First, these cookies from a Utah chain are indeed delicious. They will please those of you who like a fresh, chewy cookie. We had a very tasty Dubai chocolate, Nutella, Oreo, and brookie. They also had classic chocolate chips and snickerdoodles. 6 cookies for $20, okay. Second, the shop is not cute or welcoming. If you are looking for a place where you can sit and eat your cookie, keep walking. It's a big pink and gray space, without tables or chairs or stools or even a counter. It is both institutional and yet not sparkling clean. You order at a kiosk, no welcoming, no fun music, no sense of place. Just hang out awkwardly, looking for something to look at. Is this the sad future? How do you even tip on that? I don't know. But the cookies are very good, and it's worth stopping by if you are in the area.

The Mini 3-Pack was delicious. The cookies were fresh, soft, and had the perfect amount of sugar without being overly sweet. Great portion size for trying different flavors, and I would definitely order again!

So bright in here lol , service was quick thankfully found parking nearby other than that it would have sucked for a Friday night . Glad items I wanted were still in stock . Staff were quick and friendly !

Nice space next to campus. Self order kiosk and the cookies are brought out quickly. The original sugar cookie with pink icing was a disappointment though - just tastes like dough with icing on top. Will have to try some of their other cookies next time, which should be better.

overrated cookies :( we got the smores ones - the cookies itself are sweet as they should be but not really tasty - besides the chocolate chunks inside the cookie, the rest of the cookie didn't taste like much - the marshmallow part is a nice texture difference - inside of the store was hot and stuffy with disorganized lines

What I expected honestly...cookies were very big and dense so I would definitely split one with a friend. Also they were sold out of a couple of flavors, which not sure if it was because I came too late in the day, but I wasn't able to try the weekly flavor i wanted. Overall maybe not for me, but service was speedy & cookies were what I expected (nothing too special)

Opening day at Crumbl today! My colleague and I decided to have cookies for breakfast so we were excited - and it delivered! There were a lot of staff (maybe 18) this day and I guess they way they work is they have a rotating weekly menu that they sell from. We decided to try - Peanut Butter Munch, Oatmeal Mallow Sandwich, Semi Chocolate Chunk, and Chocolate Green Mint. All were thick, soft, and best of all lots of toppings - including icing (the best part!). There aren't seating to eat inside, but it's pretty warm inside so I wouldn't recommend it anyway. Oh, they were also doing a raffle (for more cookies?) so that might be their opening promo. Hope it's here to stay!

The best of the best so far and I can't wait to try more. I really love crumble cookies they're the best always.

They have the best staff and the best cookie's I love this location. I would love to go more often if I could.

Choco chip, mint chocolate, oatmeal marshmallow, apple sex
    Joshua M.

Chocolate chip was phenomenal. Mint chip was great as well 3rd best, 4th is the oatmeal marshmallow, but I will give that another try after I heat it up. The #1 is the Apple strudel, orgasmic one might say the way it had me moaning. The service was very good and store is very clean, although a bit too sterile of a feel for my liking. Highlight was when they opened the box and asked "are the cookies to your liking."

They don't make one bad cookie! Even flavors I never thought I'd like, I like at Crumbl.

Pretty tasty cookies. I enjoy the revolving menu! These cookies are wildly unhealthy though, 1 serving size is a 1/4 of one cookie

We decided to order 6 different pastries. We first tried their Seasonal Strawberry Almond Frangipane, Seasonal Strawberry Kouign Amann, Cardamon Pistachio Kouign Amann, Chocolate Pistachio Kouign Amann, Chocolate Babka, and Twice Baked Mocha Pecan Croissant. I liked all of their Kouign Amanns a lot, especially the strawberry one which added a nice fruit element! Their kouign amanns have very crispy layers and very flaky. I'd honestly recommend all 6 of the pastries we tried, especially since the prices for this place are lower (~$6) than some other high quality bakeries around the Oakland and SF area. The decor inside the bakery is really cute and there are quite a few small tables you can sit at to enjoy the baked goods. Service was nice and fast. Overall: solid pastry spot I'd recommend anyone to check out!

The ambiance is wonderful - I absolutely love the deep blue color scheme, the cute matching mugs, and gorgeous plants. They have a lot of different pastry choices, but unfortunately, there was only one vegan option: a tiny hazelnut sweet bread. I ordered the bread along with an Americano. When I tried to take the pastry out of the package to share it with my girlfriend, it completely crumbled into a big mess. I went up to the counter to let them know, and the employee told me it was actually meant to be eaten straight from the package. She mentioned it was on the drier side being vegan, she took the crumbled mess and gave me a new one but it ended up having the exact same issue. It wasnt dry, but it just wouldn't hold any moisture and was far too crumbly to eat. For $5, this tiny pastry was a major letdown. To make the interaction weirder, she took the original crumbled bread back from me and I'm only assuming threw it away, which felt entirely unnecessary. Having been vegan for nine years, I've had some truly amazing, moist vegan baked goods, so this was incredibly disappointing. While the vibe and aesthetic are great, the vegan options were major letdown. CC accepted Restroom available

Visit date: 4/19/2026…read more We came about an hour before closing on a Sunday, so unfortunately many of the items I wanted to try based on other people's recommendations were already sold out. We ended up getting three things: * The cheese twist was soooo good! The cheese was flavorful and the pastry itself was perfectly done. * The apple pastry was interesting. Unlike many places where the pastry is either bland or overly sweet, Acme's pastry had a slight saltiness to it, which I actually think is genius. I almost always prefer a hint of savory flavor to balance out the sweetness from the filling or topping. My only issue with this one was that the apple topping was not sweet at all and leaned more tart, so paired with the salty pastry, it was not quite the flavor combination I was hoping for. * The mini raspberry pastry had the same issue for me. The raspberry topping was just a bit too tart and sour for my taste. Even though not everything was a hit for me, I would definitely come back and give this bakery another chance, especially since we arrived so late and missed out on many of their most popular items.

The women working at the counter were so sweet and patiently explained the menu to me as I was picking out my treats. I ended up getting their Okonomiyaki Danish, Banana Milk Milk Bun, and Yuzu Meringue Bun. The danish was probably one of my favorite savory pastries I've ever had! I loved the crispy layers, and the flavors were absolutely on point. The Banana Milk Milk Bun had a great banana milk custard filling that was prominent yet not too overpowering. The bun itself was incredibly soft and had a topping that reminded me of a pineapple bun or a concha, which I loved. The Yuzu Meringue Bun was slightly on the sweeter side, but it was filled with a delicious, tart yuzu creme that paired perfectly with the crispy exterior. Aside from their iconic Okonomiyaki Danish, they rotate their menu with different flavors of milk buns, cream buns, croissants, and other baked goods, so I'd love to come back to try their other items. It's also an Asian-woman-owned business, so I will definitely be recommending this spot to others!

Yuzu Meringue Bun -- Spot on with the cruffin and meringue combination. The yuzu flavor was generous, although it leaned a little too tart for my personal preference. I wished there was more meringue -- perhaps having a layer of meringue in the center would have made it absolutely superb! Brown Butter Mochi Bites -- These were alright, but nothing particularly special. They were missing the signature mochi chewy texture, so they didn't quite feel "mochi" enough to truly be called mochi bites. Sesame Cookie -- Unfortunately, it was too hard and crisp for my liking. Crossubi -- A very unique concept and not bad overall. I just wish the interior wasn't quite as hollow; a little more filling would have elevated it.
