Oh my Crumble Cookie has it going on! These cookies are about as big as the palm of my hand! When you walk into the store the smell is sweet from the sugar and you could smell the cookies baking! There are a couple of ordering stations that are closed right now because of Covid! They are also limiting people in their store to 2-3 at a time I believe the sign in the front door said. Also masks are required. They have a different cookie menu every week which is kind of cool. They also have an app and curbside pick up which seemed pretty popular. We waited for the one customer who was ahead of us to exit the store then we went in and ordered when we wanted. We ordered 2 chocolate chip which is always on the menu, 1 churro and 1 animal cookie! The cookies warmed and were packaged in a pure little pink box. We also decided to get ice cream. When we hit home 1/2 later we put the ice cream in the freezer for later and saved the cookies for after dinner. After dinner we both had the chocolate chip cookie and the ice cream. The cookie was soft and HUGE! It tasted pretty good. We had s'mores ice cream and salted caramel. In our opinion the s'mores ice cream was kind of grainy from the graham cracker but had good flavor otherwise. The salted caramel was our favorite. The caramel was soft and it was throughout the container of ice cream. The next night hubby and I shared the churro and the animal cookie! Both were really good but my preference would be the animal cookie! They were both still soft and crumbly even though they were now a day old! The churro one has cinnamon and sugar sprinkled over the frosting and the animal cookie one had a frosting and sprinkles over an animal cookie. It's about $4 a cookie so not super cheap but they are also a big gourmet cookie so the price is pretty accurate for a cookie imo. The ice cream price was kind of a lot for how much get imo. It's a good and different dessert place. I can't wait for the Twix cookie to come back around as I want to try that one. read more

i'm not a cookie snob but i do like what i like - and I will say Crumbl cookies delivery in the yummy category. The cookies are soft, thick, and has a lot of flavor. The lack of star really comes from some of the flavors are simply too much/too sweet. But their basic cookies are pretty damn amazing. It does have a softer, crumblier texture and not the "ooey-gooey" type. I really like their raspberry cheesecake ice cream as well - it's very creamy and fluffy and flavorful. The prices aren't for the faint of heart at nearly $4 per cookie but for a weekly or bi monthly indulgence, it definitley suffices. read more

