The 'plumber' came over and informed me that it would be cheaper to buy a new spout than to install new one so I went out and bought a new one and called back. They charged me for a new appointment and I made the appointment. When he returned he installed the Glacier Bay Single-Handle Pull-Down Sprayer Kitchen Faucet. I had left before he commenced work on the installation as I had another appointment nearby. I left a key with him to lock up and hide. So when I return...guess what? There is not hot water connected. The detachable sprayer does not detach more that 6 inches. It appears that the counterbalance weight was attached to the hose in the wrong place. When I went over to complain and schedule another plumber to come over Dave Turner told me that Justin (the original) was free and he could come over now. I responded that I would be a damned fool to have him back. Dave proceeded to raise his voice and inform me that he would call the sheriff were I to use any more profanity.
