Smaller location than the one on Fort Union, and now they have 18 locations in Utah. They are popping up all over and hope they can keep the money coming in, unlike what happened to Even Stevens which only has 8 locations in Utah. And love their business model. Off my soapbox, this place has the same awesome quality as the other locations. Overpriced cookies that are warm and doughy in the middle just like the way you wished mom would have made them. :-) My mom actually like semisweet chocolate chip cookies for some reason and didn't care for this place or Chip Cookie. Always busy and the line goes quickly. For sure will be back!

If I had never had another cookie shop order before, this rating would probably be a 4star, but unfortunately I have been sold over to another cookie chain, so all I can do is compare as to what I feel is the ideal cookie. Anyway, I had the chance to try a lot of crumbl cookies over about a week and a half span. Went there after work just to give it a try, they have a lot of the cookies ready to go. The cookies 3/4 (besides the sugar cookie, those are generally served cold) were warm when I received them. There were quite a few workers around in there and they were all busy at work. They are an interesting business as they basically change the menu weekly. Part of the reason could be to keep things interesting and to keep people coming back to try new flavors, but I have also heard some frustration from that because if there is a cookie you really want to try, but you aren't able to get there in a weeks time, that is the worst. Who knows when that desired flavor will come back in stock, can be really disappointing. The flavors are as described I'll say. They aren't bad at all. They are flat and pretty good sized. One of my coworkers brought the party box to share and we cut them into fourths so you could try some of almost everything. Some great flavors, my personal favorite was the funfetti, very good. I'm not a huge red velvet fan, but that one was tasty as well. So, it's cool to give a try, but I probably won't be a returning customer in the near future. Nothing bad at all, but also not mind blowing for me.

Crumbl Cookies always a great spot to satisfy my sweet tooth! It is really easy to walk in and get 1 or as many cookies on the spot. They are warm or cold (depending on how they are served), but fresh and ready to go! There is parking right in front of the store, which provides easy access. I also bought one of their cookie cutters which helps cut the cookies into four pieces. It is so helpful! I used to use a knife to cut it at home, but found that a lot of the icing clumped. This tool made it cleaner and was easy to use - just $5!

Today I had the privilege of experiencing Cutiepies for the first time and it did not disappoint!…read more Let me start off with the email interaction I've had with Marc, who is the founder of this company. He came right out and walked my order to my car and was so pleasant and personable. He shared with me his family's story about how these bite sized, individual pies came to be, and how him and his family take great pride in these pies and the family recipe. I sampled all their flavors and they were pretty fantastic. The lemon merengue was an instant favorite - the lemon had a punch full of flavor but not overpowering at all. The fruit tart was just a great balance of fruit flavor with the custard. The heavenly chocolate with Andes mints is a fantastic one to try as it's a seasonal one, but perfect for the holiday season. The coconut cream was an instant hit with just the right amount of sweetness. And the crust - wow, it's spot on that compliments every flavor of these bite sized little heavens-in-your-mouth. Overall, these miniature pies are the way to go for wanting a taste of every flavor of pie - without having to have a slice of a regular sized pie. Plus, in my opinion, it's more fun to eat, share with someone, or just to be able to give yourself a treat anytime.

We go in, I ask for an Almond Croissant, expecting the size you see at other places, then inquire about something like ham and cheese, yep, so asked for one, and a Cappuccino. It'd be a few minutes for the ham and cheese, but they box up my wife's two slices of bread and my other croissant and we wait. Heading for the freeway I open the bag and start on my savory croissant. A half hour later and I ask for the Almost Croissant. "OMG... They are too pretty to eat, I have to take a picture first!" She hands me the largest Almond Croissant I have ever seen! The flavor was as imlressive as the size. Next time we are n the area, we are definitely going back, but I'll only get the Almond Croissant, it's all I'll need!

There were probably 20 diners at this location at 4-5 tables at 2:00 PM on a Sunday. I counted about 10-12 employees. The wait for everything seemed a little too long for the employee/diner ratio. The food was just OK. The brisket sandwich was very dry and pulled, like pulled pork, but without any juices. I know it's not a smokehouse and they likely just order overcooked roasted brisket from Cisco or something, but when you order a brisket sandwich for $14, there are expectations. Ordered coffee with lunch. Waiter brought two coffees and a small container of cream. Asked to refill about halfway through. Brought coffees and no cream. So I asked again. Then about 5 minutes later I asked again. Then I watched our waiter go into the open kitchen area and lean against a counter and chat and laugh with two other staff for 5 minutes. I stood up and walked toward him and he saw me. He broke with the group, came out and said, "Sorry, I had to do something in the back." Very mediocre experience overall. Not what I expected based on previous experiences at the other location. Also, noisy dining room, no solid buffering insulation in the ceiling. Cafeteria-like experience.

With the Utah Cookie Wars heating up between Crave, Crumbl, and Dirty Dough, I thought it would be…read morefun to test all of the competition to see which cookies I personally enjoyed the best. I really wanted to love my cookies at Crave, and I visited twice over the last couple of months to give them a try. They're good cookies, but not the best. Both times I visited, the store was absolutely empty. They change their cookie menu weekly, and this week's menu was very appealing. One thing I noted is that every one of their cookies with the exception of the classic chocolate chip was stuffed with some sort of mass-produced sweet. Peanut butter cookies were stuffed with Reeses style cups, the Chocolate cookie was stuffed with what tasted like storebought cheesecake, the Samoa cookie was literally topped with a Girl Scout Cookie, and the Scotcheroo was filled with a Rice Krispie Treat. This made all of the cookies taste far from homemade. They were SO sweet that I barely could eat a few bites. I love sweets, but the fake flavors were just gross. The worst cookie of the bunch was a Strawberry cookie. It had a sour tasting strawberry cream topping that was day-glo pink! Extremely unappetizing. It was topped with a thick whipped cream that made the entire thing soggy and unappealing. I have never thrown out a cookie before, but it was really, really gross. Into the garbage it went. The best cookie was the traditional chocolate chip, and I would've loved the Oreo cookie if it hadn't had the yucky, gummy cheesecake inside. The cookies were slightly underdone and reminded me so much of Gideon's Bakehouse in Orlando, that same sort of yummy, sugary, raw dough texture. I gave Crave two chances and I was less than impressed on both of my visits. The employees were so nice and friendly, but they selected my cookies out of a warming tray. I didn't smell any fresh baked cookies and no baking was going on, just already made cookies sitting there getting dried out. They were served to me warm, however. There are much better cookies out there, and I just prefer all-natural ingredients or at least freshly baked cookies.

It's not that it's a bad thing it's just....not unique. I'd love to see one of these places do something different. If you're unfamiliar, you can buy individual cookies or multiple-but they are giant and you'll be lucky to finish just one. They are served warm and pair nicely with milk or you can get a sugary soda drink. The service here was terrific. The young man at the cash register overheard my conversation and knew just what we wanted when we approached him. I do like that there are tables so you can eat your treats there.
