Not noticeable in the pics but they DO have patio seating out back that allows dogs. Pizza was really good. If you're familiar with Dave Portnoy pizza ratings, I'd give it a 7.1 and my husband gave it a 6.8. They do have an option to get it well done, it doesn't necessarily need that unless you like it really crispy, if so I'd suggest ordering well done.

Half "No Sprout about it" and half "the special"

Came here after visiting a winery in the area. This town doesn't have too many places to sit down and eat so I thought we would give it a try! It was middle of day on the weekend and this place was quite busy!! Bar was full of locals. Casual kinda restaurant. I remember hearing that this is the "best pizza in the world", which is a pretty crazy statement in general, but I came in with an open mind. I got a pie to split with partner. Half "the special" half "no sprout about it", and i would say both were pretty average. Pizza was good for someone hungry after a day of hiking or drinking at a winery on an empty stomach. But definitely won't make a trip for the food here.

Dropped our son off at UVA and hit the Pizza place his dad went to when he was in college. Amazing pizza but you must enjoy a chewy crust which we do! Service was good and it was a relaxed bar/ restaurant atmosphere. Great place if craving pizza near Charlottesville!

If you're looking for a great local pizza spot, Crozet Pizza is definitely worth checking out! They offer an impressive variety of pizzas, catering to all tastes from hearty meat lovers' options to flavorful vegetarian choices. Plus, they have gluten-free crusts, so everyone can enjoy a slice. One standout for me was their Salad Pizza -- a unique twist where you get any of their fresh salads placed on top of their perfectly made pizza crust. It's a refreshing and delicious choice. I also tried their Free Bird Calzone, which was a real treat. The chicken, peppers, and cheese were wrapped up in a homemade crust that had just the right thickness--not too heavy, like some calzones can be. The balance of flavors was spot on, and the crust was perfectly crispy. A great local pizza option to grab between winery and brewery visits or to go between hikes! The service was quick and it was a solid casual pizza joint vibe, straight forward with plastic menus and wooden booths plus a nice bar with football playing.

We visited this past Saturday. Note: The hours on Yelp do not match with what's on the door. Yelp says 11:30am open time, but in fact they don't open now till 12:00pm. We got there right when they opened and the place filled up quickly after we were seated. The place has charm. Service was good. This is definitely a local favorite based on the folks that rolled in after us. Lots of young families. The pizzas are really good, but pricey. A couple can safely split one pizza. We made the mistake of ordering two. Two pizzas and two beers (with tax and tip) put us at 75 bucks, which is on the high side. Next time we will split one.

Crozets Pizza in the Beautiful little Town in Crozet VA, Makes some of the Best delicious pizza anywhere and chicken wings. Jake our server is friendly and took care of all of our needs..The Cooks did a great job too. We visited Shenandoah Nat'l Park and decided we were hungry, so Mom Debbie Dad Rolland and Son Danney stopped at Crozets Pizza, and we we're very happy we did, We'll return. ;-)

Great pizza and speedy service. We were in the area on Saturday and stopped in midday (between lunch and dinner). Ordered 2 large pizzas knowing we'd have leftovers between the 3 of us. First pizza was out in maybe 15 minutes and second one less than 10 minutes after that. Both were plenty hot with good ingredients and very flavorful. Will definitely be back for more of their delicious pizzas.

You can tell immediately it was going to disappoint

Damn it. It's like they don't even try anymore. It's been a while since the Mrs. said "sure" when I suggest dinner here. She tossed in the towel shortly after COVID. Everyone struggled then, I get it, but it's been over four years now. So whenever the opportunity arises to go by myself, I jump at it. Not anymore. I've been a loyal fan since the early days, taking visitors and uninitiated locals since the early 90's, before iPhones, Facebook, or the fatal expansions. The 'best pizza in the world' review by National Geographic still carries weight with me. And yet, I left disappointed, once again. Basically, my small pepperoni pie was cheese on a tortilla. No crusty bubbles, too much cheese, and an undercarriage that was a soggy mess. I'm sorry, but a frozen DiGiorno's at Teeter will bring twice the joy at half the price. But, if you insist on a fresh pie, try Sal's one block down the road. It's old school, less expensive and always consistent

I've been here several times, although this latest one was simply for take out. But I'll give this the highest praise I can: I brought my native NYC parents here, and they thought the pizza was legit. You can't get any better than that. Although patrons won't likely get a sit down experience for a while, I can attest that those were good. The only drawback is they were always busy! But hey- that also means they are good, right?

The atmosphere is nice but service is very slow. It took well over an hour for us to receive our food and the marinara sauce was sub par.

Terrible service. Parents food brought 40 minutes before the kids. It was cold. Just bad.

Ask the Community - Crozet Pizza

Are dogs allowed?

I am not 100%, but pretty sure the answer is no. It was all indoor seating and most places like that do not allow people to bring animals.
