She yelled and cursed and spoke to me in a total condescending manner and tone very confrontational throughout the entire phone conversation then hung up on me while I was answering her question she asked me without even giving me a chance to reply back to her.... I have reached out to corporate regarding this employee and left messages with Alan and the entire corporate office staff in Phoenix and Utah. All I needed was access to a unit my partner has paid for in full not late on not behind on until July 1st when the next rent fees are due which the plan was to move everything out of the unit this weekend to avoid any further charges or fees period... I am in shock tbh by this human being and her atrocious behavior to say the least... What kind of world do we live in where people just take favor in being inhumane to other humans because they have nothing else better to do... All I wanted was for her to do the right thing by me and she flat out refused to do so because that would of made her have to do extra work on a Friday 1 hour before she clocks out her words not mine literally... I find the onsite manager to be kind and helpful but that is all I can say that is positive about this location I did happen to record the phone call luckily and will be playing it for everyone so they can hear what type of employee they truly have working for them so they can make an executive decision to coach and give this employee the pink slip since she is not an asset to their company and reputation according to their value statement

Their prices were one of the cheaper options but definitely the best bet when you factor in security and accessibility. Everything cheaper was rather sketchy and not nearly as well-maintained. They also offer great security. Encircled with decent fencing and great security camera coverage, it would be tough for theft to occur without video proof. They also require key codes to open the entry and exit gates. The gates are accessible for a good portion of the day (6 AM to 9 PM). The site is also well-staffed during the day and with one of the property managers living on site. Rich and Lori, the property managers, were extremely kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Actually, they were beyond nice. I would find myself chatting with them most times I stopped by to access the unit. When considering a storage space around Fort Collins, stop by and check out this property. With great pricing, security, and accessibility, they can't be beat.

Arranged to rent a unit initially through the website and found all of the information I needed. Almost immediately after, received a phone call from Thea who was extremely accommodating and helpful. She couldn't have made it any easier (other than packing and moving my daughter's stuff for me!) All paperwork and payments were handled electronically, which is critical during Larimer County's stay-at-home orders. When we found the original unit too small, Thea quickly found a larger unit and we never lost momentum. She is awesome!! The interior units are spotless and well maintained. They have a variety of unit sizes, both interior and exterior. Their rates also very competitive compared to alternatives around town.

Will claim to pay you back but never will!!!…read moreTacks on an extra fee every month that pays for insurance on your contents in case they do something that causes the loss of your items stored. First, why are we paying THEIR insurance to cover a minimal amount if THEY ever do something wrong? Second, while this fee is supposedly not charged if you show that you have insurance on the items. But it reinstates itself after a year. Problem is, they don't always cancel the fee on all of the units you have. Then, when confronted, corporate says they will send a refund, but they do NOTHING! AND THE FEE PERSISTS!!! Working with the helpful desk people at the unit, they sometimes can get the fee to stop (sometimes on only some of your units), but their promised credits equivalent to the fees already paid NEVER HAPPEN! I've gone through BBB and this company does not reply so BBB can do nothing. So far, I'm out over $500 in these fees and while everyone has said for many months and again over a year ago that they will refund or credit, they never have!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
