Ask the customer for their registered phone number or some such without explanation. Please...I just stopped for ice cream. 4. Make sure that the small ice cream in a waffle cone barely reaches the top edge of the cone. This happened last time, too, so maybe there's some new portion policy. This was never an issue at the old location Ice cream should be a happy thing, not the cause of angst.
