I found out 2 weeks before we are supposed to leave that she booked the wrong room! I contacted her right away and she blamed me for not noticing earlier! How is that even my fault? We went with a travel agent for a reason. To add I nsult to injury Ken Fronk the branch manager called me and also told me it was my fault! I am not an agent and do not know the lingo so how the heck was I supposed to know the wrong room was booked. Even after sending them screenshots of all this, I have to pay $154 more than what the room should have cost us! Horrible customer service and Amy even said "you should feel lucky I even got the room you wanted". I brought them over $50,000 in business but that doesn't matter!

She was a very capable, careful , caring driver. Those two ladies were a dynamic duo! Accommodations were very nice . Highlights we most enjoyed- Tour of West Point, Walkway over the Hudson, Culinary Institute of America, and Brotherhood Winery.

The bathroom had no water to flush the toilet so not useable and smelled, the electrical outlets didn't work to be able to charge your devices , but the most aggravating was tires were not balanced/out of round-it was one of the worst rides I've ever taken. If you wanted to do a word search or crossword puzzle there would be no way to stead your pencil to do so. I was very disappointed and so were the other riders on this trip!!
