My only issue with it is most F45's offer a free class to try them out, but this one does not (franchise I assume). They only have a three classes in a week for $30 option, which I didn't take because I only planned on going the one time, so I paid a ridiculous amount of money to do the one class. In fact, I went there on opening day and they didn't have a free option then either. They should offer a free class to try out or a highly discounted one for first visit; like $10. Anyway overall I don't think it's worth it to pay $150-$250 per month, especially since I personally don't think people should be training that intensely every day. Anyway, not for me, but I know others like it (like my friend in her area). You may.

You quite literally see Dan (the owner) live the CITYROW Ethos, (if you don't believe me check his Finisher numbers on the board each month)! IF YOU'VE NEVER BEEN ON A ROWER BEFORE - Just try it! What do you have to lose? Other than 50 mins of your day. You will learn proper form, especially if you come early, the instructors will show you! And, you will forever recognize and understand how the WaterRowers work. IF YOU "HATE WORKING OUT" - Hi! We are a lot alike, (my most natural state is sleeping) but with that said... CityROW signature class STILL to this day is the ONLY group fitness class that I have every really enjoyed. (Ive tried spin, yoga, palates, the works!) I have been to classes at a few locations, and can say with confidence that it is the combination of floor work and rowing that helps break up that time, as well as the music and energetic instructors that hep you over the hump! As soon as I felt like I was ready to give up, we moved to a the rower again, or onto the mat. Signature Classes were the gateway drug. Strength class is for anyone who enjoys weights/challenging themselves! IF YOU AREN'T A GROUP JOINER - (Same) Problem solved, reserve a rower at the back, or side of the class. You don't need to be up front and center to get a workout in. Drew likes to remind you that "Its your workout, there is no shame in your game". IF YOU DON'T LOVE CARDIO - Take a strength class, I have done almost 40 classes with Drew. A LOT more weights and floor work. They run a lot of promotions and my first class was free, I then followed up with a few more, and now I do a monthly membership and go twice a week. I'm about about 50 mins away, but make it a priority to go. You can choose what weights you use throughout the class, and the great thing about using WaterRowers is that you set your resistance. Throw your Finisher times on the board, or just take notes for yourself and see if you can make or break that time.

When my friend moved to Deerfield and said she wanted to join a gym a suggested we try the Hotworx in Deerfield. Again, i LOVED it! I ended up joining Hotworx Deerfield Beach in April '24. I'm NEVER quitting this gym...gym quitter no more! I actually get upset if i can't make it to the studio. First off, the workout is incredible. Before you say "Eww i could never workout in a sauna." Yes you can. The infrared is a totally different type of heat. You will sweat. You feel the heat, but you feel it deep in your muscles and joints. This helps you stretch deeper and hit those poses in less time. You WILL feel absolutely fantastic, stronger, healthier, and happier with yourself. My skin is soft, my muscles are stronger, my joints don't hurt anymore, my plantar fasciitis is gone, my mental health is on point. Sandra, the owner, and her team are absolutely wonderful. They collectively have created a safe environment for everyone who steps foot into this studio. I feel confident and comfortable when I am here (even if at times I have no idea what I'm doing). There are members of all different ages, sizes, genders, races, fitness levels, and there is ZERO judgement. There's only encouragement. We are all each other's cheerleaders and it's an amazing feeling. I am a former athlete. The competitive drive is still in me. Hotworx gives me the opportunity to compete. He told my wife very rude and demanding " you need to download the app" when we said yes but let me give you my number to get in he said " I'll send you a link, you need to download now or else I need ID" my wife said, I'll give you my ID, he then said just give me the number.
