Vic was our driver and he was AMAZING!!! From the second he picked us up he was friendly, inviting and assured us we would have the best day - which we did! Each winery we went to Vic set us up in a prime seating location and assisted us in getting our flights. While we drank our flights Vic would come over with water for us and checking to see if there was anything else we needed. He also was a gem and took tons of photos of us- so we could capture the fun moments of the day! We loved the wineries we stopped at and enjoyed that each place had its own unique vibe. We enjoyed being able to have a flexible schedule and stay longer at some spores than others. Our group was celebrating our friends bachelorette and it was a great tour to be able to hang out and drink tons of wine and not worry about transportation. The pros: Our tour guide/bus driver, Don, was excellent. He seriously made the whole trip. He was so kind and helpful and fun loving, he was a great match for our group. The wine tour was excellent we had an extensive tour of the grounds and they make their wine. It was the best tour we got the whole trip. The brewery had corn hole which made a great activity as our day was winding down. The pub lunch was great and had choices for everyone. Cons: Definitely overpriced for "tasting tours" when out of the three places when we only got one real "tour". Pretty disappointed and we all wished we got actual tours of the distillery and brewery since that is what we paid for. We didn't get to stay at the winery very long or hang out before we had to leave-- we thought this was the best location out of all three.

We were able to take the train from Center City to Doylestown. At Doylestown, their driver - Linda (actually the founder) was there to greet us. Leading up to the planning of this event, we worked with Linda and had a very good experience. She knew the area, suggested eateries and talked about the country side. All this just added what I call "free extras" to the already low price. Plus there are shopping baskets, bottles of water, and storage cases for new wine while on your journey. This is a well thought out operation. We had a group of 5. Our biggest concern is who we would sit with on the bus; however, after the first stop everyone was loosened up (the first stop allows you to pour or own samples!) and the conversations just started rolling out. However their white trolley was in the shop. I asked 4 times where the trolley was before they finally told me. No mention of this even though Peter called the day before to get me to pay more for him to pick us up. I can't stand pushy men, he also followed us into our rental, when my friend insisted on carrying the pizza. If you are a woman planning a bachelorette, maybe think twice. Update: I also filed a complaint with the attorney generals office. This kind of false advertisement needs to be stopped, a communication about the trolley is the only thing I expected. This is worded no where that a shuttle will be used in place of a trolley.

I had a fraud alert problem with my credit card company on the return trip and got a notification while in the airport. Fearing we wouldn't have a limo waiting and it was a Sunday, called the Limo service where I left a message. The owner, Bob, immediately called me back and assured us that everything was fine and the driver would be waiting. We were so relieved. Great customer service. We will most certainly use Baldwin Limousines for any future endeavors
