Went in last week for the first time because my friends and neighbors love it and go there all the time. It was busy, but the person that helped me was very friendly and explained the cookies to me. The wait was not bad and the young man that gave them to me made sure to show them to me first. Very friendly workers and upbeat during the rush. I went in again yesterday, this time during a slower time and was again impressed at the friendliness of the employees. The peppermint bark was so good, but I think the hot chocolate from last week is my favorite. The cookies were alright. It wasn't worth finishing though. It would have been nice if the cashier handed me the cookies facing upright. They have pictures on the front and back of the box. So I didn't know she handed me the cookies facing down. The frosted cookie was smeared all over the box because she handed me the boxes facing down. The frosting on the oreo cookie was a cream cheese base. It was sour. The oreo cookie itself was slightly dry. But not overly dry. It was kind of bitter. Overall, it was an okay cookie. I wouldn't want it again. The peanut butter filled cookie tasted like a snickerdoodle with a generous scoop of peanut butter loaded inside. This cookie tasted better. I was upset and wanted to stuff myself. But it wasn't worth it. I don't know maybe I will be back to give them another try. First let me say, I love Crumbl cookies! They are absolutely delicious! My favorite is the, "Kentucky Butter." The reason for the lower review score is because their nutritional information is incredibly misleading and dangerous for those counting carbs and calories. They note that each cookie is 110 calories, but that is per "container"! Well, what does container mean? We just had a Pink Bubblegum cookie and when you look at nutritional information, it says 110 calories, when in fact it is 680 calories and 90 carbs. Do they expect you to cut the cookie in 6 pieces, since each piece is 110 calories? It's ridiculous! The company needs to post the nutritional information clearly. I hope they do! read more

I've ordered delivery 2 times from the Gilbert location with a set time for the cookies to be delivered. Both times the cookies were over an hour and half late, typically not a problem but when you have kids who go to bed- getting cookies at 8pm (when you asked for 6pm) is not acceptable. Very bad customer service, both times I had to call to check up on where the order is and they just say "oh , we only have 1 driver." If that's the case then push back your delivery times online, I would much rather go pick it up than have the order be 1-2hours late. When you're paying $21 with delivery charge for cookies, we should not have this problem 2 times in a row.... I was hoping the first time we just got unlucky! Honestly, I love the cookies but this specific location has failed me time and time again. The customer service has been so bad every.single.time. I just left the location because after waiting for 10 minutes in line, I finally get up to the register to order and I asked if every cookie was available. They explained that they didn't have ANY cookies and it would be at least a 20 minute wait. I feel like that should be expressed before I waited in line for so long before someone even helped us. I recently ordered a dozen Crumbl cookies to be shipped from Utah to our location in MD since we are not anywhere close to Rockville. Unfortunately, Fed Ex gave no delivery date and posted that all deliveries were delayed. Given that freshness is an issue, I called Crumbl Customer Service. The service provided by Jenna was wonderful and she resolved my problem quickly. When I see that there are no delivery problems with Fed Ex (their shipper of choice), I will order more. I have had a horrible experience with this place. Yes the cookies are good but their employees really treat you like they don't care and you feel as if you are inconveniencing them. They have no sense in customer service or taking care of their customers. I went into this location a month or two ago to test cookies for my bridal shower to plan ahead which is now this month. The lady who helped us made us feel like we were inconveniencing her. We asked her a few questions about a catering order and were told to wait to place the order a couple weeks before. She also said we could choose as many flavors of cookies as we wanted since we were ordering 100. When I called to place the order they said they changed policy since then and I could only choose 2 flavors for 100 cookies!! So ridiculous!! I will gladly be taking my business and money else where. I am an avid Crumbl fan & frequent the one near my house. I'm kind of disappointed in this location. Went in to get the "Mom" box for Mother's Day. Out of them, (unless only given a limited number per store) you'd think they'd make sure to have plenty leading into Mother's Day. I visited the store on Sat before Mother's Day because I wanted to make sure I got the freshest cookies possible since they're not open Sunday's. They were also out of their chilled pink sugar cookie (which happens to be my favorite) which is one of the staple cookies. Typically they present the cookies to you before closing box to take. My box was already closed and had chocolate & confetti icing on it. I asked for something to wipe off the chocolate-kid said sure thing, came back and placed a sticker over the chocolate & sealed the box. I cleaned the box off when I got home so NBD. Lolol. Sigh. But I'll visit the other Crumbl in the area instead when I want to satisfy my cookie craving. read more

