I sent them a note on Facebook Messenger and instead of apologizing they just doubled down that they didn't do anything wrong and said that the cake probably got too warm. The whipped icings on top were wonderfully sweet. The chocolate flavors were very chocolatey. The fillings did not have strong flavors but added to the sweetness.
