They do things the way it used to be done back in the day. Cookie trays and pastries, always stocked and presented with precision and attention to detail. The staff will always make eye contact and greet you as you enter and are happy to assist. They have a few tables and chairs set up for people to pop in for a few minutes and enjoy their feel for Italy. They offer a self-serve coffee station set up, but if you really want next level, order yourself a latte.

Best wedding cake ever!…read more We are so happy we decided to get our cake from Kristyn at Fanny Cakes! From my first phone call with her to set up the tasting appointment, she was an absolute delight to work with. I loved her story about how her cake shop is named after her grandma Fanny who taught her how to bake! My whole family came along for the tasting (because who doesn't like to eat cake?). Kristyn and her mom, Patty, went above and beyond with the flavors I had requested before the appointment and a whole sampling of others they had on hand based on what they were baking in the back. The two of them are so much fun! We laughed and had a great time. We even left with a dozen cupcakes to share at a family event later that evening. Many people have moved away from traditional wedding cakes, but cake has always been one of my favorite things about wedding so it was very important that I had a great cake at my wedding. Everything was incredibly delicious. The cakes was dense and moist, and the flavors were incredible. We ended up with a four tier classic looking cake with two tiers of vanilla cake with raspberry mousse and white chocolate raspberry ganache, and two tiers of chocolate cake with dark chocolate ganache and salted caramel buttercream. Even my non cake eating husband LOVED it! The cake was definitely a hit at the wedding as well. We received lots of complements on the flavors and quality of the cake. It was beautiful with simple white frosting and I had my florist provide simple white flowers and greenery to top it. We saved the top tier (chocolate and caramel layer) and took it on our honeymoon with us. It was such a treat we enjoyed each day while looking out at the ocean from our deck in the Bahamas. We will definitely return to Kristyn and Patty at Fanny Cakes for our future cake needs!

We were amazed at how intricate and beautiful the buttercream lace detail we requested was. Working with Kristyn and the Fanny Cakes team was such a breeze! They went above and beyond to ensure all details were perfect, and they even went to our florist the day before our wedding to pick up flowers to perfectly match the design of our bouquets and centerpieces. Fanny Cakes was one of the best vendors we chose for our big day. We were so pleased with their professionalism, kindness, and quality! Thank you Fanny Cakes for making our celebration so sweet!
