I was given a card to try a free class in a specific month and called this location, which is closer to where I live. It's been open since October of 2020. The owner Kim is very nice. Before I went in for my first session, I called them, and I was able to try a session there. They were so nice about it and sent me a reminder text the day before to confirm I was still coming. When I went in, Kim showed me around the facility and spoke to me about the benefits and how things work. It's accessible 24x7 and has certain hours staffed. Unstaffed hours there is a help device and a couple of neck ones you can wear with you in case of an emergency. There's a monthly membership option ($59 unlimited classes) and an option to pay for a set amount of classes (4 or 8) that you can use anytime. You have to purchase a mat and towel from them ($99). These are made to not melt or release any toxins, which is the reason why. The location is great and easy to find. It's in a plaza with other business and plenty enough parking. One thing I'd point out is that the ceilings are not too high inside the exercise sauna pods. I'm 5'7 and I did the yoga, and when i had to stretch my arms, they were almost touching the ceiling. Otherwise, I highly recommend it and this location.

I was very impressed with the box. There was plenty of room for large classes along with two pull-up rigs and plenty of equipment (including some I had never seen before). There is always a lot going on at this box as there are a few different classes going on at the same time, personal training is also available. Larry and the other coaches are very knowledgeable as well as pleasant. I always feel like I'm given plenty of one-on-one attention while lifting. The coaches also do a good job paying attention during the WODs and giving improvements when needed, as well as cheering everyone on, of course. I've been a member here for about two months now, and I can say that the community here is great! Even the elite level athletes will go out of their way to make you feel welcome, and even help you with your form. Larry always introduces new students to the class (which I think is a very nice touch) I would definitely recommend this box for anyone looking. If you are a experienced cross-fitter or someone looking to try Crossfit for the first time, Crossfit Breaking Boundaries is a great place to start.

We checked into the 9:30am WOD which is something we wish we had at our local Box in Downtown Atlanta. Our instructor was Brad I believe and he was super personable and made it feel very welcoming like family! The coaching was very clear and we got a good stretch and warm up in before the WOD. Our class had about 7 people in our class and it was perfect! This is a up and coming Box and its about 2,200 square feet. They had mentioned they weren't doing and marketing as of now because they are breaking ground less than a quarter mile down the street at a 6,000+ square feet brand new Box that's going to have a hopeful date of opening at the end of 2018. Although the current location is smaller than the new it didn't matter to us. We understand that with growth there is expansion and changes must be made to take on the new one day. All in all we have decided that we will be dropping in here every time we are in Milton, GA visiting the parents! It's clean, friendly and we totally got our bodies worked out as we wanted! Thanks guys!

They have lockers where you can put your things in and if you don't have gloves or wraps they can provide them for you. First time is free, but I think they said it was 3$ for the gloves (for each use) and you have to the buy wraps. They don't have showers. The class consisted of going back and forth between HIIT strength training (using weights and sometimes your own body weight) and then going to the boxing bag. The coach instructs what kind of punch sequences are next under cool lights and awesome music. They also have a screen that shows what kind of punch you should be throwing at the moment (you have to follow certain sequences). That was really helpful in case you forget the order. I will definitely be back.

A fun conversation is always a great way to start your workout. Now a little about the workout. It will kick you butt. It's a combination of running, rowing and weights. It's designed to target endurance, strength, power. So some days the workouts focus on strength and other days on power or endurance. You get the idea. So if you are having issues getting motivated to workout like I was go ahead give them a try or at least try their one free class and see how you like it. It sure helped me get the gym bug. We discussed freezing the membership, and I later asked that it be canceled once the 6 months were complete. Despite this, I was billed beyond the 6-month term and told that my cancellation was not valid because it wasn't submitted in writing, even though they had notes from our conversation and I had not attended classes for months due to injury. I understand policies, but I wish this had been clearly communicated at the time and that the circumstances had been taken into account. It felt like payment mattered more than a member's injury or good-faith communication.
