Price Leblanc Toyota and specifically Brandi in the service department has changed that. As a first time Tacoma owner I was excited to be part of the Toyota team. I was also amazed how beautiful Price Leblanc is. There is even a restaurant on site. I dropped off my tacoma and met with Brandi to recalibrate my tire sensors and troubleshoot my door lock motion sensor not working. I informed Brandi that I added lights with two plug and play wire harnesses that can be unplugged if necessary and that I would reinstall the two wire harnesses after the troubleshooting. This should have been a very simple job. Over the next 6 and a half hours of my truck being there, I was told that the new wires could not be located, that permanent modifications had been made, I was hung up on by brandi, that 6.5 hours was not enough. When I realized I was going to be charged more, I quickly demanded that they stop so I can bring my truck elsewhere as I was already lied to about anything being permanently modified. Upon arrival, I was informed that they magically found a bad wire at the last second. I just wanted to pay my $200 troubleshooting fee and leave. This is where things took a nutty turn. Here is the email proof that I was lied to. The next day I emailed Brandi for the part number on MY Vehicle...after Paying for a Diagnostic. Can't make this up....She said MY part number was proprietary. Since then I brought my truck elsewhere and the bad wire was located in under an hour... for $140. I will never go back to Price Leblanc, not even for free service.

They were friendly and knowledgeable and did not pressure me into buying, rather they really seemed to care about my budget and my needs and finding the right car for me. The buying experience was easy and pleasant. As the car wash was already closed by the time I'd purchased my car, I was supposed to come back to get my new car detailed, as well as get the required inspection sticker. When I returned the following Saturday, I was informed that my salesperson had left Gerry Lane..and the car wash was closed. Joshua Tilley quickly stepped in to help me finalize some remaining paperwork and arranged an appointment and a loaner car for me to get to and from work while they detailed my car and got the state inspection sticker. As impressed as I was with Gerry Lane before, this impressed me further and demonstrated that the Gerry Lane team cares about the customer more after the sale and has a true commitment to customer service. I will recommend Gerry Lane to anyone looking for a new vehicle and plan on purchasing any future vehicles from them only.

We trusted the dealership to have the proper tools and expertise and were initially told the repairs would take approximately one month. It is now September 26, 2026. Nearly seven months later, this experience has been extremely frustrating. Communication has been poor, deadlines have repeatedly passed, and at times no one could even locate our vehicle in their system. Our contact information--including our name, phone number, and email--was entered incorrectly, and we were repeatedly addressed by the wrong name. Eventually, one employee had to conduct a deeper search simply to locate our information. I made countless calls and sent numerous texts trying to get answers. Weeks would pass between meaningful updates, often ending with a generic "have a nice day" while I was still without my vehicle. I was assured a rental by the owner but did not receive the promised follow-up. During this time, I have had to rent four different vehicles and borrow another vehicle that broke down twice on the highway while my children were with me. The prolonged repair process has created significant financial and personal hardship for my family. Then, last night, I finally received an automated link stating that my vehicle was ready. There was no personal phone call after nearly seven months. To make matters worse, the notification displayed our name prominently in all capital letters--and badly misspelled. Either our correct information had been changed back to the incorrect name, or their system still had not been properly updated. After months of repeatedly trying to correct our contact information, seeing our name wrong yet again felt like a final slap in the face. I understand that collision repairs can encounter delays. What I cannot understand is the lack of communication, accountability, organization, and concern shown throughout this process. A repair originally estimated at approximately one month has consumed nearly seven months of our lives. After this experience, I will not do business with Gerry Lane Cadillac or collision again. Lesson learned.

I also seem to be the person that friends and family call when they're looking to buy new/used cars. I do my research and understand that working with a "good" dealership is the most important aspect of the car buying process. It's not always an easy task to find an honest, fair, and transparent dealership. I've sat across many salesman and sales managers in many different dealerships and it doesn't take long before I am able to see what kind of dealership I'm in. My latest purchase was a special order Challenger. I knew exactly what I wanted but just had to find the best Dodge dealership to work with. While researching Matt Bowers CDJR I read some good reviews about the dealership from other buyers and some really great reviews for a salesman by the name of Gus Berendson. Many of his clients found him to be friendly, honest and willing to go the extra mile for them, so I gave Gus a call and let him know what I was trying to get into. He invited me to come in to meet with him and discuss everything. His positive reviews were 100% spot on. I found him to be a joy to work with and it felt like I was dealing with family. He understood what I wanted and didn't try to push something else from their lot onto me. Negotiating a car deal can be a lengthy process, but Gus understood my expectations and he respected my time. Rather than he go back and forth to the sales manager having me wait in typical fashion, he brought Ryan Jackson, the Sales Manager to me directly. Ryan was honest, transparent, fair, and willing to work with me....even when I was pushing things a bit. We had a deal done and negotiated in all of about 10 minutes. Event though waiting months for a car to be built can be tough, Gus was responsive and communicative throughout the car building process always making sure to keep me in the loop at each phase. Once my car arrived, I went in to sign the papers and make it official. There were no unpleasant surprises or additional unexpected charges. They remained true to their word and our deal. I would absolutely buy from the Matt Bowers CDJR team again and recommend them 10/10 times.

