The worst customer service! Jarod is who we initially started working with and is amazing. He had…read morerecently moved over to Premier Building Supply, so we agreed to go with them. We were handed over to Cassidy to do the financial and paper work portion and that was a mess from the beginning! Cassidy has a horrible attitude and speaks to you like you're an idiot and doesn't let you get a word in! It's honestly sad that they allow someone like him to work for them and represent their company! He didn't help us at all and when we had any questions it was such a bother to him. It took months for us to FINALLY get anything accomplished because Cassidy gave us the run around and the tried to change the price that he originally had quoted us (tried to charge us way more). When I brought it up he had no excuse and then said he would "honor" the original quote. When we finally got our garage door installed, it wasn't even completed. The light on the garage motor/lift wasn't working, so my husband had to fix it and the decorative pieces weren't installed. When I asked Cassidy about it he made a snarky and smart ass comment of "well did you put a light bulb in it!?" And then tried to charge us for the decorative pieces for the garage door. I had already spoken to a manager named Jory who was supposed to call us back before I had called Cassidy back again and we never got that call back. This past week Cassidy called me to get the rest of the payment and had an attitude as usual, wouldn't let me get a word in as usual, and when I brought up the light and the decorative pieces again he once again was rude and made the same comments. I told him I needed to speak with manager because I couldn't deal with him any longer. 4 months later our garage door is finally installed and completed, but with the worst service (minus the service we received from Jarod). Please don't come to this company, find someone else or hire Jarod on the side.

We came here to get a bbq & some pathway lights. We weren't sure whether the bbq could fit in our…read morecar so we had a very nice (very new) girl assist us. She went above & beyond to locate us a bbq that was still in the box that was up in the rafters. She helped us to take measurements of the box & went out to the car to grab measurements of the door. Additionally, just in case the box didn't fit, she set us up with will call so we could leave & come back with a bigger car. This girl was our hero this day! The box fit & we were able to have a great bbq dinner that same night. Everything is well stocked & most the staff had smiles & were polite/said hello. Only 4 stars because the young girl that helped us with will call was less than helpful. We wanted to grab a cover for the bbq and had to repeat ourselves three times before she stopped ringing us up & acknowledged us. She then didn't even bother to point us in the correct direction. Luckily our helpful gal was still around to help us out with the aisle number. Overall, great experience & customer service. Thanks!

In short, I couldn't figure out what adapters to use in the plumbing section. I was frustrated and had spent an hour with different options to reduce a line. I was ready to give up when I saw Thomas on my isle. I told him what I was trying to do. He listened patiently and asked a few questions and then suddenly had a solution to my problem as found the part I needed. I am so pleased with his professionalism. He saved me a bunch of time on my project.

I don't have every tool, but I do find that I do a lot of projects that require tools from every aisle in the store. While Harbor Freight isn't the greatest when it comes to quality tools, they do have a good selections of supplies that get your job done most of the time. My view on it is, why spend more on tools you might not find yourself using much? If the less expensive tool breaks, then you've proven to yourself that you need a more expensive, quality tool to have and cherish forever. Harbor Freight also has these random things like a toy drone and sling shot. While it may not seem like a tool, it definitely is fun to have a store that has oddities such as these and many more while you're browsing around for things you need and dont need. I recently got a tool cart from here (U.S. General brand) and I love it. Yes, it's not Snap-On or Matco, but it's just as good. And my wallet thanks me for not abusing it. I've raved/ranted enough though. Point in case: Check this place out for affordable tools that, while not top line, will get the job done without busting your bank account.

Ended up buying the same 29g 3x12 sheets that were $10 more a sheet. I was told the sheet S I bought had a 40 year warranty while the advertised 29g sheets did none have a warranty. I needed to get the project finished before bad weather. I learned my lesson with Metal Mart. If they are going to advertise product that they don't even carry and then tell you that it was inferior to the one you're buying why would I ever want to go to that company again. They lost me as a customer forever.
