The staff looks exhausted. No smile. No greeting. But, that's forgivable. They are always busy. The cookies are too expensive. But, again, if you like them, you pay the price. What is unforgivable is the fact that after being a weekly loyal customer for months & spending 100s of dollars on cookies, when you have a problem, the company doesn't care. if you didn't like it, that's your problem. I actually take the BART from San Francisco so that I can specifically go to this location. The cookies are BEAUTIFULLY crafted here! The cookies look just like they do in the ads and they do not skimp on that frosting!! One of the cookies were so beautifully done that I literally gasped when the employee opened the box to show me the cookies. I probably caught them off guard, but after having so many subpar cookies that either barely had frosting or had the frosting sliding off, the gasp was well deserved! My only quibble with this location is that they don't tend to answer their phone. I have called other locations and my calls are answered promptly. The location did not pick up even though I called multiple times. This isn't the worst thing ever, but it was odd. The store itself is also very clean which is nice and has the advantage of being right by UC Berkley making it the perfect place to eat a box of cookies while looking at some beautiful scenery! read more

Delightful, delicious, and definitely worth the price and weight gain! I have tried over 31 flavors after discovering this place baby in April. I love how the menu changes weekly. My favorite flavor is the caramel apple cookie. It's the best tasting cookie I've ever had! I have my notifications on for when it makes its return! read more

Huge, soft and chewy are the definition I give to crumbl cookies. However I feel like regular cookies are more yummy than the chilled one also if you consume it right away it will send you directly to the cookie's heaven world. The portion is huge that I couldn't finish it in one time so you can always warm it up a little bit before consume the next day. The store locates right on the busy street where a lot of college students hang out so it's kind of hard to find a parking. They also have a delivery option through their own website which using the service from Doordash, it is best to order from their website rather than through a delivery partner like Doordash because you can earn crumbl rewards as well. The entire store smells so good because they have an open baking area so we can see them baking while waiting. You can also order at the self service kiosk or with the cashier as well as ordering ahead for pick up so you choose it. read more

Decided to stop by Crumbl for the first time because I saw they had confetti cake this week, which is one of my favorites; when it's done right. I've tasted a friend's cookie before, but it was too sweet for me. But I saw a post about the cake and I had a taste for it. Now I assumed this location would be busy since it's across the street from Cal, and it was. But it was also super chaotic and the employees were yelling at people who weren't standing in the right place to pick up when there was no sign indicating pickups. I actually tried to order for pickup before I got there, but the website wasn't working. Then when I got there, the iPad in store wouldn't let me order, but then their online system worked and I was able to order over the phone. I don't mind waiting, but I don't like being yelled at. Anyway, I got the cake and it was ok, kinda dry even though they just baked a fresh batch of cakes. Tasted like boxed cake. I wouldn't go back again. read more

My niece wanted Crumbl for her birthday since we've never visited. Finding parking was abysmal but it is Berkeley. As luck would have it my phone was off, I had forgotten my cards, and I had some change and $100 on me. Unfortunately they don't accept hundred bills so I had asked every person and business around if they had change. Humiliated and at a loss I was glad I had enough spare change to buy at least some cookies for my niece. I mostly write this though to apologize and thank the staff for being kind when I was in a bad mood. I definitely will not forget my cards in the future. I have supported Crumbl multiple times. They have always been awesome. I got a voucher for free cookie since there's a new Berkeley location. I went in and they refused to honor it. I think that's terrible customer service especially because I'm a frequent buyer. Will not be visiting this location again. read more

Was walking by and decided to go inside to see what they offered. Chocolate chip was awesome! So was the Pumpkin! The cookies are large and easily make for enough to share with friends.