I was previously sent a coupon from Price LeBlanc Lexus for an exclusive offer that includes: engine oil and filter change, complimentary multi-point inspection and a car wash for $99! I scheduled my service. When I arrived, Jonathan was unaware of any offers and asked to see my email, and I showed him so he "honored" the price for the service. I also asked that my car be checked as when backing up only, I would get a high pitch squeel when applying my brakes lightly to slow down. I asked and was told service would not be long so I waited. After OVER TWO hours, my car was brought around and the service tech took payment and handed me my paperwork. He did not review it with me and only stated that they could not replicate the squeeking noise. Why didn't they come ask me about it so I could try and replicate it? Which I can because it is still happening. I was also meeting with a TECH rep fter the service as I could not get android auto to load. After her telling me what to do, I went home and it still does not work. It was then that I noticed that the "FREE " Car wash also had not been done. I then reviewed my paperwork and saw that my break fluid level was noted in the RED. No where could I see if this was addressed so I called the Tech, Jonathan, and left a message for a return call. He never Returned my call. I then get a call from from another gentleman who left me a message asking about my "experience" and I returned his call, only to get the service Dept. voice mail, so I left yet ANOTHER message, again NO RETURN CALL. I called the main number and asked to speak to ANYONE in service who could answer my question only to be told that there was NO ONE available and I needed to leave yet ANOTHER Voice mail,. Surprise, No return call. I then get an email from a nice young lady (can't recall her name) and explained to her my situation. She was very polite and assured she would get the service manager to contact me as soon as possible, He never did. I then notice that my cars "Maintenance Needed soon" message was still popping up on my dash after the oil change. They obviously never reset it. Is'nt that NORMAL proceedure? I looked over my paperwork again and that is when I noticed (at the very bottom) it says "Deleted Operation" Wash, Dry and Vacuum. Um, why? So, I really DON'T know if they ACTUALLY changed my oil/filter. Don't know if they addressed the Break fluid issue and I obviously did not get the wash dry and vacuum. I have owned many Lexus vehicles mostly out of Charleston SC where I was treated like royalty. That was NOT my experience at Price LeBlanc Lexus. I won't be doing business with a company that does not value its clients. I am treated better at a Jiffy Lube!!

Lol…read more I tried to call PRIOR to making the 80.8 mile drive to the facility to ensure 1) the vehicle was still in place 2) inquire of the condition 3) make sure they would be open Memorial Day. Well the answer to the 3rd question was resolved by the website. questions is 1 and 2 remained unanswered. Soooooo in spite of it all I took a chance and made the drive. After all, it was Memorial Day, BTR is not a bad drive and I was interested to see what the outcome would be. I will say this is a great idea. Whoever came up with. It is a great idea. You basically go on the website. See if the vehicle is in place, head on over and you remove the part yourself. There is a $2 admission cost, but if you sign up for the free VIP membership, there's a reduced price. And as a VIP member, your privyy to all sorts of deals that they send you via email or sms messaging. They provide you with wheelbarrows in the event that you have a heavy load to carry. But other than that, this is a DIY and it's best. So bring your OWN TOOLS!!!! Rows and rows of cars. Just imagine a vast wasteland of vehicles, but in a semi ordered fashion. In designated row and even particular spaces ie C304. All are ready to be taken a part as one needs. What I saw on the website versus what I saw in person we're starkly different. It was the Amazon vs Wish version of items. I must admit the vehicle that I was looking at it been there since March 2026 and this is the end of May 2026. So understandably things would be different. But my goodness, there was barely anything left of the vehicle. For your convenience, there's a handwashing station as you exit the yard. I found this to be beneficial, those junked cars are full of grease, grime & stagnant water from the rain. Also, in addition to being able to remove parts there is an area near the front door where they also sell other things. I guess things that they found in the cars, i.e. shoes, purses, etc.. Annnndddd I also found that they sell batteries and used tires. And they even have cars for sale. I did leave with a piece for my car, but not the ones I came for. So the trip wasn't a TOTAL BUST. I would return, maybe not to this particular location as there is one closer to my home, but I do like the idea of being able to find parts for the low-low. And I would also bring a person that is mechanically inclined to help with disassembly of the vehicle part that you need. I found the employees to be pleasant. Not very helpful, there was a sale going on and had I not mentioned it, the cashier was not going to share that information; HOW RUDE... I was in search of a driver side door actuator. I actually ordered one from EBAY but it didn't include the floor and trunk manual release. I took a look on Pull A Part's website for shits and giggles expecting them to have every model CTS except a coupe. To my surprise, the Baton Rouge location had a coupe in stock. Now the flip side was wondering if this part was still in the car. I drove an hour by both holding my door closed by hand and tying a strap to it, lol. Pull-A-Part granted me free admission for being a veteran. I arrived to find the part was still there. Now the other flip side was wondering if the part was still operational since you need the vehicle powered to test the actuators and the batteries are removed. You also need to remove the backseat, rear interior panels, and seatbelt to access the door actuator. Luckily Pull-A-Part has the vehicles elevated and spaced out which creates a decent work environment. I didn't even mind the fact that it began to rain. I even removed the passenger side door actuator for when it's needed in the future. Pull-A-Part discourages working on your vehicle in the parking lot. I needed to verify the driver actuator worked so I installed it quickly since my backseat and panels were already removed. I plugged it up and it didn't work. Disappointment was an understatement. Then something told me to pull on the floor release. The chime began to sound after hearing the actuator click. I closed the door and it worked. I did a little dance not caring about being seen, then I quickly hit the road after gathering my tools! P.S. Pull-A-Part only offers store credit. No refunds.