I would absolutely never recommend using delivery from this company. I placed an order online and called the company to confirm an hour later. The first store I called I spoke to a very rude woman (believe her name was Natalie) who kept putting me on hold and trying to figure out "what happened" to my order. She then said (after the 4th of 5th time of putting me on hold) that she would call me back and of course never did. The second store I tried was a lot nicer but after trying door dash and other stores could not find my order. I gave them my order number (confirmation code), my name, my sister's name (who I ordered for) and nothing came up. When they called me back a third time and said they couldn't find anything, I was so frustrated and disappointed I just told them to forget it. I will be tracking to see if my credit card gets charged since I got a receipt and a confirmation number after ordering. My sister (who I ordered for) absolutely loves Crumbl and just had a baby so was trying to surprise her with a nice gift. I really am disappointed with this experience and cannot understand how they never got my order and how they did nothing to make this right. read more

This is based on customer service only, since I left without even ordering. I walked in, not welcomed by anything other than a yummy smell of baking cookies. There were a couple of moms there with their gaggle of kids trying to figure out what they wanted. Mom one had her diapered toddler, sitting his butt ON the counter top, next to their POS. He was all over the counter, touching and smearing what appeared to be drool on the POS, while putting his dirty feet in green rubber crocks on top of the counter, and playing in the paper towel roll to the right of the register. The poor guy trying to take their order didn't say anything to her, or ask her to remove her kids butt or dirty feet from the counter, where they serve the food from. My final straw that caused me to walk out was when she finally finished her order, the employee never even tried to wipe up and sanitize where the kid just sat and played. Come on...that's the counter where you put people's food. If the customers are going to be gross pigs, and your aren't going to ask them to get down, at least wipe up after them before serving the next customer. read more

Don't get me wrong the cookies here are good but be prepared to wait an unknown amount of time. They will put a sign next to the ones that they are currently out of when you are ordering but when it's your turn to get your cookies boxed up what they have totally changes. I just waited 15 minutes to be told 3 out of 4 cookies that I ordered were out and I could wait 30 minutes. I have been to this location probably 10 times since they opened. Most days I would give them 4 stars (there have been a few cookies that have been really bad) but today is definitely a 1 star kind of day. There were 4 people working when I walked in and I was the only customer in the store. I walked up and smiled and said hi to the lady whom I assumed would be helping me and she had a blank stare on her face. No "hello" or smile.... oky doky.... So I continued to let her know I was there to get a gift card. I asked for a $35 gift card (figuring this would cover a party box delivered). She rung it up and said the total was $37.72. ???? Why was I charged tax on a gift card I asked? I have purchased plenty of gift cards in my time at a variety of establishments and have never been charged tax on a gift card. She said it's their company policy that you can only get a gift card for the amount of the box sizes they offer plus the tax. Basically if you want a gift card you have to know what size your recipient will buy plus the tax and this will be your gift card total. I told her I was buying the gift card to be auctioned off for a good cause and I was hoping to get a gift card that includes the party box, delivery, tax and tip which would be around $35.00. Well, I found out I can't do this. The manager came over who was less friendly than the first employee and instead of being kind and trying to explain the policy was very passive aggressive with me then walked away without a word or a "hey, thanks for understanding" kind of comment. I wanted Crumble to know that I am not impressed with their customer service. You sell cookies. How can you be a grumpy employee when you sell cookies? This wasn't the first encounter I've had with grumpy customer service at Crumble but I usually leave with a box of warm cookies so I haven't paid much attention. Today's visit was a fun encounter of grumpy customer service and a bizarre gift card policy. Probably won't be thinking of Crumble for a gift card in the future. read more

I had been hearing a lot about the new cookie place that took over where waffle love was. So for a resent girls night I picked up a dozen with two individuals cookies (boxed) for my little neighbor girls.. I was a bit stunned by the price of these huge things! A dozen and two individual cost $ 43.00. One cookie feeds two IMHO they are big. I noticed on the individual boxes on display they had a little sticker and a rubber tie thing. I asked the baker when he was handing me my order if I could get them for the two individual boxes and he said "those cost extra" I started to go back to the register to get them BUT i wasn't standing in line again. So my advice to the staff is if someone's buying a dozen and or individual maybe ask them if they want the extra stickers! Cookies were good but not something i will be buying all the time.
