I got a Mini 6-pack. My cookies were hard as a rock. I went to talk to an employee. When I walk in a lady and another employee are going back in forth and arguing. A different employee came to make me a new one and was very apologetic. The music was so loud it was hard to hear what the worker was saying. Anyways I got a strawberry shortcake so I needed a fork. I had my free birthday cookie so I decided to quickly stop in. Overall not much to write about. The cookie I got was pretty tasty and the time to get my order was pretty quick. I didn't interact with many service workers since everything is ordered on the iPad, but I will add that they were all working hard behind the counter. While I had a pretty enjoyable visit I will note that the drive thru attached the Crumbl was not working. In the 5 minutes that I was in the store I saw 2 different cars need to reverse their way out of the drive thru. We originally tried the Crumbl in Cranberry and were happy when they opened in a plaza next to the Block. Almost all the cookies we tried have been very good. Every week they have around 6 cookies for you to choose from. We even got them delivered two weeks ago. One of the best ones that I've had was the chocolate peppermint. The cookie tasted like a brownie and the peppermint frosting was unbelievable. I also liked my peanut butter cookie with Butterfinger crumbles on top. My mom liked her chocolate cocoa cookie. In the past, I had a good cinnamon cookie. The only issue is they end up being around $5 per cookie. I think it's a little pricey. They're a nice treat every once in a while. read more

When I entered the business, I saw several employees baking fresh cookies in the back. I used a touchscreen to order my cookies. I had the option to order a single cookie for $4.68, a 4-pack box for $15.25, a 6-pack box for $23.48, and a 12-pack party box for $39.93. The cookie flavors that were available on that particular day were Milk Chocolate Chip, Cinnamon FryBread, Lemonade, Nilla Bean Cupcake, Molten Lava, and Classic Pink Sugar. Please note that different flavors are available in different weeks. On the touchscreen, I chose four flavors of cookies to fill a 4-pack box, and I used the card reader to pay. In less than one minute, an employee called my name and handed over my box. The employees told me "thank you" and "have a nice day" as I was leaving. At home, my husband and I ate the cookies. All of the cookies were large and thick. The Milk Chocolate Chip cookie definitely tasted like milk chocolate. The Cinnamon FryBread cookie had a large cinnamon-flavored dollop on top. Im so glad this location opened in Ross. The staff is kind, welcoming and the cookies are great. The location is clean and easy to maneuver. There are self service registers and one walk up register. Normally they have your cookie(s) ready in just a few moments after walking in. I love that they ask you if everything looks ok before you leave. I think that's super impressive. Crumbl cookie is good but only good at making cakes and cheesecake. If you're looking for a good cookie this place is a roll of the dice. Every so often they make a good cookie. The service is good bit it should be they just have to turn around and get you a cookie from right behind them , and they expect a tip. Tipping is optional but it doesn't feel that way because as soon as they place your order they turn a screen with your tipping options straight to you. I ordered a chocolate chip cookie because I feel like you can judge a place by something classic like chocolate chip. The cookie was excellent and had a ton of chocolate chips throughout and on top. The cannoli cookie was great and came chilled. It had a cream filling that was sweet but not too sugary. The cookies were good but they are pricey. We spent $10 on two cookies. What a cute little cookie shop in The Bock! I like the ordering kiosk system and order of upcoming orders on the wall. The inside waiting area is small, but the line moves so quickly it doesn't matter. You're in and out so quickly. Everything is very minimalistic and clean inside. You can tell it's brand new. We ordered the peanut butter brownie cookie which is served warm and the iced sugar cookie with pink icing served chilled. They were both huge and thick. What a perfect sweet finish to a local lunch or shopping trip. Crumbl also has nutritional facts about their products which is ideal for food allergies and other such sensitivities. read more

I was excited for a location to come to the North Hills to try but unfortunately I'm not a fan. Some of the flavors are ok but some of weekly cookies are not great, too sweet, or seem raw in the middle. It's just not my type of cookie. I've never had an issue with service or the store itself the cookies just aren't for me. I like the concept but the cookies don't live up to the hype for me. I know a lot of friends that love Crumbl so if you haven't tried I'd recommend trying to get your own opinion. read more

Big fan of crumble cookies! I suggest downloading the app and ordering ahead so you can see the flavors and not have to wait. They rotate weekly but always have chocolate chip which are delicious. Saw this new store and gave it a try. There was only one person waiting, and the workers were all busy making cookies. Other than the display of cookies, there is no signage as to how or what you can buy -- other than the Kiosks. The Kiosk offered 4 pk, 6 pk, 4 Large cookie flavors (I did not see an option for a single cookie). They had smaller cookies on display, but these are only available through catering (minimum a dozen and pre-ordered). I ordered 2 Confetti Milkshake and 2 Peanut Butter Cup. I ate the very large and very sweet Confetti Milkshake on the way home. It was so sweet that I couldn't say what other flavors it offered! It was cold, which to me was a turn-off. It also made me feel sick -- I guess they are not intended for one person to eat the whole thing! The fact that they only sell large cookies, not the smaller versions, for people wanting a single serving "impulse" buy, is a poor marketing strategy. I wish the poor franchise owner's success -- I won't be going back! read more
