Went there today for a birthday lunch with my dad and stepmom. The server was friendly and got everything right, food was fresh and delicious. Wow! Went there for their fish fry. Ordered the Perch. It was very good. Lightly breaded and crispy. Would definitely go back.

Always a great spot with good food and friendly service. Really wish they had more seating as it gets very packed during rush hour and weekends making for long wait times. Also would be really nice if they had outdoor seating in the warmer months. Definitely recommend giving them a try! read more

I have been here twice and the food is fantastic. Everything is homemade..the soups, buns for the sandwiches...ect. Tuesday is corn beef day and we had the best rebuen sandwich I have ever had. The burgers are great...can't say enough good things about this place off the beaten path. read more

This restaurant is dark and dirty all of the time and should never be a substitute for half way decent food at best. The cook Jessie cleans the nasty bathrooms and then cleans the entire floors throughout with the same unsanitary mop and will cook the food for customers. The health department needs to be notified and the family works the bar area and drinks to the point of ruddiness, disrespect and total lack of customer service. Many good restaurant's in the area and Pub 72 right across the street is a much better choice for good food and atmosphere for any lunch or dinner. read more

We liked the restaurant decoration of Harley and license plates. The food was very good. The only problem was there was only one server for the entire dining room. Which made getting the food and drinks a it of a lengthy experience . Hopefully the problem will be addressed as we live nearby and would like to go there again. read more

The wait can sometimes be quite a bit but is often worth it - food made to the order and well cooked, the place seems clean and well kept, friendly and attentive staff, and personally I'm a fan of the atmosphere and interior design haha. This is the worst place I have ever eat at.Wedsdays is 40% off all menu items if you buy a pop a $4.00 pop.Well then when the Waitress brings the check.It looks like a 3 year old filled it out. Stuff was scribbled out and then added on.I in my 50 years of living have never seen anything like it.lol So she comes to get the payment from us and we ask her to explain the check.She say to us IT'S RIGHT! My wife and I were stunned.She then says this is why he{The Owner} is going to stop doing the 40% off day.I am thinking why because you cant fill a check out like you have more than a third grade education. So she then just walks away.My wife and I are still trying to figure out if the check is right when the Owner comes over and in a loud voice says whats the problem.At this point I got pissed and said there is no problem we will just not be back. And he says to us THATS FINE but whats the problem in even a higher voice almost yelling at us. At this point I am very pissed. So I say the only problem now is that your standing here yelling at your customers and you have about two seconds to get away from our table. So my wife and I get up to leave and I walk up to where he is sitting to pay and he say Bye to me in even a louder voice.I just laughed and we walked out. Visited for Friday Fish Fry with family. We all ordered varieties of fish as they offer a vast selection. Everyone enjoyed their meals, very good. Drinks were good and very reasonably priced. It was pretty busy and it was hard to find parking as the lot is very small but you can park across the street if needed. Service was very good! I have never been disappointed with the food at this place. The prices are good and even better if you order the daily special. Everything tastes freshly prepared and home cooked. Their stuffed green pepper soup is fantastic. Ask for the macaroni and cheese side, you'll come back just for that. Their burgers are really sized right and cooked just right as well as the piston rods that are like onion rings that look like fries. I make this place a regular place to go get a nice meal and sometimes a beer or on Sundays, a bloody mary. I had to give this place a five because everything I've had I have been very pleased with (including portions sizes) and the staff is friendly and service is good. The only, (I mean only) thing I would change is their broasted chicken. Although it is cooked right, it lacks seasoning. I would recommend anything else on this menu without reservation. read more

Came on the wrong night! Deceided to treat my parents and five year old to dinner tonight; my Mom was excited for the fish fry. We arrived around 6pm on a Friday, and the restaurant was a sauna. Being that its 90 outside, you'd appreciate some air conditioning. Only cool room in the place was the bathroom. Waitress was nice enough but never introduced her self and seemed flustered. Come to find out the oven and something else weren't working so that immediately limited our ordering options. Ordered a hamburger medium-well, told waitress "no pink"- was told not a problem. Food took an hour to arrive. My daughter's hot dog was over nuked, could barely chew it. My hamburger was mostly pink in the center. I sent it back, which is something I wouldn't normally do and then just canceled my order knowing how long it took to get first one. Manager came and did apologize and said "I should eat something, everyone else at the table is". Told him no thank you, just wanted it canceled. A few minutes later the waitress returns with my previous cut thru burger saying "well they already recooked it so you may as well take it home since we aren't charging you" I felt like I did something wrong. I'm the paying customer, I felt more could have been offered. Just not a very good experience personally; however my parents both enjoyed the fish fry. read more

We were disappointed one time because we ordered the fish fry only to find out after our first serving that they ran out.
