Cookies equal smiles! I used the Crumble App to order a six pack box of cookies. The app was very user friendly, and even got to choose a mystery cookie. What was a nice touch was that since it was my birthday, I also got to choose a free cookie as well! And ya know, arriving at a friend's house with the pink Crumble Box in hand consistently yields smiles! Everytime! Four stars ONLY because in the two times I've had these giant cookies, I haven't actually been in the shop, so take that into consideration, please. In general, these cookies are huge and not expensive considering a box of six is $20, which comes out to about $3.33 each. Each cookie easily feeds two people .... because why would you want to try only one? Each time, we cut the cookies in fours so that we can try as much as possible. First time, my girls brought over Oatmeal chocolate chip (delicious), milk chocolate chip (really good and still warm), pink velvet (ok), chocolate cake (kids fave), and lemon (I did not detect any lemon; tasted like sugar cookie with a glaze). Oatmeal chocolate chip and chocolate cake were the faves this batch. Second visit, we loved the blueberry crumble (tasted like blueberry muffin) and Oreo (tasted like a gigantic Oreo soft cookie) and waffle, my fave, so good - even came with a packet of syrup because it tasted like a freaking waffle!!! It was my favorite with the Oreo. We ordered via the app for curbside delivery and had a great experience (don't come early right now while they have lines lol), not sure I would do it another way especially since there's only four new cookie creations per week. But, respect a model that doesn't have a ton of cookie options that aren't going to sell. Good luck! read more

Crumbl Cookies are delicious. Melt in your mouth delicious. I prefer them to the other "giant cookie" seller, Crave. I've had these delivered to me (someone sent them as a gift) as well as I just picked up some for a friend. Delivery: Delivery was very nice! A gentlemen brought the cookies (and Ice cream) to the door, and waited for me to answer. The cookies were nice and warm (except for the Chilled Sugar), and the packaging was a cute pink box. The gift wrap (which I now know is $1 extra) is simply a black round sticker on the box. If you are delivering you can only Deliver 4 or more cookies. Delivery is so simple-and a great treat for friends and family. But the delivery itself (only to certain zip codes) will end up adding $10 to the cost. However, in the long run, this will surely save you a hassle with their dang parking lot.... Pick Up: On the plus side, I didn't have to go in to the store, because they have a curbside pick up option and that allows you to check in when you arrive and someone will bring cookies out to your car. But there is NO DESIGNATED Pick up. (Crumbl, if you are reading this, I would advise maybe a designated pick up area-behind your store...this might be easier for everyone involved) The parking lot area is a HUGE MESS! I witnessed 3 almost accidents because of everything they have going on there. Granted, this is more on people being dumb while driving, than on Crumbl, but again, a designated pick up could eliminate some confusion and struggle right in front of the store front. Anyhow, I enjoyed how many pick up times options there were...pretty much every 15 minutes all day long. In addition to multiple pick up time options, you can also order one cookie in a box. :D Which is just perfect when you want to pick up something for someone else, but you'd rather not miss out on the cookie itself. Also, I don't know how they do it, but these cookies did not harden out on the counter. I was mad at myself for leaving them out, but no, they were soft still. I'd recommend a plastic container though. Or you can always freeze and reheat! Overall, I enjoy their cookies and they are a fun celebration for folks. OH-bonus, for folks who need it, they have nutritional information on the website. But best ignore and just enjoy!! :) read more

The strawberry cupcake flavor they had this past week was delicious. The frosting was perfect and if it wasn't 810 calories for one cookie, I probably would've consumed the entire thing (minus the center). I only wish the cookie itself was baked longer as it was severely under baked in the middle. read more

I received a box of cookies from some amazing coworkers. So I can't comment on the cost, but I can tell you that it was such an amazing treat to receive them as a gift!!! The box is so cute and lively. Without even seeing the cookies, you know it's going to be a fun cookie. I opened up the box and literally gasped at the size. They are HUGE!!! They look so yummy and impressive. I first grabbed a sugar cookie. The cookie is exactly as anticipated, yummy and crumbly. I'm not a huge frosting fan, but this one was really tasty! It didn't taste like a sugar bomb in your mouth, it was perfect. I will definitely add this place to my list when gifting coworkers, or a new mama. They are delicious. read more

The boutique cookie industry is competitive business right now. Crumbl is very good, but not quite the best. I tried three of their cookies. They weren't warm. Not sure if they were supposed to be, but that's a thing now. I tried the German chocolate, which was excellent. Next was a sort of short bread cookie with frosting and a circus animal on it. The cookie was wonderfully textured and buttery. Lastly, the chocolate chip was the failure in my opinion. Such a classic and iconic cookie really has to be perfect to stand out. This one just didn't have enough flavor and the texture was a little overcooked. These cookies were also more expensive than other boutiques for no discernible reason. In the end, I wouldn't refuse these cookies, but with all the other options, they would not be my first choice. read more

