I highly recommend Purely Storage in Loveland!
Back in May, I realized I needed a storage unit while I was in the process of purchasing a home. I called around and researched storage facilities throughout both Fort Collins and Loveland, and Purely Storage stood out immediately--not only because they had the best pricing I found, but because the front desk staff were incredibly kind, accommodating, and helpful. I wanted both good pricing AND great customer service, so I chose Purely Storage. I have absolutely not been disappointed.
I cannot say enough good things about the people who work here. They are genuinely attentive, kind, and willing to help.
We actually had an incident in August that really showed me what kind of people they are. My daughter and I went to our storage unit and didn't realize there was a wasp nest attached to the unit. When we opened the door, a bunch of very aggressive wasps came after us, and we were both stung. We immediately jumped back into the car and drove toward the front office.
Kyle was outside working on another project. I rolled down my window and asked, "Could you help us?"
He immediately dropped what he was doing and came over to help. He dealt with the wasp nest and killed the wasps,even though they were being aggressive toward him, too! We couldn't safely get into our unit, and he took care of the problem for us right away. He was also genuinely apologetic that we had encountered the wasps, which I really appreciated.
I've also had a small billing glitch, and the front desk immediately took care of it and even gave me a discount to make up for the difference. That kind of customer service means a lot to me.
The facility itself is also impeccable. I really appreciate having a clean, well-maintained storage facility, but what makes Purely Storage stand out is that the people who work there actually CARE about their customers.
And as far as pricing goes, Purely Storage was the best-priced option I found when I was comparing facilities in Fort Collins and Loveland.
The one downside? Because they are so good, they don't seem to have units available very often!
But if you're looking for storage, I would absolutely check with them to see if they have an available unit. The staff are wonderful, they're willing to work with you, the facility is clean and well maintained, and you can tell they genuinely care about the people who rent from them.
