owner's success -- I won't be going back! read more

They have the best cookies in town!! I couldn't get enough of the chocolate chip cookies. A bit expensive but, definitely worth the effort & price to go in and purchase some chocolate chip cookies. Now I know what a"cookie monster" is. You receive great service at the counter when, you place your order or you can order from their kiosk. And the place inside is so super cute too. read more
