Stayed one night. Amazing customer service. Amazing stay. And the ribeye with chimichurri was very good.

Overall this is a great hotel. The beds are very comfortable and the staff is friendly. Its soo clean & even has some nice architectural touches. I like the mirrored elevators & the cute back garden. The only downside was there is no pool, so for that I took off 1 star.

Did the set designer from Ordinary People decorate this exceptionally depressing room with a deafeningly loud and non-regulated ac? Being in north jersey sure doesn't help things...NOR DO THEIR BED BUGS The reason I'm writing is that they were petty jerks when I asked for a bowl for my food. They don't have any condiments or cookware and I asked for a bowl for my food. One bowl. From their kitchen. That's it. No cutlery. One bowl to borrow. They said no. No, wait, first they berated me for not ordering from their expensive restaurant, and when I said no, I just need to borrow one bowl, they acted like this was such an unreasonable request and that I was a dick for not ordering a $23 hamburger, and went for some low-key takeout instead. So I ate my Pho out of their ice bucket because these assholes wouldn't give me a bowl. Dicks. PS. THEY HAVE BED BUGS. Check out their unmaintained rooms and depressing 70s decor....

A mask was left in one of the drawers.

This place was horrible. Checked in and saw hair on the toilet and toilet paper in the toilet. Found opened bottles of liquor in the cabinet. Counter tops were not clean.

Bugs

I do not recommend this hotel. There are bugs throughout the room and was told there is no available room to move us to until possibly tomorrow. This is not acceptable.

Upgraded to an executive suite for this visit. We were here in January of this year. This suite is Awesome! !!! They loan you a bathrobe while you're there. Wowww.breakfast is good with a nice selection. They also make omelets for you. Yummy to your tummy. Lol

You can never have too much bacon!

One of the better hotels in the area by far and right across the street from the Pines Manor which is great if you're attending an event at the Pines for the evening. They're breakfast is simple enough in the morning and they have a very friendly staff that has let us bring our own sound system into the bar to keep the music pumping. They offer rooms for business meetings to be hosted in as well and the restrooms are always immaculate.

The grand ballroom made an impressive first impression, with its tasteful lighting and well-decorated chairs and tables. However, it was noted that the absence of an elevated stage was a missed opportunity, even a modest one-foot platform could have enhanced the visual appeal of the hall. The culinary journey began with a delightful array of appetizers. The spinach fritters, accompanied by yogurt, chutney topping, and a spicy powder, stood out as a true culinary gem. The addition of this spice powder accentuated the flavors and made it a memorable dish. My personal favorite, Vada Pav, was also on the menu, and I couldn't resist enhancing its taste with a sprinkle of the spicy powder. The bar and appetizer service took place outside the hall, and here we encountered a few service hiccups. The bartender was notably absent, which led to a bit of confusion among the guests. However, a friendly waiter came to our rescue and promptly served our drinks when requested. The situation at the bar took an unexpected turn when another bartender, who seemed to be in a pleasant mood at first, began using profanity in a soft tone when asked why he wasn't present. His exact words "Get the fuck out of here" to his own co-worker - ten times in front of all the guests who are waiting in line at the Bar and in front of the guests who are getting their appetizers. This unexpected exchange, while bizarre, didn't overshadow the overall experience but left us a bit bewildered. Moving on to the main course, it was exactly as expected in a Mughal restaurant - rich and creamy, fulfilling the culinary desires of guests. The dessert spread was a highlight of the evening. The Moong Dal Halwa was a standout, leaving a lasting impression with its superb taste. The quality of the Kulfi was exceptional, rounding out the meal on a sweet note. The ambiance was elevated by a dance floor with flashing colorful lights, adding a lively touch to the event. The combination of good music, delectable food, and a pleasing atmosphere contributed to an enjoyable evening. In conclusion, the Sweet 16 party at this venue offered a blend of grandeur, delicious food, and vibrant ambiance. While the service quirks at the bar were unusual, they didn't overshadow the overall positive experience. The standout appetizers, rich main course, and delectable desserts ensured a satisfying culinary journey. The addition of the dance floor and good music added to the overall charm of the event, leaving us with fond memories of a night filled with good food and enjoyable moments.

Their staff is unprofessional, rude and outright disrespectful. There is no coordination among them and you will be left calling them 6-7 times during the event. We had guests who left without eating because they didn't put the lunch out until 1:30 PM for a event that was suppose to end at 2:00 PM. I will not point to any certain individuals but will say the whole experience was regrettable. We selected this event and paid premium because we wanted to have a pleasant experience and a stress-free event, but it was opposite of that. For those who already have signed the contract or are thinking signing one. RE READ everything and get all clarification in writing because the "ok, no problem, don't worry and we will take care of it" will be of no use when things go wrong during the event.

Included in your ticket is roughly 4 hours of good vibes, dancing, socializing, and lots of great food! There was lumpia, pancit, barbecue chicken and bistec. Everything was so delicious!! There is also pizza for the children. It's a family friendly affair! :) When it was time to start some line dances, the instructors were so funny and kind. They were also very encouraging and easily explained the steps. My favorite saying of the night was "there is no missteps, just an accidental solo." And that kind of welcoming and sweet energy is what I loved so much about this studio! The owner, Tiffany Joy was an amazing host and her enthusiasm was infectious. I loved when the lights would turn down and we'd have mini dance parties in between line dances. It was such a fun time! There was also a cute photobooth experience, complete with props to capture the moment! You're able to text the photos to your phone; it was so easy to use. My only wish is that it wasn't so far from where I live - our group made the trek from Brooklyn! But honestly, it was so worth the trip and I can't wait to go back!

It was close enough of a drive and had good enough reviews. I read that it was small, but sometimes small is good - especially with kids. They were not joking. The aquarium is actually located inside Woodbridge Center Mall. Tickets are $19.99 for adults but if you purchase them online, you can get 25% off - making it $15. I'm not sure if I'd really call this an aquarium but more of a space with several giant fish tanks of fish, and some small sharks. There was a shallow water area with one lobster, which I suspect they buy/replace from the local supermarket. They also have some random animals, like goats, pigs, chickens, birds, snakes - things you wonder why they would be at an aquarium. I guess since it's technically also a 'Wildlife' center - but it's probably because they couldn't get enough marine life. All the animals look really sad - even the fish. You can purchase food to feed the fish, and I have a feeling that's the only time they get fed because once you go near the tank, they think you're about to feed them and they all clamor and crowd towards you. Needless to say, my daughter was probably traumatized by that experience because I was pretty creeped out by it too (lol). We got through the entire "aquarium" within half an hour. You're better off saving your money for a different activity.
