For the price and the size I honestly was hoping they were going to be the best cookies I've ever had. They aren't. They are good. Size is definitely something they have going for it. But for my liking, they are kind of dry. They are fully cooked. No gooey. No melty. No soft. Just big, cooked, priced high cookies. Which are good. Some flavors better than others. The place is cute, staff were friendly. The cookie size is huge. Tasty, warm and fresh. Both the cookies we got were good (Milk chocolate cookie and chocolate peanut butter cookie). We are visiting my sister in Fairfax for the week. My son's virtual teacher suggested we try Crumbl Cookies. So what does any sweet lovin' momma do??????? Google the nearest Crumbl Cookies and hit the road!! When we first entered through the doors we we're greeted with a smile and hello. The young lady at the front counter was very friendly and patient. She took her time and explained the different cookie flavors and ice cream. She even provided the carbs for each type cookie as my son is a Diabetic. We ordered the 4 pack cookies and headed back to my sister's house. My son rushed through his dinner and tore the cookie box open and ate his massive Classic Sugar cookie in a out 30 seconds! Needless to say we will be returning on our next trip back. I am not sure how anyone could give this place less than 5 stars. I tried Crubml on a recommendation from a friend. I have a cookie addiction, especially Chocolate Chip. While there cookies are not the best I have ever had in my life, they are VERY good. I like how they have a new selection every week and that they always have Chocolate chip. I have been trying different cookies, but I also always get a CC one. My GF really loved the Key Lime cookie, but they have not brought it back yet. She is still hoping. The staff are great! I really was in the mood for some sweets to cap off an exhausting day... so we "settled on Crumbl". My expectations were a bit low because the cookies were priced a bit high (a bit over 4 dollars a cookie) so I was like... how great can they be? When you initially go into the store there are two kiosks that allow you to order really quickly or a cashier that you can work wtih. The ordering process is quick and smooth! Which is great... The best part is when you get the cookies they are large, warm, and presented to you when they are ready. I am a huge fan of all of their cookies and will definitely be back again! Welcome to Ashburn Village Crumble Cookes! Great to see another mom and pop shop open, wish you all the most success possible. I tried this place two times, both times went smooth. It's great that they employ local teenagers and give them responsibility and money in their pockets. I also love it when I walk in and they all (all 15 of them yell' WELCOME TO CRUMBL!!), makes me feel like the King I am. Design, taste and training is 5 stars. To those who are complaining about prices, go to walmart and Giant, if you cannot afford gourmet cookies. You can't buy the Ferrari of cookies and then moan and groan about the price. You can't afford it, don't walk into the dealership. Money talks, bull sh!t walks. The only small improvement perhaps is, be more generous on your Macadamia nuts. I have to comment on Jon S.' 1 star review, I read your other reviews. Obviously you are a xenophobe based on your other negative reviews and how you are mad people can't speak English as well as you and you call them smelly.
