Their prices were one of the cheaper options but definitely the best bet when you factor in security and accessibility. Everything cheaper was rather sketchy and not nearly as well-maintained. They also offer great security. Encircled with decent fencing and great security camera coverage, it would be tough for theft to occur without video proof. They also require key codes to open the entry and exit gates. The gates are accessible for a good portion of the day (6 AM to 9 PM). The site is also well-staffed during the day and with one of the property managers living on site. Rich and Lori, the property managers, were extremely kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Actually, they were beyond nice. I would find myself chatting with them most times I stopped by to access the unit. When considering a storage space around Fort Collins, stop by and check out this property. With great pricing, security, and accessibility, they can't be beat.

Arranged to rent a unit initially through the website and found all of the information I needed. Almost immediately after, received a phone call from Thea who was extremely accommodating and helpful. She couldn't have made it any easier (other than packing and moving my daughter's stuff for me!) All paperwork and payments were handled electronically, which is critical during Larimer County's stay-at-home orders. When we found the original unit too small, Thea quickly found a larger unit and we never lost momentum. She is awesome!! The interior units are spotless and well maintained. They have a variety of unit sizes, both interior and exterior. Their rates also very competitive compared to alternatives around town.

First, why are we paying THEIR insurance to cover a minimal amount if THEY ever do something wrong? Second, while this fee is supposedly not charged if you show that you have insurance on the items. But it reinstates itself after a year. Problem is, they don't always cancel the fee on all of the units you have. Then, when confronted, corporate says they will send a refund, but they do NOTHING! AND THE FEE PERSISTS!!! Working with the helpful desk people at the unit, they sometimes can get the fee to stop (sometimes on only some of your units), but their promised credits equivalent to the fees already paid NEVER HAPPEN! I've gone through BBB and this company does not reply so BBB can do nothing. So far, I'm out over $500 in these fees and while everyone has said for many months and again over a year ago that they will refund or credit, they never have!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
