Went because my younger son knew about them, and told me about the cookies. He didn't lie, they're fantastic. The service though was not as good. We had never been to a Crumbl, didn't know anything about how it worked. No one said hello when we walked in, no asked if we needed help. No one seemed happy to be working there. I had to ask if we could pay in cash before we order because I only saw a cc machine (yes, you can pay with cash). Even when we went back, things hadn't changed. I love this place- all these reviews referencing employee customer service and so on have obviously never actually worked in customer service. Employees smiled and worked hard- if you expect to be cashed out within 30 seconds of walking in then you need to head to a grocery store and buy yourself some prepackaged cookies. Also just because you didn't care for a cookie flavor doesn't mean the business should be bashed- that's wild. According to to the chat from crumbl and i have proof every store offer military discount but in this store they wouldn't do it, i went on veterans day because im a veteran and ask the lady if they were doing something special because i saw online crumbl was giving a free milk chocolate cookie like every other restaurant in the US for Veterans Day and the lady super arrogant said no we don't do anything here. Went to Crumbl Cookie for a treat, got the milkshake flavored with sprinkles. The cookie was very sweet, but the texture was chewy and delish. The frosting is, I think, Crisco based, and too sweet, imo. I could only eat maybe half. It tasted like vanilla cake batter. Every cookie I've tried from Crumble Cookie So far has been really tasty .the only cookie I really didn't care for was the chocolate chunk. to many chunks of chocolate for me personally, Now if it was warm and gooey it would've been .I love the store the pink and white so cute.
