He gave me the price per hour for labor, and the price for the parts he thinks would need replacing ($5-$15 a part). He came by literally the very next day, fixed everything within under an hour (and explained what he was doing), and I owed him exactly the price he had told me the day before. Could not ask for a better experience: utmost professionalism, very skilled, very quick, great price, explained everything. I could not recommend his services more strongly!! The window's fixed, doing better than it ever has! (Top window was sliding down and had balance issues, bottom window was popping out of the frame, they're both sturdy and fixed now).

I've been trying to get an estimate for the repair of almost all windows in the house for over 2 months. Robert reviewed the windows on Tuesday, Feb 20 and it is now May 6. I'm still waiting for the estimate for, let alone scheduling of, the work. Many text messages (they *do not* answer their phone - it goes straight to voicemail, telling you to text them) later, they've stopped even replying to text messages. Pretty sure this business is closed. Notice how the reviews are from 2021.
