This is by far the worst Crumbl experience we've ever had. Firstly, we paid an additional $1.49 for the peanutbutter cheesecake, which we were giving a milk chocolate chip cookie instead without reimbursement (not only that but I hate the milk chocolate chip cookie). We ALSO received the vanilla cupcake cookie with a BLACK HAIR on it. Honestly made me lose my entire appetite for them. $32 worth of cookies down the drain. I think to make matters worse is we still left a tip even though we ordered at the kiosk and the employees were rude and acting like putting cookies in a box was an inconvenience for them, having side conversations with each other and ignoring us overall. Went to the Covington WA location this morning 9:30am (3/23/24) to pick up a bday gift for a friend. Walked in, the staff barely mustered a hello, more like a mumble. The gal who served me didn't ask me if I wanted to purchase or picking up an order. I offered that tidbit of info myself. "I'm picking up an order" and gave my name. She went ahead and looked at a screen and began to fill my order. She packaged it up slapped the happy birthday sticker and placed the tiniest string on what looks like a tiny bow. She handed it to me. Didn't say a word not even a thank you or have a nice day. I said thank you twice in the hopes it would influence her to muster some kind of "thanks,". It was my first time trying Crumbl. The location was very clean, staff was very friendly and ordering and checking out was very easy and fast. I ordered 6 cookies total. I found their prices to be very reasonable considering the cookies are VERY large and very rich. The cookies are very soft and gooey on the inside, so if you are not a fan of soft baked cookies, you probably won't like these. Here are my ratings of the flavors we tried: Fruity Pebbles (5/5): This was one of my favorites (probably because Fruity Pebbles was my favorite cereal as a child). It's delicious, soft on the inside with a generous sprinkle of real fruity pebbles on top. Cinnamon Toast Crunch (2/5): I really wanted this one to be good but unfortunately the Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal on top was very stale, not sure if it was because we ate it later that evening. Unless you can eat it fresh, might skip the cereal topped cookies. Blueberry Muffin (3/5): The flavor of this one was really good, but the texture was quite different from the others. It was much thinner and wasn't really soft or gooey inside. Reeses Puff (2/5): Similar to the Cinnamon Toast Crunch, the cereal on top was very stale. Frosted Flakes (3/5): This wasn't really a cookie, more like a rice krispy treat but with frosted flakes instead of rice krispies. I enjoyed it. Milk Chocolate Chip (10000000/5): This is absolutely one of the best chocolate chip cookies I've ever had. Loved it and would go back just for this cookie! read more

Finally made it to Crumbl after hearing about them a while ago. Ordered their 4 pack plus 1 because I couldn't make up my mind. It's interesting that they serve some cookies chilled, some warm, and some at room temperature. Their flavors change weekly (Monday thru Sunday). The cookies are really big which helps justify their price point at almost $4 per cookie. I really hope they make the smaller cookies in their catering menu available for regular customers. I could see these selling really well for customers that want to try all of their cookie flavors, but don't want to buy six large cookies. Below is my review of the five cookies I tried: Classic Sugar - 1/5 stars. This is their classic pink frosted sugar cookie. Probably my least favorite out of the five I tried. It had a sandy texture and a slight flour taste that I didn't care for. Funfetti Milkshake - 4/5 stars. I thought this cookie was made to appeal to kids, but it was actually really tasty and served chilled. Pretty unique! Chocolate Chip - 4/5 stars. I really good take on the traditional chocolate chip cookie. Lots of chocolate chips! Brownie Batter - 4/5 stars. This cookie was really rich and chewy with oozing chocolate. Pair it with a glass of milk ..or even better a la mode! Peanut Butter Brittle - 5/5 stars. You really need to like peanut butter to like this cookie. Luckily I do and it was really good with a mix of chewy peanut butter cookie with peanuts in the batter topped with a crunchy brittle. I recently visited Crumbl Cookie and wanted to share my experience with you. I ordered a 4-pack, but unfortunately, there was no positive experience to take away from the evening. The lady at the register handed me the box before I could even finish paying, and upon checking my cookies in the car, I noticed that one of them had hardly any frosting on it. I went back inside and asked them to make me one that looked like the one in the display case, but the woman gave me attitude and all of the options they found were severely under-frosted. To make matters worse, when I got home, I discovered that two of the other three cookies were wrong. I had to go back to the store and ask them to fix the problem, but the woman in charge threw the incorrect cookies on the ground out of frustration. The manager seemed to be intimidated by the employee and was not much help. Overall, my experience at Crumbl Cookie was very disappointing. I do not recommend this establishment, as there are many other options in Covington for late-night family snacks. I was in the Covington area for meetings when I had to run a quick errand at the nearby copy store and lo and behold, it was right next to this gourmet cookie shop, Crumbl Cookies. Lucky me. It turned out to be a fortunate coincidence. After going to the copy store, I couldn't resist walking by Crumbl Cookies without visiting. As soon as I did I was warmly greeted by the friendly staff and could see that many of the employees were baking fresh cookies. Noms! You can order ahead of time, as they do have curbside pick-up, with parking spots designated for so. But if you walk-in, it doesn't take long to get your order. I was told that the cookies change weekly, so was asked if I wanted to sign up for rewards. I politely declined because I did not want to start a bad/good habit. However, I ended up leaving with four cookies because the dozen just seemed dangerous and a single cookie was foolish. I chose the birthday cake Oreo, the chocolate chip, the Reese's peanut butter and the chocolate cake cookie. By the time my order was ready it neatly came in a long pink box. Let me tell you the cookies took days to finish between bae and I. They were each large in size, so finishing a whole one is a meal in itself. I enjoyed all of the cookies, but would say that the chocolate chip was my favorite. It was soft, with lots of chunky pieces of chocolate, which is how I like my chocolate chip cookies. You really can't go wrong with this classic cookie. I also liked the birthday cake Oreo, which was more rich, with its Oreo base and birthday cake icing. But it was an irresistible treat, with each nibble here and there. Apparently Crumbl is a franchise, which I didn't know until my colleague who lives in the area told me. The employees are nice as well. Service: You have to order from a kiosk screen and you usually only have to wait only 5-10 minutes at the most. The employees put your order in a box, and you're good to go! The food: Crumbl comes out with new flavors every Sunday! These new flavors replace the older ones, so you can only get what happens to be on the menu that week. They usually have 5 new cookie flavors available and ready each week. However, their classic chocolate chip cookie is always available! So, they usually have 6 cookies altogether available. Final notes: I really like the flavors Crumbl has to offer, but I do find quite a few of the cookies to be heavily rich - most particularly the chocolate ones. I love cookies, more than the average person so it was imperative that I check this spot out since I'm always ordering expensive cookies anyways from out of state. This could be a game changer spot for me. The shop is very clean, very bright, tons of people working. Everything is touch screen for the most part and they try to keep folks outside to adhere to the covid restrictions. Cookies aren't expensive (to me), a box of 4 huge cookies (8 servings total) was 15 bucks with tip and come in a cute pink box. We got 2 special of the week cookies and 2 regular ones. The best cookie was the pumpkin roll, it was soft like a muffin top, tons of pumpkin flavor, I especially liked the chunks of cinnamon swirl. The sugar cookie was okay too crumbly in my opinion but that almond icing was tasty. The chocolate chip cookie was good, just a basic cookie. The variety and changing menu is a nice touch and gives everyone an opportunity for their favorite to be served. It also creates a bit of gamification in trying all the new flavors. The pink cookie is my favorite. I love how buttery the cookies are and how much care the team puts into the consistency of each cookie. I have found the service to be pleasant but somewhat curt at times and the car side is a bit inconsistent though very convenient.