I've never actually been to the location, I order so I can't go nuts from eating too many cookies. That said, the cookies are delicious and are definitely worth the price point. Peanut butter based cookies are my literal favorite cookies. The app is easy to use. You can earn more cookies with reviews of cookies you've eaten. I'd say that's a win-win. However, delivery by DoorDash is abysmal. I tip in the app beforehand so that I can get my order delivered directly to my door. All too often, I end up having to call my local store to have my order replaced. I live in a moderately sized apartment complex made up of 4, 3-story buildings. I live on the third floor. Delivery used to be great, but the last two times were utterly terrible. 1. A delivery driver sent me a text requesting I come down to get my order because they're asthmatic. Sorry, but I am, too. He ended up bringing it to me. How was asthma a factor and you could still deliver? 2. Delivery driver lets me know they'd just left my order under the stairs of one of the buildings in my complex. Um, pardon? Who wants floor cookies? I'm not eating that. My address is on the box. If you're not going to do all of your job, maybe this isn't the job for you. No one forced you to do this job. If you truly hate delivery or think the service industry is beneath you then, get another job. The alternative would be to do the job you're paid to do. I do my job, then I get paid for said job. That's how work works. I love Crumbl, truly I do but this is beyond ridiculous. Maybe, they should consider another delivery option. I'll never understand the hype around Crumbl. While their flavor options are unique, the execution is lacking. All their cookies are overly sweet, inconsistent (half the time they're dried out) and overpriced. There's also been numerous accounts of bullying and harassment towards other cookie companies and small businesses. Fresh, soft, gooey, delicious cookies that just make you so happy. It's a hug for your insides. These cookies are bursting with flavor! They are so worth the cost and the wait. We got a chocolate chip, 2 churros and a chocolate frosted . The chocolate chip was amazing! It was perfectly balanced with large chocolate chips. The chocolate frosted was rich and fudgy. I have tried this place twice now before writing this review. The cookies here have creative descriptions and look fun. However, their taste is average. I've had better for less money. You'll find they are charging at least $3.75 or more per cookie. Ugh. Where is Mrs. Fields when you need an excellent, fresh cookie? The customer service is borderline sarcastic. The looks you get are similar to "Yeah? What do you want today?" Some employees are working and the others act like they need to be elsewhere other than at work! Came here on a whim since I was in the area and I can already tell it was busy, people were parking by us and rushing into Crumbl to pick up orders. When we came in, they didn't greet us right away which I find is rude. The workers looked like a bunch of young teenage workers, most likely from the high school age range. We kinda just pondered at the menu and when we were ready these girls kept talking to each other instead of helping the line that was forming behind me. Finally, I was like HELLO, CAN YOU HELP ME? and it snapped her ratchet self back to giving ACTUAL customer service to paying customers. I had questions about some of their rotating cookies and she didn't even seem interested in telling me and just expected me to know. The other chick that she was talking to had my attention for one minute and then just turned away and pretended she was putting shit away. (EYE ROLL) I ordered a 4pk (sugar cookie, 2 x chocolate chips, and the dulce de Leche) I like the sugar cookie and dulce de Leche but the chocolate chip was soo underwhelming - tasted like straight-up dough and bitter ass chocolate chips. I expected it to be bomb since it's a classic and these cookies aren't cheap about $4.75 for ONE cookie. Who knows if ill be back but if I do, I won't be coming to this place that's for sure. This store just opened and they are already great! The staff were all very nice and welcoming. With over 30 people waiting in line we only had to wait under 30 minutes. Great with one caveat... they often undercook cookies. The pumpkin pie cookie was a gooey pie consistency to the point that it looked like raw batter. Maybe they were going for pie texture but my last cookie order (waffle) was also undercooked (goopy center). That said, when fully baked, their cookies are excellent! They have a variety of changing flavors as well as solid staples (chocolate chip and sugar cookie). It's fun to see what they come up with and there's usually at least one new flavor that I like. They have an app where you can reload your card to earn points, see new offerings, and order ahead. In-store and curbside pickup is available but curbside spots are limited. Cookies come in either individual boxes or in a boxed set of 4. The packaging is great and lines move quickly. I definitely recommend them if you're a cookie lover! read more

I ordered online using their Crumbl mobile app for delivery, which is nothing more than a front end to doordash delivery service. First, the order was submitted for a birthday party, and I ordered a dozen or Party Pack (34.99) + Delivery Fee (6.99) + Driver (5$)... then they cancelled my order via doordash text. 60 minutes later. I called the store and was greeted with indifference and annoyance, as they were "busy" and unable to keep up with doordash orders. And would re-assign a driver. And was told check back in 60 min later!!! A full 120 minutes and the same result!!! I hate giving 1 star... but in this case... well deserved!!! Fix it!!! read more

These cookies are really delicious!! I have a friend who lives close by so I have gotten to try them a few times she brought them over. Today I decided to make the long drive to get some because I am obsessed with Nutella and coconut so Hawaiian week was the perfect one for me. Getting them fresh made a huge difference!! Tried Crumbl twice wanting to love it each time. The cookies are just "meh" and they really aren't anything super special. I think people might just be overhyping them. The cookies themselves are HUGE. Like you'll get tired of the sugar off eating just half a cookie. They're super dense - and way heavier than a normal cookie. They rotate the menu every week, with two cookies always staying the same which is a cool concept. The staff here are welcoming. The two times I went during the night time, and the staff looked like they genuinely love their job. They always ask if you've been there before, and explain the rotating menus/cookies. These cookies live up to the hype! I LOVED the Nutella and Pineapple Whip cookies. I haven't been back to try more due to distance. Please open a store closer to Bellevue!! Anyhow, these are amazing cookies. They're quite large and really sweet so sharing a cookie with someone is recommended. Or save the rest for later.
