Tasty cookies, disappointing experience. They were super busy and we ordered a specialty cookie and they were backed up. We saw a worker pull cookies out of the oven and immediately begin piping them. We gave it a chance but the cookie frosting melted within 10 mins. It was a present for Mother's Day and we had already seen what it was supposed to look like - nice piping on top etc. We returned the cookie for a more set one but the worker condescendingly said " it's hot out, they're going to melt." My wife advised her we didn't even keep it outside and that we knew a fresh baked cookie would melt the icing, but she argued and said "it's going to melt." My wife has baked for years, we know what makes frosting melt in Az, it wasn't hot enough. Even if it were the case, not the right way to handle it. Need some management here. If you are going to purchase cookies, make sure you only purchase the correct amount per their boxes as they will charge .50 per box if you want the cookies separated. This is per their corporate office and is a ridiculous charge! If you want a dozen cookies, but are going to give to clients/customers in a different denomination, they will charge you, NO exceptions. Talk about nickel and diming a customer! Tried completing a postmates order by trying to call and place order ahead, but they refused. A girl in the background yelled to tell the girl talking to me on the phone to tell me they're closed when it was before their closing time. They also said they ran out of cookies, but when i got there the entire crew walked out with huge boxes of cookies to take home for themselves. I stopped a girl and asked her basically why i was lied to about the cookies being out and she said they already pre-packaged them for them to take home. Cookies would taste much better if you all put about half the amount of sugar in the dough and about a fourth amount into the frosting, cookies are sweet to the point where after taking one bite I need to drink a bottle of water. Sweet on top of sweet with sweet filling and frosting and some more sweet. I understand that just in general there is nothing healthy about cookies but why so much sugar? Crumbl cookie has by far one of the best experiences of customer service and cleanliness that i've had in a long time. Hannah, the manager on staff, is running a well oiled machine with the crew she had tonight. Anthony, Celeste, and Liza we're the team members that were working with Hannah tonight, and as I came in late in the night close to closing, they treated me like the number one customer they've had all day. I greatly appreciate the small form of friendship and hospitality this crew has given. Out of all the crumbl's i've been too, and trust me i've been to a lot, this one has exceeded all expectation. A fan of their chocolate chip but the week I went they had lemon, biscoff, buckeye, Oreo. Didn't really have a fave of those 4. They were ok but the cookie texture itself was good and not overly sweet. Still tasted good the next day. I'd go back to try the other flavors. Amazing!!! Just took the 12 cookie party box to clients and as soon as I walked in, there was a swarm of people all converging to try them! The cookies are big and fat so a plastic knife is recommended to cut them into quarters to share. I had run in to Crumbl on a whim so did not pay too much attention to the flavors. I just asked for 2 of each which seemed to be the perfect mix! Great presentation with the boxes whether you are giving just 1, 4 or 12. I had to try this place based on all the rave reviews. I stopped in yesterday around 4 pm, it was not busy at all, I was the only one in the store. The employees were very nice and there were a lot of people working. I told them it was my first time there so they explained to me the cookie rotation. They always have chocolate chip and sugar, 3-4 were there weekly rotation and 1 variety was the monthly. I opted for the oatmeal chocolate chip, chocolate chip, sugar, and cranberry white chocolate. The others looked good too but didn't like how they had sauce drizzled all over them. They have a reward system too. For every 90 stars you earn (1 dollar = 1 star) you get a free box of four cookies. I asked them what the delivery fee was, $2.95 they said. That's not bad... I expected the wait to be a few minutes because they advertise the cookies are served warm. They handed me the box quite quickly and I appreciated how he opened the box to show me what was inside and to point out which was which. But the cookies WERE NOT WARM. That was a complete disappointment. The cookies are very large and thick. I was only able to finish half of the chocolate chip. I was surprised when I first bit into it. I was expecting it to be a very soft cookie but the outside was very crunchy. As I kept eating the center was soft. I really liked the texture but the taste is nothing to go crazy over, it's just ok in my opinion. We packed the leftovers in a Tupperware container overnight. It's still soft but definitely drier. You definitely have to eat them same day. It's a cool concept but not something I'll be running to when I want to satisfy my sweet tooth. read more

I just had the worst experience with CRUMBL Cookie. I always have nothing but nice things to say about them however this evening we order cookies to be delivered to us. When the cookies came we realized that the cookies were for the wrong person. I called the store and spoke to the Manager SCOTLAND. She advised me that it was dark outside and that they sometimes make mistakes because they can't see. She stated that her driver should be still in the area to bring the cookies to me. We waited and waited. I decided to call them back and let them know that I would like them to send fresh cookies to me instead as they may not be as fresh as they would have been had they gotten here 45 minutes ago. The manager became upset and rude with me. She told me that I needed to have some understanding and consideration for her staff. I advised her that I understood that people make mistakes, I just wanted her to fix the issue. She was very unapologetic and condescending to me. She told me that she has to defend her staff. I told her the service I was receiving was horrible being that we are loyal customers to CRUMBL Cookie. She told me that I was not the type of customer she would like to have anyways. I finally recieved my order and guess what it was still incorrect. She did agree to refund me, however, that doesn't change the way I was treated. I was never rude to any of them. I never once raised my voice. All I did was call in with a concern and this is the way I was treated. I left a message with the store owner MOLLY. I hope she calls me back. Scotland was the wrong choice for management. This is unbelievable. I have never been treated this way. I did not feel appreciated at all. With all these companies folding due to the pandemic, you would think these small businesses would be more caring and thankful for the continued community support. If businesses want continued success, they need to be kind to their customers. UPDATE!!!!! I have called the store owner 2 times and have left 2 voice-mails. I will not bother calling again. She has not picked up nor called me back. I do question however, had I been a White woman, would my concern be handled differently or taken more seriously. Would they have been more apologetic to me? Would they have treated me more kind? The manager told me that I am not the kind of customer that she wanted anyways. Do you prefer not to serve to customers of color?? Good cookies but customer service could use some improving. Placed an order but when the delivery time came I had no updates and of course there's no number to call so I had to use the messenger. Finally got an update that the location was running behind and should have my order in 15 minutes. 27 minutes later my order arrived. Previously ordered from a competitor and had same issue BUT they communicated BEFORE my delivery time that my order was running late and then continued texting with updates to show where my order was. When the driver arrived, she even had an extra box of cookies for being late... and it was only 6 minutes past my expected time. I appreciate that they communicated and didn't leave me wondering about the status of my order. I'll go with that other company next time i'm in the mood for cookies. read more
