The classes are self ran and are a good workout. BUT thats it, The selection of products is horrible compared to other locations. And when I have wanted to use my "rewards" for purchases it takes a month or more. Because they don't carry any items, they have to order it and then you wait for the item to come, then have to track someone done to find out if it was delivered. I had this happen to me two months ago and now I'm still in the process of trying to order a cup lol. The rewards are free money in a way and you earn them by working out over a certain period of time. You're only allowed to use them at your home location to purchase items. When you leave a message on their voicemail, they get back to you three weeks later, you can't message them on Instagram because they don't accept messages, etc. its a fight that I don't want to fight anymore.... I have two other choices. They're actually closer to my house that I think I will be joining and canceling my membership with this location. It is just sad cuz I have tried and since I have choices they helped make my choice for me.

They also offer a free 1 week trial for new members and a great 6 month membership offer. Cardio days are harder in my opinion so I prefer to go on days (Tues/thurs) when they do more strength training focus. There's also plenty of easy parking! Always a plus.
