    A invoice AFTER Taylor Owens took my vehicle to the diagnostic machine without telling me about the price before hand.

    My check engine light came on yesterday so I brought my vehicle to gerry lane auto service told them what was wrong Taylor owens took vehicle to put it on the diagnostic machine(didn't tell how much it would be from the beginning) I been here since 8:00 am got my 1st text at 11:01am saying in need a battery for $200+ I declined cause ima get it done at a later time got another text saying I can pick up my vehicle then got an invoice for $182. I told her are you kidding me how come you didn't tell me that from the beginning if I knew it was gonna cost that much I WOULD NOT have gotten the diagnostic test.. I brought my vehicle from here 3 yrs ago. How do they if I didn't have a bill to pay like I said if I knew it was going to be that much i wouldn't have had it done...

    DO NOT ever bring your vehicle here for service. First of all they wanted to charge me $48 just to put fuel and engine treatment in the gas tank. $37 for an air filter. Then it cost me over $500 just to replace 2 tire pressure sensors. RIDICULOUS. these parts are $40 for a set of 4 original factory, they charged me $111 EACH. And a $43 fee for disposal. The sensor is the size of cigarette lighter. And to top it off after my card was swiped there was a$15 surcharge. I brought it there for an oil change and tire rotation. They offer Free oil changes for the life of you vehicle if you buy from them and keep their name plate on the front of your vehicle. Trust me it is not worth it. Zero stars

    Our Chevy Trax was damaged from a huge pothole and we had just suffered a horrific family tragedy. What Gerry Lane service did for our family was heroic and eased our pain at the worst time. I was already a loyal customer having bought our 2020 Trax from them but now I'm indebted to Gerry Lane for what they did for us.

The reason for my low stars is because within the first…read more4 months of having my vehicle I've had to replace four tires, the breaks, the compressor, the alternator, two tire sensors, the radiator, 8 fuses, the battery (which was initially replaced by one that blew out within a week) the fuel line, the rear view mirror and in 2 months I have to redo the inspection since the sticker is old. The staff is nice it's just the cars aren't reliable. The warranty that is supposed to cover these parts is for an additional fee and takes 30 days to enact, so if you're having major issues, you'll have to Uber for a while before it'll be fixed if you decide to purchase it. These are not family cars in my opinion but project cars. As a single mother, I have had a very hard time paying the car note, the insurance as well as the thousands I've spent to fix the vehicle. Unfortunately, I can not recommend this dealership especially if you can't keep up with major car repairs. If anyone out there needs a vehicle desperately, please be financially prepared to have a very good mechanic on standby and a tow truck. They don't offer tow services for when your car gives out. While there is a very accommodating and nice wait area, I left disappointed. My service visit was supposed to include a wash and vacuum. Well, they did something because the vehicle was wet, but there was no evidence of it being vacuumed. The exterior had smears of dirt. Honestly, I would have preferred that they skip the cleaning process rather than smear it around or pretend that they did something.

I was previously sent a coupon from Price LeBlanc Lexus for an exclusive offer that includes: engine oil and filter change, complimentary multi-point inspection and a car wash for $99! I scheduled my service. When I arrived, Jonathan was unaware of any offers and asked to see my email, and I showed him so he "honored" the price for the service. I also asked that my car be checked as when backing up only, I would get a high pitch squeel when applying my brakes lightly to slow down. I asked and was told service would not be long so I waited. After OVER TWO hours, my car was brought around and the service tech took payment and handed me my paperwork. He did not review it with me and only stated that they could not replicate the squeeking noise. Why didn't they come ask me about it so I could try and replicate it? Which I can because it is still happening. I was also meeting with a TECH rep fter the service as I could not get android auto to load. After her telling me what to do, I went home and it still does not work. It was then that I noticed that the "FREE " Car wash also had not been done. I then reviewed my paperwork and saw that my break fluid level was noted in the RED. No where could I see if this was addressed so I called the Tech, Jonathan, and left a message for a return call. He never Returned my call. I then get a call from from another gentleman who left me a message asking about my "experience" and I returned his call, only to get the service Dept. voice mail, so I left yet ANOTHER message, again NO RETURN CALL. I called the main number and asked to speak to ANYONE in service who could answer my question only to be told that there was NO ONE available and I needed to leave yet ANOTHER Voice mail,. Surprise, No return call. I then get an email from a nice young lady (can't recall her name) and explained to her my situation. She was very polite and assured she would get the service manager to contact me as soon as possible, He never did. I then notice that my cars "Maintenance Needed soon" message was still popping up on my dash after the oil change. They obviously never reset it. Is'nt that NORMAL proceedure? I looked over my paperwork again and that is when I noticed (at the very bottom) it says "Deleted Operation" Wash, Dry and Vacuum. Um, why? So, I really DON'T know if they ACTUALLY changed my oil/filter. Don't know if they addressed the Break fluid issue and I obviously did not get the wash dry and vacuum. I have owned many Lexus vehicles mostly out of Charleston SC where I was treated like royalty. That was NOT my experience at Price LeBlanc Lexus. I won't be doing business with a company that does not value its clients. I am treated better at a Jiffy Lube!!
