We LOVE Andersons chocolate! And I feel that it's as good as Sarris (please don't harm me, haha) The chocolate offered here is plentiful, from hot chocolate bombs, solids, pretzels, the oh-so delicious Chocolate covered Cordial Strawberries, and on and on! They also carry different candies, such as gummies and jelly beans! Oh, and I absolutely cannot forget they have numerous options for gifts and even offer really beautiful free gift wrapping! Or should you find yourself in the mood for ice cream, they offer Dippin Dots! The store is always very clean the the staff has always been very helpful and friendly!

This has been my favorite candy place of all time since I was a kid. Even though I have had the luxury and opportunity to travel all over the world, no one can beat Anderson, in my honest opinion! Living in California for almost 20 years, every time I come back, I come here. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed!

Who doesn't love chocolate? And who doesn't love a good candy store? Anderson's is a good candy store. They started their business on Merchant Street in Ambridge back in 1916. Harry and his wife Mary and even their 3 children worked in the store back then. Son Harold took over the business in 1962 after Harry passed away. The Baden location opened in 1964 and has become the actual candy making facility and main retail outlet. And now the business is operated by Goldie Anderson and her daughters. Anderson's is also well known for their fund raising candy bars. People at my office are always selling them to help support local charities and organizations. In the store, they sell everything imaginable. Chocolate covered pretzels, oreos, cheese curls, marshmallows, raisins, etc. For holidays, they sell foiled covered balls, chocolate Santa on a stick and hard candy. You can pick your chocolates one by one, or by the box. They also sell Jelly Belly's, which I love. And it's always nice to come here to be able to pick up small bags of your favorite flavors. Lots and lots of good choices!

At Anderson's candies you can find a variety of chocolates and something for All Occasions!

We have always loved Anderson's Candy. Especially peanut butter meltaways, and chocolate covered pretzels.

Every order is made well and the chocolate is very good. It tastes different than others, giving each bite a distinct taste.

Anderson's is BIG TIME CANDY! Our family loves it as much or maybe a little more than Sarris. Anyone who says differently is an idiot.

They have a huge selection of chocolate based (and some non-chocolate) based candies. They also have a ton of sugar free options which is great for those watching their sugar. We tried a variety of treats which were tasty- I particularly enjoyed the chocolate caramels. I was a little disappointed that the kind girls working behind the counter couldn't explain what some of the candies were, but they did offer to let me try one which made up for it some. We also tried a box of their chocolate covered strawberries, but were a bit disappointed as they were a little sour and not very good. However the other chocolates we got were amazing and worth returning!

Set up kind of like one of those in a mall, but better. Of course I had myself a bag and filled it with all the essential candy one may chew on. Sour patch kids, chewy Sprees, gummy worms, Swedish fish, and the list goes on and on. They also have packages of candy too. No need to mix and match if that's not your thing. They make their own chocolates, and the display case inside was filled with very delightful items. I was tempted to ask for one of each, but I was able to keep myself in check. There are already packaged chocolates so you can just grab and go. If you want a certain mix of chocolates they are more than happy to oblige.

My husband and I shopped here one time. When we entered the store, an employee immediately and kindly greeted us. Examples of candies were Jelly Belly, SweetTarts, Raisinets, Laffy Taffy, Dweebs, BottleCaps, Nestle Aero, and a display case of a few dozen flavors of chocolates. Furthermore, a wall had a candy buffet from which customers could fill up a box with up to several dozen flavors of candies for $5. Countless flavors of bottled sodas were on the shelves. For gifts we saw toys (e.g., wooden flower puzzles and trucks), clothing such as socks, candles, etcetera. We felt most interested in the candies. This store offered many but not all of our favorite gummy, hard, sweet, sour, and chocolate candies. The prices were typical.
