We moved from Texas to Estes Park and they unpacked our truck into our house that time, then came out a second time to unload another truck from a storage unit we had in San Diego and then when we finally bought a house down in Loveland, they came up a third time to move us down there! We kept going back to Watson because of Jordan, and eminently professional mover with an excellent eye for negotiating large furniture through tight hallways. our amoire alone has daunted other moving guys, but not Jordan. One of their guys suffered a knee injury so the next day the owner of the company, Joel, came out to cover for him himself! It was a big move and there were lots of challenges, but the Watson guys never complained once and kept a positive attitude throughout. Now that I've moved into my house, it's unlikely I will need them again anytime soon, but I recommend them highly.

The owner at Homestead Self Storage is so kind. They helped me find the perfect size unit for all…read morethe stuff I needed to put in it. They have many different sizes of storage units. They also have storage units that are inside and climate controlled so you don't have to worry about the crazy weather. The indoor unit that is climate controlled is very nice because it also has another security feature to get inside the indoor units. The indoor units are also monitored with multiple cameras! So I like the added security features the indoor units have! The owner is awesome He took the time to explain to me what each unit can fit in and how I should pack my stuff Inside. He also let me use one of there Dollies so it was much easier for me to move my big tubs and boxes into the unit. Thank you very much Homestead Self Storage you are the best storage facility in NorthernColorado!!

absolutely the worst storage I have ever used. the manager that works there has a horrible attitude…read moreand thinks she can talk to you however she wants. when I was signing the contract I asked her what the 3rd page was all about and she answered me by saying read it and you'll know. If I knew what it was I wouldn't of been asking the woman. okay fine I let that slide. about a week after I had put in my code to get into the storage and once I was in I stepped into the office to ask her a questions and she had the audacity to ask me how I had gotten in! umm through the code I have and because I pay for a storage here? oh ok she answered. was she thinking I had gotten in without permission?! she is racist and treated me and my wife very poorly. the owner should have a serious talk with her and teach her a few manners and how to be more professional. needless to say I only stayed there a month and I was done with her attitude. DO NOT GO HERE! HORRIBLE SERVICE! GO SPEND YOUR MOENY SOMEWHERE ELSE :)

Save yourself a headache, Don't Bother with this storage facility! I rented a 10x15 unit from…read moreSeptember 30, 2015 until August 2019. Let me tell you the story! From September 2015 until June 2019 Jane and Larry ran this storage unit. I have no problem with either of these individuals, however in June of 2019 the storage facility was sold. Larry called me on June 28 2019 to inform me of the sale and when I asked Larry when and if the rates would change he assured me that "they wouldn't change right away". On July 7,2019 I received a letter dated June 30, 2019 that this was my 30 day notice that on August 1, 2019 my rent charge would increase from $130.00 to $150.00. I paid the August rent of $150.00 to give me time to secure another unit. I realized the new owners would have to increase the rent however I felt 15% was more than I thought the unit was worth. Considering the location and overall condition of the facility I knew I could do better. I found another more modern and convenient storage facility for less $$ and informed Larry I wouldn't be renewing for September and mentioned I would move out during the month and would like to keep access to the unit until the end of August to clean it out properly. I moved my property out on August 11, 2019 assuming I could return to sweep out the unit the following Sunday. As an afterthought I should have kept a lock on it. When I returned on August 18, 2019 I was allowed access to the property however my unit was double locked so I had no access to it. Larry was cutting the lawn so I approached him and asked why if I was paying for the month I couldn't get access to my unit to clean it out. It only need the dust swept out. He informed me he swept it out during the week and I shouldn't worry about it. When I inquired about the security deposit he told me I would receive it in about 60 days, as it states in the contract. It was $40.00. I said ok and left the premise. On Monday morning August 19,2019, I received a call from Larry stating I would lose my $40.00 security deposit because they considered me vacating the unit my final day. Larry told me "they are following the letter of the contract" I have a copy of the contract however I didn't read where it said that. I paid $150.00 for 11 days and lost a $40.00 security deposit for having dust on the floor of the unit that would have taken me 15 minutes tops to clean out. So for the money you milked me out of, you should use it wisely. Expect me to tell everyone who askes and all of my friends family and associates about how you thought more of a few dollars than a reputation. I know a lot about business, which is why I didn't squabble about the increase in the rent. I didn't see the value and decided to move on. My right to do so. Your inability to see the value in a phone call to me to clarify my intentions to clean it up will cost much more in PR than $40.00. I did occupy the space for almost 4 complete years. I did pay for the month of August in full and I thought it would be proper protocol to give 30 days notice instead of the 5 days required so you would have time to rent it for September 2019. My bad for thinking I was doing a good thing for you. As I said use it wisely my friends you just might need it in the future. Louis Cerullo

The door and unit seemed clean and in good condition. Access to the property is pretty nice - just country roads, so no driving a huge truck around city streets.
