Worst towing company in the world!! I decided to donate my car to a local radio station because i believe strongly in public radio and they told me the tow company would pick up my car from 6am to 9am... Never heard anything from the company until i called and spoke with the driver at 8am when told me he would be at my location at 9:30pm. He never showed up and never called and then when i finally got ahold of him he calmed that he was there and did not have service and said he won't be coming back!!! when i spoke to the non profit they informed me that all tow drivers are suppose to knock on the door of the address if they don't have service??? NEVER KNOCKED!!! NEVER CALLED AND WAS so beyond rude!!! this company should be fined and shut down!! zero stars. read more

Crown Point Towing saved our butts! At the end of the most hellacious move I have ever been through, the last thing we had to do was tow the bf's car to the new place. AAA would only tow the car to an auto shop, which left us scrambling for a reasonably priced tow company. I had called Crown Point once before to get their price to move my car from an auto shop to the dealership after I blew up my engine and I was shocked by how reasonable they were. So I hoped when I called them again the pricing would be the same, and to our exhausted relief it was! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. Ruben is a saint! He worked with me for 6 weeks on a extremely difficult move which involved several moving parts that had to be coordinated and had lots of rescheduling due to weather and a very unpredictable and difficult land owner who was making it impossible for me to vacate my sheds off of his property. When the day finally came, Ruben and his coworker were both extremely professional and efficient in moving my 8 x 10 shed and stud panel of the property in under 30 minutes. They also relocated the shed and panel to another property and took excellent care to get them there safely and set them just where I needed them. It was not an easy move physically and mentally but Ruben and his coworker made it look easy and made me feel reassured the entire time that we would get it from one location to the other. I cannot thank these guys enough. I would gladly hire them again for any move and I absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone who is looking for a flatbed tow truck to move objects. Ruben was so understanding and dealt with so many rescheduling issues associated with this difficult move that was so emotionally stressful and draining for me and his team showed up, got my shed and panel and got off that property and even waited for my other shed to move off the property before meeting us at the secondary location to drop this shed and stud panel. Ruben was so helpful and patient and very professional, this day couldn't have turned out any better and Ruben and his crew were an integral part of that. My transmission went out so I called my car shop and asked for a tow. Reuben came to Del Mar to pick up my car at my work and I rode along with him to the car shop in El Cajon. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable.
