Cruise one, in particular, Julie Witmer, has planned, and delivered yet ANOTHER wonderful vacation…read moreexperience. Having planned trips in the past, I've quickly learned that to plan, and execute, a flawless vacation, there is a LOT more involved than one would think. Julie took ALL of those little details seriously and left us with only the greatest of memories on a European trip to several countries and cities. If there was ever a problem or a glitch in this trip, I never knew about it. It was flawless. She did her job to perfection. And it was appreciated and will certainly not be our last trip planned through her. Side note: even the weather was perfect, Julie joked she took care of that, too. Quite frankly...I don't think she was kidding!!

I found out 2 weeks before we are supposed to leave that she booked the wrong room! I contacted her right away and she blamed me for not noticing earlier! How is that even my fault? We went with a travel agent for a reason. To add I nsult to injury Ken Fronk the branch manager called me and also told me it was my fault! I am not an agent and do not know the lingo so how the heck was I supposed to know the wrong room was booked. Even after sending them screenshots of all this, I have to pay $154 more than what the room should have cost us! Horrible customer service and Amy even said "you should feel lucky I even got the room you wanted". I brought them over $50,000 in business but that doesn't matter!

We were promised our money back within 60~120 days. Never got it. Still waiting. Then we're told we would be receiving a check each month starting August. So far two checks totaling $1,050 Long way from over 10,000.00 still owed to us. We're being told our money is in India and "they" are only allowed to send out so much each month. At the beginning of October we were told "they" were "working on our cruise now" but we received nothing in October. This guy made off with our money to keep his business going I'm sure. So people stay away from CK Tours in Reading. All this guy, oh btw his name is Kenneth K Keefer, is doing is making excuses each month.