The dude and I came here on 01/13/21 as I had an urge to try this place out. We arrived around 8pm and it was not too busy but got busy quick. We were not greeted or acknowledged at all but maybe that's their business model who knows as no one was taking orders so if you have cash good luck, it appears they rely heavily on self service of you ordering online or through the tablets in store. It was easy to figure out however the ice creams are not detailed of what they are or what is inside them. No staff was present or busy or maybe people shy as we couldn't ask any questions which was frustrating. I selected the biscotti ice cream which I was not a fan of at all. It just tasted weird and you know I love my ice cream! The muddy buddy was way better...we didn't know what was in it so good luck for y'all allergy folks - I assume they have detailed information online on their website but definitely should be on the app or in the store somewhere. The muddy buddy tastes like chocolate and peanut butter with unidentifiable pieces of something soft - I don't know. We selected the cookies which was 2 peanut butter chocolate chip, chocolate chip and carrot cake cookie. We waited about 30 min and seen people who ordered inside the store come and go, come and go. We didn't think our order was complicated at all. The staff didn't appear friendly at all. With over 15 people who go their orders before us ONLY once one staff member greeted one person. The experience in one word was BLAH. Staff looks miserable which I know in a pandemic it may be hard to give quality customer service but I'm grateful for my job even on tough days. Positive note the staff was wearing their masks. Staff did a fast job on getting the curb side orders out so quick! But I feel like we were forgotten. By the time we got home our cookies were cold and took one bite and immediately felt sick/nauseous so I must have an allergy to something in the cookies unfortunately and couldn't eat any more of the Peanut Butter chocolate chip, I did try the carrot cake cookie and I would say that was my favorite. The peanut butter chocolate chip was alright but really couldn't taste the peanut butter but the carrot cake cookie was so flavorful!! The cookies are so not worth $4 each no matter how you dress it up. I know other places with better customer service and along with the quality which a dozen cookie higher quality for a dozen under $6. The decor is definitely cute and I did love the cute packaging. I will not be going out my way to come here but glad I had the opportunity to try it. The dude and I were not thrilled with our experience here at all. read more

OMGOSH Heaven in a box. These cookies are moist and crumbly and buttery and gooey-wonderfulness. Not super sweet, just the right amount of every ingredient. So beautiful to look at and so wonderful to eat. They're not heavy or greasy at all. These cookies are so great. We got these for our office and they were a big hit. There was a smores one and then a lemon type of one and then this pop tart looking one. They were all cooked evenly, not burned, soft and a special treat for everyone. Also huge, so it was nice to cut some in half and split and share. Simple and easy. read more

Wow these cookies are AMAZING! They are compliant to social distancing. Small, cute pop up. They have a nice display of all the cookies in the front and they are huge. Being a visual person I love this idea of seeing what they have to offer. The smaller cookie sizes are only for catering. We Got greeted as we entered. The staff was all very enthusiastic and friendly. We ordered the 4 cookies in a box. We chose the salted carmel cheesecake, nutella sea salt, milk chocolate chip, and chilled sugar for $13. They also have a rewards program you can enter your phone # at the kiosk at the time of payment. Our cookies were ready in about 2 mins it was hot a fresh. I enjoyed them ALL! The cookies just melted in my mouth and was packed with flavors. I love that the cookies were fresh hot, soft and alittle doughy in the center! The salted carmel cheesecake can be alittle overwhelming but I still really enjoyed it! Loved the sugar cookie and how it was cold and soft one of the best I've ever had! My fiance isn't really into sweet treats but tried all of the cookies and was also surprised he really enjoyed them! He said when he first took the first bite there was no flavor until he started to chew and all the flavors just exploded with each bite! Overall very pleased with our experience today! I love the smell when first walking into this store. Customer service was great! They were very friendly and directed us to three iPads to order our cookies and/or ice cream. Staff told us that cookies are $4 each but if we order 4 cookies we would get a discount. So we ordered 4 and paid $13. I love their display of cookies and what they look like before we order. They also said that they make new flavors every week but two of the cookies will remains available every week (sugar and chocolate chip) Cookies were yummy but weren't my favorite. We tried carrot cake cookie- these were the best out of the four we tried. strawberry poptart- we didn't care for the icing on top, it was very sweet. Chocolate chip and buckeye brownie were a bit dry for me. We also ordered the vanilla ice cream and it was really good and creamy. Unpopular opinion, but here goes. I think their cookies are extremely overhyped. Crumbl has very cute packaging, and the cookies themselves are beautiful. BUT, what they have in presentation, they lack in taste. I tried their chocolate chip, strawberry sugar cookie, and chocolate marshmallow cookie. The cookies had an unusual texture - they aren't soft and tender nor thin and crispy. The frosting on the strawberry sugar cookie tasted artificial and left a weird aftertaste in my mouth. First time trying Crumbl at it was exactly what I thought it would be. The cookies were so delectable. I got the Choco chip cookie, semi sweet choco chip, sugar, and snickerdoodle. All were amazing. I enjoyed the app process of pre-ordering. It was very easy to use. Reason for docking a star was not knowing that we have to pick up at a designated area by the EV charging station which is not near the front doors of the shop btw. I parked right in front of Five Guys, tapped that I was there, and waited about ten minutes. Nobody came out so I went inside. The cookies were sitting there. I guess they don't go above and beyond to even just check outside that somebody is there for mobile pick up especially since they have my car info. No biggie though because now I know!
