Paint appeared to be non-professionally done. Massage rooms weren't very cosy. They felt empty with no art or decor, and the walls felt like they were paper thin. I don't believe the walls went all the way to the ceiling, but my memory may be wrong. Also no soothing music. My massage therapist: was playing music from haulin oats without a subscription on her phone, so we had ads rolling through a rock playlist. She put me on my back (can't do during pregnancy) and also didn't have much gear for a true pregnancy massage. She was very nice but not what I was looking for. Update: Spoke to the owner who said she felt terrible about my experience at least with the masseuse and asked for me to come back for a free massage. However, I can't say that changes the appearance/feel of the place so I don't feel the need or desire to want to go back either way. If think I'd prefer a Glenwood springs caves spa experience instead.

Mitch was knowledgeable, kept my attitude positive and provided a great regimen to build up my leg strength. Yes, I always get up at 6am, to take two buses and a 20 minutes walk to get to you, to make up this excruciating pain! This is not acceptable, nor only nvery unprofessional! When I dare complain, instead of apologizing, they told me not to to come back, well you did me a favor! . My doctor also requested 2x a week and I only ever got one visit! Yes, I missed 2 prior appointments, the first time my Uber never showed up (out of my control) and the second trip (the bus left early, when they are not supposed to, again beyond my control) they said if it happens again, I'll have to get another referral wtf? Well, after they asked me to do a survey, I told the truth but, they didn't like my complaint, so in a bad business move, they cut me off. I called the day before my next appointment to verify my appointment time, and they said it had been canceled, yet failed to tell me! My guess is I would have paid $29 for another Uber and they would have told me the same thing, and there goes another $35, because I do the right thing and tip! Avoid these slime balls at all odds, there are plenty of good ones. Avoid unscrupulous, bad service, unprofessionals, who don't like people who dare to complain, and individuals who lie! ‍
